Felipe the manager at the Spring Cypress location was very friendly and helpful. He efficiently supplied me the information on the quote and the date my vehicle would be repaired and available for pick-up. The quote, date of pick-up, and other information provided were exactly as Mr. Felipe stated. My previously damaged brand-new car looked brand-new once again!!! I highly recommend Maaco and Mr. Felipe and will use his shop again if needed!!! Job well done!!!

Fixed my car here recently. Very pleased with the results. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and professional. Paid out of pocket and can say it was affordable especially when compared to other collision centers in the area. Saved myself $300 coming here than if I had gone to another collision center nearby.

Fidel did a great job of assessing the car. In the rain, I might add. He didn’t seem fazed by the work that the rusty topped, sun faded 2007 Corolla needed. He found dents and dings I didn’t even know were there. Then he proposed a great price. The car looks great and has even prompted people to ask if it is for sale. It isn’t. I am writing this for my sister. She took her car in for a repair on her hood for her rav4.Fidel was great at first. Said it would take 5 days. Well 2 weeks passed. Still no car. My sister who by the way is battling cancer had to call numerous times. Each time Fidel said he would call her to let her know the status. BUT HE NEVER DID. She had to keep calling him. She finally got the car. But still has to take it to the dealership. Dont trust Fidel (you know what I mean). That is his favorite saying.

Great Customer Service. Took my 2000 Eddie Bauer Expedition and made her look Great! She was faded and down to metal in places. They took a few small dents and scrapes out and made an older truck look good again.

Francisco was extremely helpful. I provided an inexpensive wing to be painted and the finish did not come out as well as expected. Even though the problem was and inferior product that I provided, they repainted a new wing that was a better quality for free. I would recommend them and use them again.

I took my Camry to get it fixed (dents, painting). From start, the employee(s) provided good customer service and they did a great job returning my car with everything fixed and looking as new. I was very satisfied! Also, they provided a good estimate time for pick up as well as communicate in timely manner when my car was ready. I would definitely come back if need in the future :)

I payed for My Honda Civic 2008 and did some body work on my car and it looked stunning when I saw my car I barely recognized it because of how good it looked. The paint was amazing and of great quality. As soon as I entered they received me with a great smile.

I took my Porsche 2006 to repair several dents, they make a great service as well to repaint the car, it looks like new, the match with the original was so perfect. Not reliable. Once they get there money they do not want to fix everything right. They only do so much. I would never do business here again. To include will be reported to the Better Business Bureau

The guys at Maaco (LJ & others) in Spring, TX were great to work with and the work was like a factory paint job. The paint job on our 2006 Tahoe made it look literally like new, wow. They fixed surface rust, small dents and did a full body paint job, removing plastics, for about 1/3 the price quoted by others. The clean professional shop and friendly staff made for a great overall experience, we will use them for all of our painting and body work needs. I must also say that they told us the it would be about 3 days and it was done in that time frame. Thanks guys

Im glad i did my research and found this place in spring. When it comes to customer service they deserve all 5 stars because they treated just as were suppose to. The guy at the front desk is honest and answers all your question with confidence, he told me my car would be ready in 5 days and it was on point not to mention the paint job came out perfect i felt i was driving a new car out the dealership. I was struggling trying to find a good Auto shop because most of them are dirty and the staff was rude and their prices were too high, and I think I found the best place in Houston it was clean and everyone was nice and the paint job in my 2018 Ford transit Van was spectacular best paintjob and body labor ever.

My 2016 Nissan Altima needed to be painted and honestly I dont know much about cars but they were really helpful and I dont know if in every Maaco its like this but the result was amazing I am so happy with my car now I want to show it off to everyone. Very displeased with customer service response to paint chipping above rear passenger doors. They dont have my information in the system to fix paint and its only been 2 years. It was not the expensive paint job but the paint is chipping and you can see metal underneath. I understand it is out of warranty but I told him why would I pay you to do the same thing over and possibly get the same results because it was done poorly the first time. He did not try to help me or give me a price of how much to fix problem. I am in management for home remodeling so I know what is needed to try to keep customer satisfied and evidently this Macco location does not. I would probably give lower than a 1 🌟 if it was an option. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I have a Plumbing company so I needed my Promaster Van fixed and they did and amazing job.Great prizes and quality work.

I dropped my new car bumper off to get painted with Francais, and he told me about 3 days. Not even 3 hours after dropping it off he called me saying Change of plans your bumper is done now! I took my truck there to get my roof painted and got it back with my sunroof destroyed.They refused to help and admit their wrongdoing. They also would not let me look at the camera footage, which would proof they are at fault.I took it to Planet Ford and the estimated repair is $2000.Shame on them. They are thugs.I went over there yesterday for them to take care of the overspray they created, and refused.Absolutely horrible shop.DO NOT take your car there...period

I gave these guys an aftermarket Spoiler with a terrible finish to paint. They still turned around a useable product despite what I gave them. A+ service and I will be back again to have my whole car painted.

Maacos does an okay job with painting and removing dents but I paid over $2000 and they replaced my door and did not hook up the electric lock or window and I have the plastic cover on the top bed on my truck fell off the next day I got my truck back. When I went back to get the spare tire I had in the bed of the truck I asked them about the liner and the door to see if they would fix and the manager decide to lie and tell me that they never touch it even though I can clearly see the paint line on the truck bed which is under where the plastic liner should be and directed me to a shop down the street to fix it
