Since discovering Uptown,..I dont go anywhere else!Besides being(in my opinion)The Mini Cooper Gurus,..Theyve performed excellent work to my Volvo as well!The personell there are Perfectionist at what they do,.I highly recommend that if you havent been there yet,..You Must give them the opportunity to make you happy with your car servicing needs!

My Technician was amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ JacobService advisor lacks follow-up skills. My car was in the shop for a week and I had not been contacted. I finally called them 7 days later and asked about my car (I really wanted to just go pick it up and take it somewhere else). No one answered the phone so I tried again and then got to talk to someone. I was given a completion date and an estimate which was acceptable. I got the car back, all was great. Parts replaced and working properly. A week later found out my technician suffered an accident on the job in the shop. He didn’t make it. 🕊🙏🏽

I had a great experience at Uptown Motorwerks! I had them work on my Porsche Boxster S, and they did a great job. They have great quality control, and the owner was very honest and diligent.

Work was reasonably priced in comparison. to what dealers where charging for the same job. Will continue to use Uptown as my primary repair shop.

Curtis and Khurshed are awesome! My husband and I have taken our two 328i BMWs there to get diagnostic tests and repairs a few times over the past 2 years. They’ve always done a great job. I was having problems with my blue tooth, an S.O.S. error message was appearing I called, they ordered the part needed and its now working!! I have been going to uptown motorwerks since they opened, I have had oil changes brakes, transmission, and regular routine check ups and Im completely satisfied with their work and knowledge on my 2005 525 I especially like how friendly they are and car washes when done with repair!! My car looks a new car when I pick up after repair!!the quick response when I need them!

Great guys.... found issue with my vehicle.... when I found out it was a warranty repair for Vanos issues they contacted local BMW shop and eased the process through. If you want an honest reasonable shop for European vehicle repairs . This is the place.

2001 E39 530: Check Engine Light came on so I had the guys at Uptown run a diagnostic. Admittedly, It’s an old car so faults are common, but they were able to pinpoint the issue, order the part and install it same day.I recognize that this result won’t always be the case. Some issues are inherently more complex, but after many years taking multiple BMWs to Curtis & Khurshed, I trust that they are going try their best to do the right thing the first time. And if it isn’t right, they’ll go the extra mile to get it sorted. That’s about all you can ask for in my opinion!

I moved to the Dallas area a year ago. They always worked on my 2001 330i and when my 2016 M3 needed service out of warranty, I drove the 4 hours back to Spring, TX so they could fix an issue on that car. They provide great service at a very reasonable price. They are the only BMW service center that I trust to work on my BMWs. Curtis and Khurshed are honest business men. I highly recommend them. I wish they could open a branch in DFWHoward B.

I cannot begin to express my happiness and gratitude! First off, I brought my car to BMW of The Woodlands; received horrible service and an outrageous quote! I knew my car needed a substantial amount of work. After reading other reviews for Uptown Motorwerks, I decided to have it towed there. The staff there is knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. They did more work that the BMW dealership had quoted me for a fraction of the cost! Plus, they let me use there loaner free of charge while the work was being complete. I am so thrilled with the work they did and the condition they returned my car to me! I will continue bringing my car here.

I cant say enough about the service that I was just provided with these guys. They were spot on with my repair and priced way cheaper than BMW north and west. They fit me into their busy schedule, just to help me with MY time constraints. This is now my new service providers with my BMW X5. I would highly recommend these guys. You wont be dissatisfied.

I received an advert in the mail, so I went there, gave them a try, and my first impressions were: the place is very clean and the two gentlemen there were very nice and knowledgeable about the BMW. After I had my oil change and cooling flush, I made an appointment with them to do a differential bushing replacement. They were very helpful explaining to me whatever questions I had. I recommend them to everyone.

This is the place that does all repairs on my cars. Ive taken my suv to them since I bought it.. its and older model BMW 5 and everytime im treated with the utmost respect and help. They taken me home, dropped me at work, loaned me there cars just what ever I needed... Theyve returned my car washed and repaired in a timely manner always... Khurshed & Curtis were a God send!!! I found them via a mailer and was so glad I did! I was having some issues with my vehicle I just purchased and was being given the run around by the dealer that I purchased from, so I decided to try and find a BMW specialist that would hopefully assist me. When I say I was floored by not only the depth of knowledge that both the owner and the BMW specialist possessed, I was also blown away by their customer service. Got my issue fixed and even received a complimentary car wash! Needless to say, Ive found my new mechanic and service station for my vehicles. Ive dealt with many establishments in the past, and this place by far has exceeded my expectations! Kudos to you and your staff for treating my family like your own!

I purchased a classic BMW Z3, after having it a few days I decided to take it in for service and to see why the transmission was shifting hard. Once they diagnosed the problem they were able to repair the car to like new and at a very reasonable price. Before I took the car to them I went to a BWM dealership and was quoted over 1200.00 for a regular service and that wasnt even addressing the transmission issue. I am so glad I found them they were able to do the service it needed and repair the transmission for what BMW wanted to charge me for just service. I would highly recommend them to any one who has classic BWM or a BMW out of warranty. They took the time to explain to me in layman terms how to fix the issue and even saved the old parts to show me what the problem was when I came into get the car and that earned my trust. Khurshed and his staff went above and beyond even calling to discuss possible issues before even bringing in the car. I will definitely be returning for future service.

I typically dont expect to get anything under budget, but this job was done very professionally under budget and on time... thanks guys!!
