Small place compared to others. The staff are always friendly and polite. Of course great selection of ice cream.

Love this place. Have been going here since I was a little girl. Now I am almost 40! Ice cream still tastes the same but the portion size seemed to have gotten smaller. 😉🍦

Received great service from the employees - they made it fun! Delicious ice cream as usual. Had Chocolate Fudge and Moca Almond Fudge.

Best customer service around. Its a BR, so you know what youre getting product-wise. This store never closes its doors early to get a jump on cleaning, they always go out of their way to help, and I actually come to this location now if I want ice cream - regardless of what part of town Im in. Eva and Veronica in particular are outstanding.

The few times Ive been here the staff has been really sweet and nice. Maaaayyyybe a little slower to serve but theres just something about the niceness. Ill definitely keep coming back. 🙂

WORST SERVICE EVEEEER!!! I USED TO COME HERE REGULARLY BUT TODAY IS THE LAST DAY I GIVE THIS LOCATION MY BUSINESS. ME AND MY HUSBAND ORDERED MILKSHAKES, THE GIRL PUT TOO MUCH MILK IN IT AND I BROUGHT THEM BACK AND ASKED IF THEY COULD REMAKE THE ICE CREAM. IMMEDIATELY THE OLDER WOMAN(MANAGER) SAID NO. SHE WENT ON TO ADD ANOTHER SCOOP OF ICE CREAM TO THE SHAKES AND CLAIM THAT ICE CREAM OF THAT FLAVOR RUNS SOFT. I HEAR HER TELL THE NEW GIRL THAT SHE ADDED TOO MUCH MILK. INSTEAD OF REMAKING THE MILKSHAKE OR GIVING ME A REFUND (WHICH I REQUESTED) SHE GAVE ME BACK THE STILL SUPER MILKY MILKSHAKES AND TILD ME SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND DUE TO THE FACT I LEFT THE STORE. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HORRIBLE LOCATION.

I have been going to this Baskin-Robbins for a while now, but after yesterdays experience I will not be going back. I order a milk shake yesterday and when I took the first sip, I realize I was given the wrong flavor of ice cream. I went it back to see if they could fix it. The older lady that initially took my order (I dont recall her name) gave me terrible attitude and started arguing with me. She was very rude towards me and had a different employee remake my milkshake since she was very upset. Terrible customer service.

Great clean seating, was slow when we showed up but got busy as we left. Employee was a little bitter and verbal about her dissatisfaction.

Love baskin robbins! we love to come here at least once a week. love the people that work there too. always helpful.

Always a pleasure, staff are welcoming & let you try as many flavors as you want. Gripe - price, only if the grocery store sold upside down pralines & cream.

We took our daughter for ice cream the other day. The people that work there were very nice and greeted us as we came in and were eager to serve us. We got a couple of samples and then ordered or scoops of ice cream.

Pricy. Super small scoops..this place getting worse everyday. Smaller scoops, bigger prices....not cool

I like the special discount price on the 31. $1.70 for a scoop and 2 for $7.99 for to go containers.

Online ordering is NOT SECURE!!! UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY CARD!! I placed an order online for my Mother for her birthday on Tues 3/6/18. Two days later my card is charged $25 from Dunkin Donuts, which is their sister company. Dont even have a Dunkin Donuts where I live. Too much of a coincidence for me. Called the Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins corporate office, and they wouldnt do anything about it, said call your bank and dispute the charges. Lost my business for sure. Wish I could give 0 stars. Tried calling the store to let them know what had happened, no answer... no voicemail... fax machine... go figure. BE CAREFUL!!

Good place but if you notice the cone were the paper is the glue is stuck on the cone and try smelling it thats not cool they should not serve that to kids or any one they have to find a better way people when you eat the whole cone your eating some of the glue they should be using caramel to stick the paper the cones its sticky when it drys and you can eat it instead of glue they should realy look into that so good luck and remember whatch the glue
