This is by far the cutest, most stylist boutique in NWA. You are greeted by the most Sweetest Owner who truly has a passion for what she does. They have a men’s section which the style beats anything you could get at Dillards!!! If you are a women, plus size women, or a man this shop is your place to be!!! They have it all. Jewelry, Hats, shoes, you name it you can find it. I absolutely can’t wait to go back!!! Just so you know they are not in Springdale anymore but in the pinnacle shopping center behind bonefish grill across from embassy suites hotel!!!!

I went into the store on a quiet afternoon and ended up having my own fashion try on with the owner. She was an absolute joy to have working that day. She found lots of clothing options for me and was ready to offer suggestions for me to try on. She kept up with customers going in and out as well as with me and the many clothes I tried on. I found several items I loved and even found some clearance items last minute. I prefer a small business to shop from!

I have been a member of 3130 for just about a year now! I do not live in or near Arkansas so I only have to option of ordering online.. I am really petite and it’s super hard to find things that fit me in all of the right places…… @3130Clothing HAS THE BEST customer service of ANY boutique I can even think I have shopped at within the past 2 years… it’s super easy to make returns /exchanges. The store is managed for well, has the cutest, stylish, comfortable clothing and accessories too. I am SO loving all of the soft, super buttery soft sweaters this season . The VIP program is harder to get out of than an apartment lease-- Ive been trying to cancel for months and keep getting charged. I had to file a dispute through my bank to get out of it. I really hate bad reviews, but I havent been able to get through to a person who will help me and the owner has said more more once that shell take care of it but doesnt. Its been a really stressful situation! Other than that, the clothes are fast fashion- some cute things and some things that I wouldnt necessarily wear. Good prices.

Not sure I could buy clothing from a store where the owner is an online bully. You need to take down your video mocking Southern accents. In your bio you claim to be a mental health advocate. Im not sure I agree with that because a true advocate wouldnt mock people. Until you take down that video no one should support your business.

Ive been shopping with Amy & 3130 Clothing for a little over a year. I love everything - even when something comes and ends up not fitting properly! Ive never had any problems when Ive had to return - its actually nice to have gift cards (I live across the country so my returns become gift cards!). I appreciate Amys commitment to quality customer service. Its like we know each other personally...and one day we will meet! Go shop and hey, the VIP program is the best - just ask my closet! :)

Great quality at great prices. I have bought jewelry and clothes and an extremely satisfied. Received the absolute cutest sweater today—looks good on too. Also, I have used the chat button twice and was amazed at the quick and friendly response. I’ve never “chatted “ online before or done a review but had to say this store is a wonderful find. This is my favorite boutique to shop at because the clothes are adorable and affordable with a wide range of sizes (especially plus!). The store is clean, modern, beautiful, and easy to find with great parking. I’ve always had a lovely experience with the kind and attentive staff. It’s my first stop anytime I’m in the mood to shop! I absolutely love 3130 Clothing! Their clothes are high quality, some made in the USA, and reasonably priced. They offer a nice VIP program where you receive unlimited 50% off all your items for a year and FREE shipping! Amy provides excellent customer service and is always willing to answer questions and send links to items of interest. She has try ons on Instagram which are extremely helpful especially for sizing! Items are received extremely fast as items are shipped out very quickly even same day as orders are placed! I havent been to the physical store yet but am hoping to do so soon in the future!

What an amazing, fun, and BLESSED time my daughter and I had shopping in 3130! From the moment we walked in the door Amy made us feel welcomed, comfortable and like we had known her for forever! The stores clothes are great quality, and something for ever age and size. My daughter is 12 yrs old and had no problem finding something in her style. In fact we both had a hard time deciding what to buy because we wanted everything we tried on. Thank you Amy and staff for making our first visit so much fun! We cannot wait to go back!

I drove up from Little Rock after months of being stuck indoors just needing some retail therapy!!! Amy and Patty exceeded expectations on customer service. They made sure we were taken care of helped us get several options to figure out sizes after a 30lbs weight loss!!! The plus section is amazing!!! Everything I ordered ran true to size, the one tunic was actually a little big, but I love it! Quality of the clothes is excellent and delivery was quick. Very happy with my first purchase, will not be my last!

I live in Florida and discovered this store through following Amy. Just before Christmas 2019 I put an order in of a pair of jeggings, Sweater, 2 crew neck long sleeve tops and a faux fur multi color pullover. Only spent $102.90!! Oh my goodness I was so delighted when they arrived and saw the quality was excellent. I was afraid they would fall apart. They all launder beautiful. I only use the dryer 3-4 mins and pull out and no shrinkage! I recommend these clothes highly. Fast shipping and have been treated very nice. Can’t wait to put my next order in. I’m praying that sometime this summer we can make a trip up to the store. Also most everything runs true to size but if you have a concern please contact them and they will let you know if you need to go up or down a size. They always are happy to answer any questions! Recommend Highly!!!!!

I just went into the store to make a return. I had the absolute worst customer service I have ever received by your manager. She was beyond rude, I hope that camera above your register works so that you can use this as a training opportunity for your businesses sake. I have been the manager of a business for 14 years, if I ever heard someone be so rude to one of our customers I would be so embarrassed and ashamed. She was not nice or helpful when I was shopping the other day, after today I will never be back in the store.
