Phenomenal experience! We used Jordan Valley Auto because they were listed as a partner for our insurance company after we filed a claim for parts theft. We had such a wonderful experience. Their staff was professional, helpful and had our vehicle ready a day early. And, they cleaned our vehicle meticulously before we picked it up. These guys got our Subaru road ready and looking great after a crash. We had an awkward situation involving multiple parties for payment and Andre kept everyone informed and on the up and up. This place does a great job. The mechanic shop worked on my car a couple times and its even reasonably priced.

My insurance sent me to Jordan Valley for electrical repairs, not realizing they dont do electrical. Sound kind of messed up, but was a great place for me to end up. They notified me that theyd need to take it to the local dealer for diagnosis and repair. Knowing that the dealers get in no hurry they decided to start investigating the wiring problem and found a loose wheel speed sensor., which the put into proper place. They were caring about my situation, as well as professional and friendly. I will go back to them when I have need and recommend them to others as well.

It was wonderful. They pretty much took care of everything and I had nothing to worry about. They did an excellent job fixing my car and it looks like it did the day i drove it off the lot!

Best and most reliable auto shop in town. Probably in the whole state. I dont let any other shop touch my car. They dont do muffler work so, if you are having problems with stuff of that sort they cant do work there but, could probably recommend someone for muffler work.

I unfortunately was hit and had to take my vehicle to a pre-approved company with the insurance company, and I am so glad I went to Jordan Valley. This company takes pride in their work and has quality work. Even though they replace damaged parts with used parts, they inspect every piece making sure the parts they are using looks and functions like new. Robby and Jen were extremely helpful and patient through my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this auto body shop!

Go somewhere else they charge way more than other places also had 1 fender replaced and painted first the fender had huge gap and they knew it just wanted to see if I would take it second the paint job wasn’t blended you could see the lines between old paint and new paint. Third they told me they did an alignment I make my insurance happy not me and charged my insurance but the day after leaving there I found my alignment tabs were loose so I called them and they told me we didn’t mess with any of that cause you tires are to wore out for and alignment and we will not align it until you get new tires but they balanced the tires I had on my truck and charged me 45 dollars which the forgot to collect when I picked up my truck. So after calling them telling them about the alignment they started hounding me about 45 dollars and taking me to collections.

They fixed my car after a minor fender bender. Reasonable prices and top notch service. They guarantee their work for as long as you own the car.

These people are superb in EVERY way!!! All the way from Corina (receptionist),to Lonnie and last but most certainly not least the VERY knowledgeable technicians that did beyond excellent work on my SUV!! It ABSOLUTELY looks brand new! EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!!!! I was in a minor car wreck and I got set up with AJ that works with progressive to get my car looked at and fixed. Ive gone to places to have oil changes and its always been unremarkable but every time I came into Jordan Valley I felt welcomed right away by Nancy at the front desk! Also worked with Andre to look over my car and when my car was finished he went over everything with me. Anytime I had a question throughout the time my car was being fixed Nancy would answer before it even rung! Definitely would recommend for anyone in an accident or needing any auto work! Will be back for future car maintenance! My first car wreck was easier for me to deal with than filling out my taxes if that says anything!

I was recommended this shop by my insurance company when I was in a minor wreck and when I saw the reviews I was okay with it since they seemed like a good shop.My car was dropped off Saturday night and they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. I received no call from the shop, my insurance company couldnt get in touch with them, and when I finally was able to talk to someone on Tuesday they said Well get it when we can.I find this pretty unacceptable considering I do not have a car for going on 5 days now and an estimate has not even been done yet. If we were waiting for a part to come in or something I could understand, but just not even having it looked at after all this time is unreasonable.My car is being taken to another lot because I cannot wait around for them to get to it. If you are needing a place to have an estimate done, please note that they take a very long time and are not informative.

My Camry driver door was stuck in the locked position and would not open from the inside or outside and I couldnt even take the door panel off to see if it was an actuator or a linkage problem. I searched the internet and the verdict was that it is not a good thing because panel damage would likely result. I called some mechanics and they were a little leery, but they could look at it. One mechanic suggested a locksmith, and I called 3 of them and they said because it was an internal thing, they dont do that. Being at my wits end and tired of crawling over the passenger seat, I was driving home and I passed Jordan Valley Auto Body Repair and at the last second I made a u-turn thinking maybe they have a suggestion. I explained to Lonnie, who was working at the desk, my dilemma, and he asked if I had the car outside to which I did. He came out and immediately told me that the actuator was working and he worked the door handle from inside and outside for a little bit and the door popped open. He said he could feel that the linkage was attached. And to top that off he lubricated all four doors. I had never been to this business before, but I will remember this place if I need future automotive needs that they perform. Thanks again, Lonnie, for getting my door working and your kindness!

Guaranteed me a 15 minute repair so I wouldnt be late to work. 1 hour later Im late to work and still waiting on my truck. Dont do business here. People were not friendly either.
