Amy Greenwood was very patient and helpful in assistance with replacing a bedroom suit. At first, were considering a basic bedroom suit, but then actually decided to go with the higher end customized Winesburg furniture where you can pick your own colors, type of wood, etc.. Because we could do that, we ended up adding a kitchen table and chairs to match. We are very pleased with the end product and would recommend this product and feel like it will last for years. We were very pleased with the service and love the color with a more modern look than what we had in the past. We definitely would recommend Brashears for your furniture needs.

This is a great place to shop. We have never been disappointed. The staff are always nice and very helpful, especially Pete. The thing about Pete is his calm and professional attitude, always willing to help. That makes choosing the right furniture for your needs a little easier. We have bought furniture from Pete seven times over the last several years and why we always ask for him when we shop.

A lovely, calm shopping experience. There was no pressure here when it came to making a sale. My associate, Pete, was professional, knowledgeable and to top it off, friendly and warm. I am never shopping here anymore. We were supposed to receive our furniture June 11, every time we call they keep pushing the date back and pretty much say that we are lying and that they have always said it was supposed to be delivered early August.4 calls, 4 different dates: June 11, then late June, then mid July, now they say we should get them late July early August. Who knows what they will say next time. A business who calls me a liar will not see my face nor my money anymore.I wished I had not purchased anything from them.

I cannot say enough good things about Julie! She does a fabulous job! She takes the time to learn what you like. Then she helps you figure out what will work best for you and your family! I have a daughter with Tourette’s syndrome and it is incredibly important that I was able to figure out specific fabrics that would work best not only for my husband and I but also for our daughter! We found the perfect couches and she loves to sit on them now!Julie also took so many other things into account including our budget (so important)! Such a fabulous job! We received a friendly greating soon after entering the store. Not being sure what we wanted, we were introduced to Julie Priest, their interior designer. She was awesome, and came out to our house, which really helped. She was sensitive to our tastes and budget, no pressure. I had a horrible experience here. My partner and I bought furniture on May 31st. We were told that the furniture should arrive June 11th. I called June 12th and was told that the furniture was possibly on a truck to be delivered that week or had already arrived, but they didnt have access to that information. I called again, once that week past and we hadnt heard anything, and was told that the furniture had not yet shipped and that only the dining table chairs were available. They said we should expect our shipment July 1st to July 15th. I called again today and they said late July to early August. Why dont they have more information on shipments, or when an item has shipped? Why do they lie to their customers in regards to the estimated shipment date? Every time I call they either lie or push the expected date back. I will never buy from Brashears again. My partner and I have more furniture to buy but we will NOT buy from Brashears. We received the bill for the furniture last week and we dont even know when we will receive the items we purchased.

We loved the furniture selection when we first walked in. We went around looking for accent chairs to add to our living room. Eventually, we found something we liked and went to purchase them. The process was great but I was a little hesitant because the chairs werent my style and not exactly what I was looking for; but we purchased them anyway. We were told that the chairs we were buying are the display chairs - which shouldve been a red flag.Its been a few months that we own the chairs and I love the quality of the chairs, theyre comfortable. I hate the color and I realized I couldve just ordered a different color online - an option the salesman didnt tell us about, which I wouldve preferred since I dont like the color. The salesman also told us not to worry about the chairs we were buying being the display chairs because theyre basically brand new. Since the first day they came here, I realized they had an awful smell to them. I thought maybe its a factory smell and itll go away. Its been a few months and it still smells terrible! Ive washed the covers only to realize, its the INSIDE cushion that smells like rancid cotton. The first day they came in I refused to sit on the chairs because of the smell, and I only remembered about it because I decided to sit on them for the first time in months and I remembered why I hated these chairs to begin with - they smell terrible and they came from the store like that.

If you are going to buy furniture from Brashears, you HAVE to ask for Andrea. She is beyond professional and knowledgeable. She’ll go above and beyond what is expected of her role and tell you her honest opinion. I bought my entire living room from Brashears but I knew I would never have done this if I hadn’t found a person I felt comfortable with. Andrea is your girl! She’s the heartbeat and backbone of that store!

This was our first time purchasing from them. Nick was great and gave us a awesome price on a custom sofa. They have a very nice show room and will work with you to help you get what you want.

First please let me share that I am not the type to resort to Google with a bad experience; it is only out of sheer lack of correction and regard for the customer that forced me here to make these issues known.I purchased a sleeper chair over a week ago in the Springdale location. I went in specifically for this item, paid cash for it, and gave the sales person an easy sale. The one caveat I made known in my purchase was that the chair was for a temporary living situation and that the purchase was contingent on how quickly it would be able to be delivered. The sweet salesperson checked stock, confirmed it was in stock, and told me three days max on delivery but that most likely I’d get a call before the end of the day (purchase was done around 11am). After FIVE days went by with zero contact, I called the store. I was asked who my salesperson was (I didn’t remember her name) and was given a “oh you know what, it looks like delivery is really running behind but we will ask them to make you a priority and someone will call you ASAP.” Shouldn’t I have already been at least a little bit of a priority if delivery was already that late? Then, ANOTHER day goes by before delivery contacts me. A nice gal named Megan set up the delivery for the next day (today) between 12:15-1:15pm. 1:30 rolls around and I call nice Megan back to let her know I haven’t heard from anyone and the chair is not here. Megan lets me know she will get ahold of delivery guys and call me right back. It’s now 1:45 and I have no chair, no information, and no feeling from this company that they have any desire to figure out where the communication breakdown occurred or any intention of following up on such a bad experience.After seeing so many other positive reviews, an experience like this leaves an out of towner (who is about to buy a vacation home in the area that would need full furnishings) feeling like my $1400 chair must not have been a big enough purchase to warrant a good experience or even an apology from the company. As a small business owner myself, I intentionally sought out a small business to purchase from and will not return to this one.

Brashears is my go to furniture store. I always know that I’ll find the quality pieces I’m looking for. I’ve been half heartedly looking at new sofas/sectionals for a while, just popping in to different stores when it’s been convenient but nothing was giving me all the feels. Well it finally became convenient to stop in here and almost right away I was shown exactly what I wanted! You know that moment when you see it? The sun comes out and you hear the choir? 🤩Stephenie has been so helpful! She listened to me describe what I was looking for and took me right to “THE ONE”. She then spent hours with me looking at fabrics and combinations for pillows etc. which can be a painful process but she made it less stressful and even fun! This place is not like all the other furniture stores. They don’t follow you around and pressure you to buy. They let you browse and answer your questions. Also they are very educated on how Furniture is built. I didn’t find this anywhere else when I was shopping.Beautiful store and very friendly staff. Will definitely go back.

Ordered a $7500 sectional from Brashears in mid March. By far the most Ive ever spent on a single piece of furniture, but its what the wife wanted. It is just now being delivered on 7/21.While I understand things are crazy right now with COVID, I still find it quite ridiculous for it to take 4+ months to be delivered.Kathy at Brashears was unwilling to make any consideration on our part. We are paying full retail with no discounts...The furniture industry is well-known to have high markups...For Kathy to be unwilling to sacrifice a small portion of her margin on such a high-priced item to keep a customer happy is unacceptable. I wont be a repeat customer.

I’ve changed my review. Bought my sofa in July and set to receive it now December 18th. Just make sure you don’t need your furniture for a while if you’re needing it to be made. Seems like COVID has pushed everything back.

I absolutely loved working with Stephenie while shopping for my furniture!I came into Brashears and explained to Stephenie what I was looking for. Right away she started showing me what would work for my space. When it came to picking out the colors of the furniture and rug, Stephenie put it all together and I loved it! I couldn’t have done it without her!!!!!Knowing that the quality of furniture would last and because of her personality and willing to put the effort in to helping me, made my experience awesome!

Julie was great. She kept a good balance of being available for questions but not being attached at the hip. She was knowledgeable of the products and offered much needed advice on color choices with pictures I had available. Last but not least she was so patient with my indecisiveness on on my dining room table and chair choices.

Customer service professionals could learn a lot from Andrea in Springdale. I bought all my living room furniture from Brashears 2 years ago. I emailed them on a Sunday night about a coordinating piece (never dreaming it would still be available) and Andrea contacted me by 11 am the next day. She not only searched for a very specific size of the item and kept me informed every step of the way, it was found and ordered by early pm on Tuesday. Nowadays, most customer service reps and salespeople drop the ball or don’t go the extra mile to help the customer if it takes effort. Ask for Andrea - she subscribes to the old fashioned notion that customer service is number one!!

I have visited the Brashears showroom in Springdale 5-6 times, almost always walking out having made a purchase. They are dealers for some of our preferred furniture brands (Four Hands, Dovetail, etc) and we have ordered several pieces not on display in the showroom. I have always enjoyed my interactions with the staff there. Pete Frowen is the sales consultant I usually work with. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, stylish, and a genuinely awesome person. I never feel as though he pressures us or is trying to make the sale. The furniture delivery process has always been a good experience as well. We will continue to support Brashears and, in my opinion, you should too!

You will never get any of my business! Went to Outback for a late Valentines meal with my wife. I called to find out your business hours and was told you close at 6:00. It was almost 7:00! I checked your door. It was locked and you were closed, so I parked on the backside of your lot because there was no other place across the street to park and I had circled for 10-15 mins. I come out at 8:30... 2 and 1/2 hours after you closed and find that you had called the tow trucks to remove our truck. This is bad management and a horrible look for you business in our community. I totally understand if you were open... in fact I wouldve never parked there during your business hours out of courtesy to you and your business. Too bad you cant return the courtesy.Im adjusting this because of the kind response and apology I have received from Breshears. I have spoken to them now on several occasions. Im totally satisfied with this business and understand their issues and heart behind the decisions they have made. This is an unfortunate misunderstanding of what the business wanted and what the towing company followed through with.

No moral values at all. Towed at least 10 cars on valentines day for using their parking lot to take their loved ones out for a nice dinner. The towing company informed us that the brashears manager gave them a call and they get a piece of the money made off of the tows. I wouldnt recommend anybody shop at brashears due to their greed and bad character. They only want your money. There were more cars in that parking lot AFTER BUSINESS HOURS then i have ever seen there when the place is open.

We have been doing business with them for almost three years now and couldnt be happier. From sofas, recliners and loveseat we have been satisfied with each purchase. And when we sprcial ordered a coffee table and it came in damaged they immediately sent it back to the factory and we got another .Ask for Pete. This wonderful gent from the UK is a great addition to the Brashears standard of quality.

We have purchased, over the past two and a half years, a couch and recliner and a coffee table and matching chair tables from Brashears. The couch and recliner are Smith Brothers and the tables are Winners Only. We recently ordered a love seat to complete or Smith Brothers collection and a new bed frame that is also a match to our living room tables although that is merely by chance. We have made our purchases through two sales associates. One has moved back to Missouri and the other will continue to get all our business, Pete Frowen. The furniture is high quality at Fair pricing, the sales associates are not pushy, know thier merchandise, make sure their customers are getting what they really want and tend to go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. The deliveries have been very good, handled with care and friendliness. We will return to Brashears for future furniture needs without doubt. If youre looking for cheap furniture this is not the place to go. If your looking for quality furniture at Fair pricing then youve found the place.Update: Just ordered a new dining table and chairs which will be delivered next Saturday. Again Pete was the best. He was busy with another couple when we first came in and a saleslady helped us until he was free. Cant remember her name but wonderful and knowledgeable. Winesburg brand this time, another Amish company like it living room Smith Brothers furniture. American made and excellent quality, solid wood with geared extension for two included slats. So excited! Brashears is fantastic!Update fall 2019: Enjoying our latest purchase, the matching dresser for our wonderful bed!
