*CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR*Hello Matt,Id rather not email you my complaints, I think people should be aware of the service at your shop.As you know, I came in after the body work and paint had been done by your business. The reason was on account of the striations in the paint on the hood of my car. Your guy in the back buffed my car and sent me home. Unfortunately I had to come back because they werent all gone (not being able to see them in the dimly lit garage) and there were other spots left as well. After the second visit for the hood I noticed chipped paint on the freshly painted hood (it had only been 5 days since painted). I said something but was blamed and told it was probably the car wash...A few days later the right headlight wasnt working correctly so I bought it back and your guys fixed it...two more times in about two weeks time, then it stopped working completely. You said youd have to order another bulb even though I knew the auto shop down the street had some in stock. So.... after waiting another few weeks the bulb was in. I was told to leave the car for the day, reluctantly I did. When I went to pick up my car the headlights worked but there was a tear in my steering wheel! I hadnt even pulled out of the parking space before telling the owner. He denied knowing anything and offered to send it to a friend to fix it and said the cost would be around $1,000 just for the steering wheel!Oh, and my headlight isnt working again. I am so upset! EVERYTIME I came in something else was additionally wrong with my car. I would NOT recommended you or ever bring my car back. What a nightmare! You all have slick tongues and unethical behavior at your shop. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Joes has fixed my car up for me twice now and they always do a great job! Very good work and friendly service. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else for repairs.

There is no need to even bother calling any other car shop, Joe Bumper will be the go-to repairman for our family from now on. We encountered a series of unfortunate events and are so grateful to have had help from Jim & the team. After discovering a sun roof left open over the weekend we were scrambling to find someone who would take a look at our car. After getting turned away all over town due to schedules being booked out for weeks, we were lucky enough to stumble across Joe’s website and gave them a call. Even though they were also booked up they kindly listened troubles and told us to bring the car on by for a look. When my phone broke and I couldn’t receive calls they patiently offered to text me updates about my vehicle. When my car was cleaned up and ready the next day and I struggled to arrange timely transportation from work, they generously offered to stay after hours and wait on me. I am so grateful to Jim and the team for their efficient and kind service; it makes me proud to be an Arkansan and call these folks my neighbors!

First time went for the repair. Highly recommend this shop. No more going to dealership now onwards. Very nice and very friendly staff. Jim is a great and knowledgeable person. He will do everything to save you the money and provide the best service at an affordable price. I am lucky to came across this place and more than 100 percent satisfied with the service. My car was repaired earlier than I expected. This is the best place guys and just go to this shop and get your car repaired without giving a second thought. Jim is the guy!!!!

They do a phenomenal job! I came here to install an aftermarket front bumper on my BMW and it came out looking awesome. The paint matches perfectly and they even added spacers to make sure the front carbon fiber lip was well secured. If you are looking for quality work this is the place to go!

Make sure you know when they will be working on your car so you dont break the bank renting a car. Kept my husbands vehicle for a week and didnt touch it, never had the curiosity to have me come get it to use it. Why??

These guys were great! I had my front and back bumpers replaced here, and my husband and I were very happy with everything from the price to the quality of work. On top of that I showed up to pick up my truck and found it super clean- washed, tires shined, and a spiffed up interior. I would recommend this business without hesitation. I also appreciated the friendly people working there.

Jim hunter is just a cool guy 😎 I had him fix my 07 Ford fusion after I hit a deer. Joe Bumper fixed my car for under half of what other body shops wanted to charge, and they did a fantastic job! They even detailed my car for me! My wife commented n said, they cleaned this car better than the detail shop did! If u need some body work done, look no further! 5 stars!! Great experience while getting our sunroof replaced. We called in on a Friday and by Tuesday they were able to get us in and taken care of. All other shops were unable to get the glass we were in need of for at least another week. They were professional and kind every step of the way. We are very satisfied with their quality of work. 10/10 will use their services again.

Apparently Joe Bumper does car detailing too! I didnt know this until recently, and boy am I glad to have found this out. I dropped my car (2007 Honda Civic) off this morning around 930 for a detail. Its about 13 years old so I did not expect much. I wish I had taken before pictures to show how much hard work and effort was put into this. My car smells, feels, and looks about as close to brand new as a 13 year old car can. I am super excited to keep driving it. Its a shame I am cleaning it up to sell and find something new. Not only is it clean and sparkles brightly, they buffed out the oxidation on my headlights. I didnt expect this at all. Above and beyond. Very satisfied, I would recommend and would return as well.

Auto repair shop,best place iv ever used would recommend to anyone wanting to get their auto fixed.They do insurance claims also.

I was having some issues with my bumper and was nervous about the cost of repair. One business said that they couldnt fix it for less that $1400 and that just seemed way too high. But not Joe Bumper! I pull up to Joe Bumper and they immediately told me We can fix this for you in about 30 minutes for $55. DONE! Thats about 4% of the super high, inflated estimate. They did a fantastic job. They were quick, professional, and gave great advice about future repairs. Joe Bumper will be getting ALL of my familys business. I am so thrilled with the quality and cost of the repair. This is an honest business that I can trust. I am looking forward to going back!

Jim and Matt, I appreciate you guys so much! As soon as I walked in, customer service was excellent. These guys care about their customers and listen to what they want. They helped me find the parts needed saving me a good amount of money on that. The work done on my Kia turned out great, they did exactly what I wanted and saved me a lot. Hats off to Joe Bumper! Not a Great experience while getting our Back Window replaced. We called in on a Friday and by next Friday they were NOT able to get us in and taken care of. All the other shops we called were able to get the glass that we were in need of so waiting on them was a big was of time. They were very unprofessional and rude. We are very unsatisfied with their quality of work. 1/10 what a joke!

My bumper was falling off/ hanging on by duct tape! They laughed with me at my predicament and gave me options and prices right off the bat. I was expecting to have to leave my car there or come back another day, but they finished the job that day and quickly. Even gave me WiFi so I could work while I waited. The quality of the work was also great. My car looks good as new.

A JOB WELL DONE. Well, Jim is one of the nicest person to talk too. Very reasonable, and completed the job for me in under two days, for which others were needing close to 5 days. And returned my SUV like brand new (all clean and buffed!). For my any future needs HE is the guy. The lady, who works with him is also very nice. Overall, I am one, well SATISFIED customer!!

Amazing find for me. I had a dent in my rear bumper and ask collision centers quoted $900 - $1200 ... Saying the entire bumper needed to be replaced. Jim Hunter at Joe Bumper looked at it and quoted $182 to punch the dent out and smooth it up. You can never tell that there was ever a dent on it! Amazing work, cost effective and friendly. Definitely recommend.

We are still waiting on our initial estimate and repairs. But if our check in is any indication they have superior customer service.Will update or repost with a full experience evaluation as soon as I can.

So impressed with this body shop. They were able to complete the repair quicker than estimated and they even cleaned the inside of the car up. It looked like a brand new car when I got it inside and out. They gave me a loaner car to drive around. Friendly service - would definitely use again.

Daniel proactively took care of me and my family. We had a 22-month-old and 1-month-old when a deer hit our minivan. Daniel made the repair and insurance process as convenient as he possibly could have; his communication was frequent, helpful, personal, and respectful; he agreed to waive our deductible; and he ensured that the repair was excellent. My dad is a retired auto body guy, and he was very impressed with the work. It was really hard for me to trust anyone to do as good of a job as my dad would have done for me, but Ive been very, very pleased with our decision to use Joe Bumper.

Price wasn’t bad at all but the detail overall not so good.. the engine bay was cleaned as well for no additional charge but it seems like it was just sprayed with a chemical and never washed off.. looks unfinished .. and there is a lot of dried spots on the outside that weren’t wiped clean

Dustin Green is one of the best body men arou d the northwest Arkansas area and Joe bumper is where he works. Dont let the front desk fool you. They dont do any work they just put you on schedule for Dustin to make your car look like the dream you always had for it. This company is very good at I Laurence claims and making sure your getting justice in a situation where you were hit by another vehicle

Daniel, the owner, is a man amongst men, a true living legend - I did not think it was possible to meet an honest and efficient businessman in the car industry but I was proven wrong.The guy saves me money wherever possible, does a complete breakdown of the costs, even sells me a spare part to make it cheaper, then delivers the fixed up car in less than 3 days.The fix was a rear bumper and axle replacement.Very impressed!!!

After a run in with a deer, our car needed a lot of work. We are new to the area and had no idea where to take it. I went to google to find reviews and called a couple of places. Daniel was so nice! He took the time to really listen to what had happened to our car and made suggestions on what to do, he was not familiar with our insurance but was willing to work with us. He made the process so easy and kept me informed along the way. In the end he and his painter came up with a suggestion that made our bumper look custom. We love it! Well I attempted to get a quote for my Corvettes body damage after a collision and when I called I spoke with Daniel, I shared pictures over Emails to him but then there was no response, ever. I tried again 4 days later with the same result so I had to take my 10,000$ to a different shop. Their loss

I read the online reviews and found them. I bring my car to them for a bumper repair. Price is reasonable and they are not only repair the bumper like new but they clear the whole vechical in and out. They vacuum the whole interior of my car, clear all the seats, wash the whole vechical. I just pick up my vechical and I feel like I am driving a new car. I feel like I really need to spend some time to write a review for them.

We are so pleased with the work that was done on our truck,the owner and staff were excellent and any further needs we will go to Joe bumper.
