It was so easy! I explained what we were wanting and the Fastsigns staff were friendly and designed our sign just like we asked for! They came and installed the sign quickly and it looks great!

We were very pleased with with the amazing job FastSigns did in perfectly restoring the missing letters from the very old, but loved, outdoor sign of our church. They were able to match the font, the correct metal, and the paint color so well that its impossible to tell which letters are the antiques and which letters are the newly replaced. The people here are always responsive, have creative ideas to help with your concepts, and do their best to accommodate if you have a tight timeline and they have the materials on hand or they can offer a quick turn around substitute solution if needed. My last big job was a success. It was not super expensive, but required a lot of thought because it was a 3D sign. It looks great!

This company was very helpful with some fun baby coming home from the hospital signs. The staff was very friendly, professional, kind and helpful. INCREDIBLE customer service. They accidentally made two signs for me based on a previous order, and they were so gracious. They let me take the extra sign with me at no extra charge. And the signs look amazing! And they really mean FAST signs! I’ll absolutely be coming back to them with future sign needs.

Person on the phone wasnt nice at all and was annoyed just by me calling. Left the conversation feeling super defeated and she didnt really care to help me. Will be trying other local sign shops hopefully they will be kinder 😞

BE CAREFUL! I got called today about an outstanding invoice from Sept 2017! 18 MONTHS ago. This was the first notice of ANY kind that my invoice was partially paid and there was a balance. I looked over it in shock, paid the invoice, and am surprised. Can you imagine charging your customer for a bill they forgot 18 MONTHS AGO? Thats a different tax year! Lots to work on at this franchise.....buyer beware, you might be paying for the rest of your life!! Zero stars....not an option.

It was suppose to have a 3 year warranty. But now 4 weeks later and their procrastination my problem is still not solved. They keep dragging their feet, P.S. I ordered a marquee sign for my business from these guys. And although FASTSIGNS quoted me a weeks time for this project to be completed, It took almost 3 months!! Even after calling relentlessly, trying to contact the person in charge of my order, urging Rebecca and her team to finish my order, it STILL took 3 months. Every day without that sign up was loss of business for my company. And finally after their first attempt at putting up our sign, no one was willing to take responsibility for the dimensions being wrong on our marquee sign. The bottom part of our logo was cut off!!So they took it down for attempt #2 and broke the sign trying to take it down from the marquee. When all is said and done, they expected me to absorb the extra cost for breaking the sign that was their responsibility. If they had done it correctly THE FIRST TIME, NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE EVER BEEN AN ISSUE.Absolutely the WORST customer service and craftsmanship I have ever delt with in a business. In hindsight, I should have asked for my deposit back and went to a different company.I would NEVER recommend this company to a fellow business.Imiss thinking maybe FASTSIGNS should change their name to SLOWSIGNS. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed.
