The Scoop is the best place for unique, seasonal, and delicious ice cream flavors in Spokane! They are also the only place I’ve been able to find a bubble waffle in Spokane. The Kendall Yards shop has the most adorable ambiance and the staff are always friendly.

The ice cream flavors are very limited I thought. But the bubble wrap code thing. I will buy just that who needs ice cream. Lol my son loved his vanilla bean I got mudslide but I didnt really get the mudslide taste.

A place with terrible service and rude staff. Dear visitors, be careful, the employees of this cafe may attack you with aggression. We didnt like this behavior and left without using their services. I recommend that the owner of this business fire these workers or educate them about the fact that they should be polite with clients.

This is a fantastic little ice cream shop. I had the blueberry lemonade in a waffle cone and deliciousness was achieved. Fun and friendly staff with a great selection of flavors.This is a must visit ice cream shop down with a great view of the Monroe Street Bridge.

Great service, great flavors and pricing is not bad at all compared to some other competitors. Loved the staff overall here they did a great job turning my kids experience into an even better one.

The absolute best ice cream in town. You will be blown away even if you decide to get adventurous and try a new flavor. The heart behind ice cream is also an added reason to love going here. I appreciate the adherence to masks even when it can be difficult for some. Highly recommend making a stop to either of their locations.

Variety of ever changing flavors. Lots of cone sizes, so nice if you have kids! Gluten free kinds and Gelato, too. There was a line when we went. It was worth it though.

Its OK but I guess I was always happy with just regular ice cream so making it more complicated and premium just means it costs more without necessarily being better. Ah well, its not like it was actually bad.

This will be the third time I’ve tried to give this place a chance after finding out they have two locations. I went in with some friends at 3pm and they were out of EVERYTHING. No bubble waffles, no toppings available, & all the gelato tubs were 1/2 empty. Was so dissatisfied & disappointed. Cute place but y’all need to order more products.

This place was empty when we walked inside. Service was OK, not exceptional. Ice cream was just ok, nothing to write home about. Prices were high, but that was expected.

Good ice cream I suppose. But they flat out refused to put a smaller amount of ice cream in a bigger cone for my 4 year old. To be fair, they offered a bowl, but he wanted to eat his cone like everyone else without making a big mess. I dont know what their problem is, but I will take my family elsewhere next time.

I went today with my husband and we got offended when my husband asked for a sample and the guy told him that they werent doing samples at the moment, but we saw him give the customer before us samples. Definitely will not be going back there.
