Called yesterday ask the price of a bolt a specific Bolt which was a flange head M8 bolts the longest they had. They told me 48 cents each. I went in today and the gentleman I dont know his name told me that it was going to be $2 Im in a hurry so I dont have time to argue with him so I paid them ask for a receipt and wasnt very friendly. So make sure to do your research before you just go in and hand the money over to them. So now I am ordering bolts on eBay through a company called Redding fasteners. So you might want to watch what they actually charge you.

Friendly knowledgeable and had some random metric bolts I desperately needed for an old VW

Horrible customer service. They sent my elderly mother home in tears with a whole bunch of sizes of bolts she did not need. They were not able to understand the simple concept that she needed different lengths of the same thread screw. They also had the arm chair to check the threads. The guy sent her home with not enough of what she needed and 40$ worth of other sizes just to be mean. They were being mean or just play stuborn. Thats my take on the matter. Anyone who cant help a little old lady find bolts for a patio chair is a real winner. She is 70 years old!

Have used those place for several years for they always treat me with respect and are happy to see me. Their prices are reasonable and the people who work there are knowledgeable and courteous. Cannot actually remember them not having what I was looking for in terms of hardware, tools and cutting fluids, my go to place.

Exceeded expectations! Usually had what your looking for and will send you the right direction if they dont have it. Really great staff as well.

We at Tontitown Machine and Cycle have learned, over YEARS of dealing with Bolt and Screw, that if they dont have what we need in the way of fasteners, bolt extraction tools and about anything relating to bolts etc, that we must make it ourselves, because if bolt & screw does not have it, its likely that, NO ONE DOES . They know the business and are VERY friendly and HELPFUL !

Always willing to help and their inventory is better than anyone else. Cant recommend them enough and their prices are always fair!

They had what I needed and I was in and out in five minutes. Three of one inch long bolts of 5/16 thread for a few dollars.

I love this place.

Needed a weird bolt size, went in there and was out with it in less than 5 minutes and only a quarter gone.
