Tristan, our sales representative was so awesome! Typically car buying, you tend to feel some type of pushiness or pressure from your salesman, and I totally didnt get any of that from him. The entire staff was super chill and relaxed. We went on our test drive and he gave me car specs and info throughout the ride. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Elantra SEL. Thanks for helping us out Tristan. My experience was painless!

Salesmen only showed me one car. After I said I think this might be over budget but can we run the numbers just to see .salesman took me to the waiting area and left me and went straight to the other family and showed them the same car. Maybe my mistake for saying over budget . But walked away went to CarMax and saw the same family right after . I wouldve bought the car he showed me I actually liked it a lot was willing to go over my budget but he didnt seem to care . Guess thats how it goes in 2021 .

The people who operate the phones do not make the process easy to schedule any services.I called 4 times only to be sent to voicemail after telling the phone operator that it’s sending me to voicemail.The last time I called the operator just transferred me mid-sentence. I will be taking my business elsewhere to people who actually want to help their customers.This is not the first time I have had this issue, and I hope they realize how much of an inconvenience it is to call several times when this is not the place that offers service in Houston.

In and out of the service department within 30 mins. Went in for a scheduled service, they did a diagnostic and saved me money; my car didnt need all those things done that was in the recommended service. Very timely, professional and a nice relaxing waiting area.

Terrible receptionist, rude and uneducated. Will argue with you and answer with attitude. Sarcastic and unhelpful. Service took almost 2 weeks to repair car and would not hive updates unless we called. When we finally picked up the car. There was no one at the service area to attend you I literally had to stop a guy and ask to get my car. Very disappointing

Honesty and Respect is what my family and I where greeted with from start to finish. Tristan Tucker and Anthony Galvan treated us with nothing less. They help find my daughter the car she wanted with no pressure, her choice and patience. Huge discounts and much more. Its alot more I could say about those guys but stop by and ask for Tristan Tucker and hell lead you all the way.

DO NOT USE the Auto Trader portion of this dealership. Had an offer from Kelly Blue Book and Auto Trader to buy my car. They said the process was simple and to make an appointment. After 2 voicemail messages I finally made an appointment. We arrived and the 10-15 minute process took almost an hour and they didnt honor the offer. They deducted over $2500 and said it was because Car Fax reported a very minor accident. Yes the repair was less than $500 to the plastic cover on the rear bumper. Certainly not worth a $2500 reduction in the offer. The sales associate Kerry Smith was rude and pompous and was no willing to discuss the reported damage to the vehicle. I left with my vehicle and will take my business elsewhere!!

I had a great experience at Houston Hyundai. My Azera was having an issue that many other dealerships could not resolve but Tim Shipe was willing to step up and go the extra mile for me and my Azera. He was not only able to get my issue resolved he didnt over charge me like some of the other dealers I had visited. Thanks Tim!
