Very helpful with getting me the right parts for my car.

Smyth automotive has quality automotive parts and such but they are a bit pricey.

Order parts 2 days ago they came in wrong parts tried to order the right ones they said you cant do it cant order there I guess the dealer item

Ordered the part I needed and called me the next day and had it ready. Your service is outstanding. No one else in the area had the Schrader valve for the AC line in my KIA except for the KIA dealer. I went to Wyler KIA and they wouldnt sell me the $1.50 part separately. I had to buy the entire AC low suction lines to get the simple valve. Your guys took the time to find the part...at the Mt Carmel location and shipped it to the Springdale store near me. Unbelievable service and went above and beyond and called me when the part was at the store.Thank you. Fantastic job!Not only are your guys cool but now my KIA is cool once again thanks to your team

This is the premier parts store. The entire staff is always very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get the right part the first time at the best price available. They are always available for mechanical advise for the do it yourself customer. HIGHLY recommended!!

Very informative staff professional and the prices are great

Very disappointed with the customer service I received. I have purchased from this location multiple times and always been happy with the service. Tonight my battery went dead in the parking lot. I went in to ask if they could test my battery and possibly give me a jump. He said he would test the battery but could not jump it for me. And then I watched him lock up, walk out to his vehicle and drive away. Im doing laundry in the building and dont have my purse with me so even if I need a new battery I cant buy it right now. So thanks for not caring that Im stranded in your parking lot while I wait for road side assistance. It did give me plenty of time to write this review.
