Most of my visit was good. I would just tell the men that work there may want to not curse when they have a customer waiting on her vehicle. Also people might want to check their hub caps & make sure they are on tight, I lost one of mine on my drive home. I called & told the gentleman what happened, he was supposed to check on getting me another one & call me. Well it’s been 2 days & I still haven’t heard back from them……

Ive bought the sets of tires from them and had them provide several repairs. Always great customer service. A couple weeks ago I came in and was going to Michigan to see Mom in Hospice. Brent not only checked my tire pressure but he checked my oil and added a quart, told me he wanted me to be safe. It was very nice, and he spoke so kindly to me too! He gained my loyalty with that simple caring act.

I called to have my vehicle inspected and they were able to get me in next day! Dillon was nice to talk to on the phone. Brian, I think the manager of the place, was very friendly in person. I appreciated the speedy service and great pricing of the repair I needed done. I will definitely be back!

Broke my locking lug nut then proceeding to hammer on my car trying to remove it. Never told me about the damage until they couldnt remove it. Told me to go to another tire discounters and see if they can get it off. Damage my lug nut and rim. Do not go here.

I took a vehicle with 10lbs of pressure in the tire. They said nothing was wrong. I picked it up. They left my valve stem cap on my hood. They also just threw the tire iron in the back of my vehicle instead of putting it back where it belongs. My tire is still leaking. I was told they checked the tire that day and the day before. There was no way because my car was not there the day before. I would not recommend taking your vehicle there.

Great experience with these guys. I was trying to get a tired forced before I sold my car, and was worried about having it serviced while I was at work. These guys took care of everything fantastically, and made sure the car was promptly returned to be sold.

While I was driving my tire sensor came on. I was near Tire Discounters. So drove to their parking lot to check on it. It was definitely going flat quickly. It was Sunday evening and they were closed. So left it there and dropped my key in the drop box and had my wife pick me up.I was planning on calling first thing Monday morning, but got caught up in my work and forgot to call. My wife let me know that they called her to let her know it was fixed. I think it was 8:40am.I was amazed that they took it upon themselves to figure out what was wrong, look up my info, fix the problem and let us know it was ready.Thanks so much!!

The Miamisburg Tire Discounters will generally get you in quickly, and lately have been very good about not trying to sell you unnecessary services. I’ve been going here for years, and I definitely recommend them! Friendly staff, competitive pricing.

I need to take the truck back in. I had one tire mounted one tire pressure sensor installed more tires rotated… John was unable to get the spare back up under the vehicle I did that at home… There’s a leaky valve on the spare tire that was hitting air inside my truck bad… I had to ask for cats twice to the valve stem the second time when I went back because one of the tires was not put in the proper location. Final straw was I found one lug that was hand tight and I loosened at home the next day. And also told there wouldn’t be a charge for installing the tire pressure sensor monitor but I was charged for it because I had to break the tire. End result as I have steering wheel vibration about 70 mph I’m on my way out of town for a trip… And I just stopped in to the Gemini place location in Columbus Ohio but they were unable to take care of me due to the shot being too busy. Request to call back and or rework/refunds. Mike

I have always gotten my tires from here but I came in 5/28/21 because I was losing 7 lbs an hour and told me to come back tomorrow that they already turned their compressors off a half hour before they closed I will never give tire discounters my business again. all my trucks and cars will find another tire company apparently they dont care about their customers

I bought from tire discounters for years, but never again, Stephen Wooders said he would only load my tire not install it .I have been a customer for 20 years at tire discounters but this is the first time I had to pull out my hand jack at the place and install my tire myself.

I would question their credibility and consider going elsewhere if you can. They failed to schedule my appointment after having called twice to confirm at this SPECIFIC location - I am just glad they were able to find a way to fit me in even though they were short on staff. No big deal until they were NOT accommodating with finding an appointment until for an oil I also had scheduled that day. They could only schedule an oil change one weeks out. really??? and at full cost after failing to get us on the schedule??? If that wasnt enough screw up, they toped it off by doing a messy job and left their grease all around three rims. Anyways, I should have known better after an older left the place really upset because they gave him a different price than what was told over the phone, even after he said he had years of getting service at this SPECIFIC LOCATION. Just wow.... lesson learned.

During what appeared to be a hectic day the shop didn’t get to my oil change until after hours and the work was sloppy. My oil drain plug was finger tight, leaked, and now my driveway is stained. I appreciate the shop fitting me in but I’d rather quality service.

I have used Tire Discounters in Springboro several times and they are always very accommodating and reasonable. They have always got me in same day I needed them and have been able to work around my schedule to get my car back in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this location.

Saturday is first come first served, but when I show up at 0800 am and there is 4 people in the lobby, so it’s been an about 2 hrs for an oil change. Still not done. A random lady asks for tire prices and instead of going over all the options. Needless to say they have tons to improve on.

Really great place for tires and service! I bought new tires for both my vehicles, and had the brakes serviced. Fair pricing for tires, and a great bonus of having your car aligned when installed. We purchased the road hazard along with them (cheap), and unfortunately already had to put that to the test because we ran over a nail. Replaced and fixed for little to nothing, no hassle.The guys at Springboro location have been fantastic to deal with. Dave the store manager is always willing to help, Brent the service manager has fantastic customer service, and Joe the tech who re-worked my alignment because Im a pain in the ___, was also great to deal with throughout the entire process.Take your business here, they will take great care of you. Customer service is terrible. Waited for 10 minutes with two employees in the office who did not even acknowledge us standing there until it became clear we were getting frustrated. Then only to be told they could not change one tire, already off of the vehicle and would have to leave it there and come back for it in two days.. Not to mention we had called ahead to have the tire changed and told it was no problem and we would have it done that day.

I was due for an oil change and needed to get front rotors replaced. It was Labor Day weekend, but I had an appointment with my dealership. They had called me the day of my appointment to tell me that they couldnt get my car in that day. Tire Discounters was absolutely amazing. They got me in on short notice and only took them about 90 minutes from the time I dropped my car off for work to be completed. Keep up the great work.

Wow! Today I had a tire blowout I had a tire and just needed it put on I called tire discounters in Springboro. The manager answered and I told him what happened he says” bring it in and we will take care of it” what? So I explain again and he says the same thing. They charged me nothing! I had no appointment and he did not know me from Jane doe. You just don’t hear about these little things that actually say a lot about a company. I’m not saying this because they charged me nothing I’m saying this because when I went to get the van the tech took me back to explain what had happened, it was really late too, and the guy that fixed it was there that morning we dropped it off, but took time out anyways. Everyone was professional and nice. We were more than willing to pay but here is a company that just wanted to help out. Truly amazing because this kind of stuff just never happens, at least to me. If a company is willing to help out no matter what!that’s a company I want to do business with. Thank you again!

This shop quickly mounted four new tires for me to get us rolling again on a camping vacation. I did have to do the manual labor of pulling each wheel and putting it back on the fifth wheel. This was noted to be a liability issue due to being on a camper and something they were not allowed to do. Just looked at the pit stop practice as part of the road trip adventure! We were rolling again in short order and a thousand miles later have a memory and story to tell!

I purchased a set of new tires at this location about a year ago. At the time, I thought I was getting a good price, Little did I know they sold me tires that are wrong size for my car. I just found this out earlier this week from a 10 year veteran mechanic for my make of vehicle on another repair. I should have know there was a problem with the purchase as the TPMS sensor indicator light was on when I entered the vehicle immediately after tires were installed. I didnt take the time to call this to the attention of this store. I thought it may just be a temporary thing sense all tires were changed. I addressed the situation with TD this week and was told if I had come back within 30 to 60 days, they might have changed them out. Since its been a year - sorry about your luck buddy, Needless to say I will NEVER go to any TD for anything. I will share my poor experience through social media channels to warn unsuspecting customers like me to 1) buy somewhere else 2) if you must buy from TD, make them verify EVERYTHING they say or do to your vehicle. This will cost me another $1,000.00 to get the right set of tires put on my car. It should not surprise anyone why this business segment has a bad reputation. Its not about building a favorable reputation in the community. Its about getting the money on the front side and NOT provide any support on the back side. Mr. Wood, you have a P.O.S. company sir.

Mike and his crew were amazing! We were on our way from Michigan to Florida and happened to stop at the Springboto exit for gas and our brakes inexplicably started grinding hard. We just had them replaced back home 2 days ago. The shop got us in quickly, replaced the rotors, which our previous mechanic hadn’t done and should have, test drive the van and got us back on the road in an hour while we ate lunch. Wow! Have been going to this location for years with great service until here recently myself and people I know have received their vehicle back with broken parts or things missing off the parts. Very unfortunate being a business owner with a fleet account spending several of thousands of dollars every few years, they will no longer receive my business and I will not be referring anyone to them. Check the work they claim to do!

Super friendly, great service. I shopped around A LOT and for the free alignments, location, professionalism and all around guidance they gave me... I chose them. There were a couple places a bit cheaper but they were no match in service and extras.

I have been a customer for years at the Springboro location. I had 4 new tires put on sons truck for 16th Birthday. Carl was a great help. After about a week one of tires had a huge knot on side wall and it was replaced. When it came time to have tires rotated, my son took it in and also needed a nail removed and plugged. Left truck all day and I ended up calling them to see if done and they said yes. Son went to get and he was told they didnt rotate them because all were worn the same amount and didnt see the nail. So they sent my son on his way.About a month later I noticed the driver side looked like it was leaning so I checked both tires and they were definitely worn on inside. I looked at the upper control arms and could see where they had moved from the rust marks. I checked the bolts and neither one was tight. I took it back and they said they would look at it. So they called me and said the bolts were torqued to spec and they would not work on it because it has wheel adapters on it. So after I got it home and I checked bolts and they still were loose. The manager tried to say someone has worked on it because of the tires would be worse. But I know for a fact it hadnt been because I do the work myself. With all this being said I will be canceling my credit card from them and take my business elsewhere. Family and friends will also look at going elsewhere.

They did a small tire repair for me free of charge! I was so shocked when I picked up my vehicle and the man at the desk told me I was all taken care of and was good to go! Super nice!

Steve, Jerry and Matt did a great job.I came home from work to a car that needed some service and alignment.I called and Steve told me that if I could get there soon, they could work me in.I arrived soon and they fixed my car. These guys were very polite and got thejob done. I highly recommend this store.

Mostly good experience except you have to bargain a bit on price as they usually start off pretty high. Its not outrageous like some places, however $50 for a new cabin filter? Get outta here. The staff are knowledgeable and I havent had them try to sell me anything I didnt need. I have seen multiple opportunities to gouge customers but they have been honest.

Tire discounters is the best its hard to do an apples-to-apples comparison because no one offers all the services at tire discounters does in their price so while on paper someone says that they may be able to do it cheaper you will not get the level of service care and professionalism that tire discounters takes when theyre working on your car they never try to upsell and always performed to my expectations. I dropped my truck off a late Saturday and they were still able to get it done by 4 p.m. and I was able to drive it home. And for all the guys working it was my big red Dodge crew cab on 20s

Great customer service. On my way to get our taxes heard a horrible noise and even though I was due for new tires it was my something I wanted to do that night. Pulled into tire discounters with three kids in my mini. Went in and David was awesome in helping me. I knew the tire was not repairable. But getting 4 new tires at an amazing price made my day a little better. The customer service was amazing. Not something you see anymore these days!! Unfortunately they were messing around with their computers. I stood there in line to get checked in for 20 minutes while Steve didnt even look at the people in line or get off the phone and acknowledge us. Once I finally got to the front of the line of 2 people, the other cashier said oh, you checked in yesterday, and took 15 seconds. Do a hand written invoice if you must. Dont fully rely on computers. We dont care. Tires are fine. Customer service was not.

63 years old. Stoped to ask if they could put on two new tires I previously purchased....Tendent ask me if I purchased them there....said No .He rudly stated we dont put new tires on vehicle s unless they are purchased here.......Left Remembering the day when anyone pulled in to get tires fixed or replaced and businesses was glad to serve a Paying customer...Recon I wont be back for any other service either.

Went to this location for a simple tire patch (had a screw in tire) Not only did it take 5 hours but they ended up saying it was not repairable do to it being to close to the tire wall. After refusing to shell out over 800$ for an entire new set of tires I had them put the tire back on and I took it home. Then my dad and I spent at most 15 minutes taking out the smallest screw I have ever seen and patching the tire. It was nowhere even remotely close to the tire wall. And I can just sum this up as tire discounters being extremely lazy and trying to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge and wanting to make a quick buck. Safe to say I will not return and I will be telling my friends and coworkers to steer clear. 1 star.

Stopped here for oil change and tire rotation, they are having a sale. Everything went fine called me when it was done. They let me know my brake fluid should be changed, didnt hard sell me like some places do will go back.

They take care of me... Good prices, great service.Even when I had a blowout 10 minutes before they closed, they took care of me that night.Service like this is rare now days, but they earn my loyalty.

Was severely disappointed in service here. Coming in with a simple puncture looking for a plug was told it would not be done for several hours. While understanding a place can be busy there was no respect given to the fact that the tire was still on the car, I had no other ride and was expected to wait 6 hours. Asking if I could leave the tire they said that would be fine but would have to remove the tire myself, in the rain. Frustrating that no attempts to arrive at a solution were brought to the table. In fact the personnel tried to convince me it was my fault for wanting service done there so quickly, despite being told they could do the job that day. No care for their customers here. I had previously purchased tires here but this place has lost my business.

Very good service and very helpful, but to fix my car it would have been $682 and I found someone else the same day who said they could do it for a max of $440.

Had minor tire issues that just needed checked two different times. Didn’t have an appointment and was not concerned about helping get it taken care of when needed. Plug a tire isn’t asking too much but for you tire discounters I guess it is. Will never go back and neither will my family. Your loss!! BIG LOSS!

March 12th, 2018: Called up the store and told them my daughters 4 month old tires had picked up a nail in one of the rear tires. They were really busy (I witnessed this) and they still were able to get her vehicle in to repair the tire, check the others and rotate them in just a few hours. I appreciate all that they did for me. I have bought many sets of tires there and will continue to do so. I have also recommended them to many people in the past. The Springboro Tire Discounters will always be my go-to tire store. Thanks.

This store is ran by a bunch of children I brought my BMW in there to get tires they put 3 of the correct tires on and 1 that was way off Mind you AWD cars must have all the same size tires or it can destroy the vehicles gearing and then i went back a 2nd time because it rode like a bumpy stage coach A BMW!!!! and they tried to make it right by giving me a free brake flush well they broke my air box and left the securing piece that holds the housing on they left that sit on top of my motor so this store will never see a red cent of mine again so I hope corporate sees this and takes care of the problem that exists in that store and hires professionals or my lawyer will be in touch for the damages if they are not repaired.

Will be back again had great service and took very good care of us will send more of family and friends here...

I have been a loyal customer for years and always had a good experience and suggested them until recently took my van in for a blinking service light they said they didnt do engine work or tune ups anymore that they took too much time. I thought it was a little odd but not a big deal ill just go somewhere else when i came to pick up my van i had a flat tire rim on the ground prior to this it did not even leak so i called to ask for video footage so i could make a police report and report to insurance. They dont have camera pointed at their lot so just an FYI they dont have any security for your vehicles sitting there. I am very disappointed and will be taking my buissness elsewhere as well as not recomeding them anymore to family and friends.

They didnt want to do my flat tire repair

Ive used this location exclusively for tires and oil changes and miscellaneous repair of my vehicles for years. For some reason I have about eight cars/trucks Im responsible for in my family and I wouldnt take them anywhere else.

Bought tires there and they worked to make it possible to get four new tires. Then I had one go flat and they lived up to their promise and fixed it completely free. And were very kind while doing it!
