Several employees out on the floor greeted me and seemed happy to be where they were. I used to work for this company years ago and remember what working with a good crew was like in that environment. I am happy to see it continue. I will shop at Natural Grocers forever. High quality products, competitive prices, and free education from the Nutritional Health Coaches open to the public. Can you ask for more from a health food store? I think not.

Great place to go for organicsFresh fruits and veggies. Eggs, milk, other dairy products and non- dairy items, some meats. Herbs, spices, essential oils, body care, dog and cat foods. All should but stuffed with goodness. Staff nice and knowledgeable. Cant find an herb? Just ask. I love this place!

Always fresh, and some great herbs in bulk. Ive gotten to know this store and what groceries they carry, and they have become a weekly stop to fill our pantry with goodness and natural foods . There vegetables are always premium and they are always stock well. The staff is so helpful and friendly, the parking is great .

Shop here regularly. Like I can purchase supplements, food, personal care and even my dogs food. Produce is good, somtimes a little pricey but the quality is always good.

This place is vegan heaven :-) they have so many delicious things to try :-) I will often pick up a vegan wrap or sandwich in their cold case like a snackriledge. They are made in Portland and a treat for on the go :-)

A nice selection but today on 07/09/21 once I stepped into the store with my mother we were greeted with the stench of a gas leak, and as we walked through the entire store it stayed strong. We alerted an employee who said she would tell the manager, yet nothing happened. On the way out, we also mentioned it to an unnamed cashier whom informed us they had smelled it a week ago and was ignored upon mentioning it, which is ridiculous. Dont go crying to the fire station when your store blows up because you cant shut down for 30 minutes to fix a gas leak.

I just visited the store for the first time and ended up leaving with $140 worth of groceries some of the best individual advice Ive ever get been given about died at and I received a bunch of informational pamphlets that address blood sugar diet magnesium vitamins and a bunch of really informative information I love this store and Id recommend it to anybody. I give this a 5 star review.

Excellent products, friendly staff, clean storw

Produce nearly non-existent, lots of empty bins. But the reason I will never go there again is because of the rude cashier that I encountered today. She had a bandana over her nose and her mouth I couldnt understand anything she was saying and she got irritated when I asked her to repeat herself. As I usually do at a grocery store, I started putting my items on the conveyor belt before the person ahead of me had completed checking out. Apparently thats a no-no in this store and I got an evil eye from the cashier and was told to wait my turn. Completely rude service and I will never go back there again.

This is such a fun place to shop! So many healthy gourmet foods and beauty items. Everyone at checkout is friendly. There are no free grocery bags which I dont like, but most of the other customers dont mind.

It was our first time in the store and will also be our last time. One of the cashiers decided to yank their divider from my daughters fingers and yell at her to read the sign because the person in front of us wasnt completely done. She was very unprofessional and completely rude. The reason I gave this store two stars is because the head cashier and the manager above her were very sweet and helpful. Im sure nothing will happen with the rude cashier and that is the reason that we will not be back. Customer service is the key to bringing the customers back!

I love this store. It is clean, organized, and welcoming. I enjoy re-using boxes rather than breaking out new grocery sacks every visit. The selection is great and the bulk foods are well priced, as are the store brand items. Employees are wonderful. The only reason mine is not a five-star rating is that overall, it is pricier to shop here, and that might not work for some.

I’ve been coming here since literally opening day because I was excited not to have to travel to Idaho anymore. The products are always reasonably priced, and everything is always kept cleaned. David is also another reason why I enjoy coming here even during the pandemic, hes the best!

Best place in town and one stop shopping for supplements and health food. Trish is incredibly helpful and so is the rest of the staff. They are excited to be at work and believe in what they do. I hope DoorDash expands their app and in the future I get to do deliveries for this grocery and health food store. Because they have every tincture, oil, health food, supplement, and powder mix you could imagine. Theres no point in going elsewhere. Great place to shop.

Most staff is friendly especially David. There is always that one Karen though that has to ruin everything for everybody. Thanks Karen not, go get a life. Mind your own dang business about useless lil masks.

This is my favorite and one stop grocery store! Theres an amazing selection of supplements and Im so glad to have another all organic selection for produce. I was very surprised at how low their prices are. The vegetarian and vegan options are appreciated! And of course the staff is also very friendly and extremely knowledgeable :)

Natural grocers is one of my favorite stores in Spokane! Its has nearly anything you could need for eating healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. They have a vast supplement section, with different brands for any budget. In a normal grocery store, reading the labels of most products is needed to ensure theres no hidden sugar or chemicals, but I have confidence buying anything at natural grocers.

Incredible selection of healthy food. From fresh produce to frozen food. Huge selection of vitamins and mineral supplements grouped by category. Body lotions and household cleaners that are non chemical. Competitive prices to rival mail order stores. Staff is knowledgeable and happy to assist by answering questions.

I was disappointed with the selection. I was looking for organic bread and was unable to find any without enriched flour in it also. My grandson has a potato intolerance, enriched flour has niacin, which is a potato derivative.

I love shopping here because its convenient and carries organic produce and groceries for about the same price as the bigger grocery stores.

.....I was told I could go to idaho from a natural grocers cashier when I told her I have a medical exemption, I said it clearly that I could not medically wear one and they still asked me to leave. I had to basically beg to purchase one item.....few days later I came back bc I refuse to drive 40 min for 3 items .I was told I couldnt come in so they shopped for me but then a man demanded that I hand him my bank information to pay. I didnt feel comfortable at first handing my personal information to someone I dont know who has just yelled me that hes trying to protect people from covid-19,something I dont have, I just medically cannot wear a mask. He didnt need to raise his voice at a person who medically cannot do what he wanted. A person should never be ordered to hand over there credit card info to someone who has just yelled at them and said if I didnt hand it over, the cops would be called. I simply just voiced I couldnt trust him with my bank info and wanted to do it myself. His response was to tell me if I dont do this, the cops will be called and I had no choice. I have post trauma stress and I had to hand over my bank information to a stranger who had just yelled at me. I tried to advocate the best way I knew how. I had to try very hard not to cry or lose myself in a triggered truama response. I am simply medically exempt and was treated as if I was going to kill them. I hope no one else who walks in your store with a medical condition gets treated with such an inhumane response of yelling and the demanding of handing personal info to a stranger that has just yelled at them or my favorite illegal response you can go to Idaho . If its not humane, its NOT okay. It is not my choice to inconvenience you when I advocate for my medical needs and more humane treatment for the greater good.

They are there to help you with finding an item. The store is clean. Produce section is excellent. They have everything you need for the human body and your pets. I shop several times a week at my favorite Natural Grocers on Division and Wellesley. Stop in and check it out!

I have a condition which makes it very difficult and impossible for me to wear a mask and I really appreciate you guys not saying anything about it obviously people know to wear them and who doesnt wear them has a reason theres no reason why people should come up to them and ruin their day by asking them why they dont have a mask on so thank you for being human. Besides the masks only to make it worse its a proven fact

Im there like everyday. I really like a ton of the products they carry. The people are generally really nice. They seem to be doing things right.But if youre in one of the two restrooms on the same wall, and sitting on the toilet... if someone flushes the toilet on the other side of the wall then your toilet becomes a bidet - and they dont always stop at one or even two flushes...

Googled natural sugar and Natural Grocerys came up. Great location, lots of free parking. So welcoming into the store. A clerk helped me to find the natural sugar. Bought 6 bags and then walked to the shelf with Essential oils. Bought tea tree oil and Lavender. Made Sugar Scrub for gifts 😁.

Always enjoy going here. The prices are reasonable and staff are always very friendly. They carry a lot of things that other stores either dont or charge almost double for.

If you are looking for boxed allergy free options, this is a great place. However if you are grain free, the produce options are slim and some of them look pretty rough. The chicken in the freezer section expired months ago and there was not a date on it that said when it was frozen, so I didnt feel confident buying it. The frozen grass fed patties were delicious. The produce I bought was good as well. They do not offer bags for your groceries, so bring your own or use one of their boxes.

Not organized the store was as clean as it could be with its age

Love this place! So much good for and they are all about educating there shoppers. Very fresh organic produce. Join there rewards program and bring your own bag as they dont offer any but will give you a box.

Always friendly staff, and helpful. They even have books in the back to look up what different herbs and oils are used for, with medicinal purposes. This is my go to place for all natural things,organic. They have a descent variety of essential oils, foods, drinks, medicines.

I am so glad we found this store! Staff goes out of their way to help me find items. They are affordable and have a great selection. Dont be fooled by the size of the building. It is so much bigger than it looks.
