My experience with This Kay’s was not great. The moment I walked in I was not helped until asked. The process to purchase a watch was horrible, problem after problem on their end. They even told me I might have to come back another day when I mentioned I lived over an hour away. Finally they figured it out and I was able to purchase but I told them before I purchased the watch if I could get it sized and they said yes Then after I just purchased a $1000+ watch they told me they were too busy to size it for me and didn’t even bother setting the time and date on it. Just pretty much handed it to me as is and wasn’t even going to give me to packaging it came with until asked.

My experience with Kay’s in Spokane has always been horrible! My husband and I bought are wedding rings there back in 2017. We were told a straight rate on our rings, but when we showed up the price changed to 40 dollars more for my husband ring. We already reserved them at the set rate. When we went to rings it cost more then what the told us, and what we already reserved! We were not happy about that and my husband was very respectable about and tried to talk to them, and they didn’t seem to care! They kicked my husband out of the store after paying for the ringside when I went to go get our rings check, they sent them in to be fixed and polished, and said they would call us in about two weeks. We waited the two week period, and tried calling and nobody answered. We called corporate and found out they were delivered. We tried calling for over a week and no answer, my husband called AT&T that was right across from them, to see if there was anybody there, and they said they were open. We also heard they don’t all or answer because they want to keep the rings! They didn’t call or let us know that our rings were ready, we drove an hour and a half to take a gamble to see if they were ready. And guess what? They were already there! We will never go to Kay jewelers in Spokane at the mall ever again

My experience with Kay Jewelers has been very disappointing. The ring I purchased is a black diamond white gold ring with 2 black antiquing lines. I have had to send my ring back multiple to get it right. The first time was to have it sized at the time of purchase which was around March 1. I got the ring back 18 days later and the antiquing was gone and the ring was too big. The took it back again and they assured me that they would have it fixed. I received the ring back about a week later and still the antiquing was not there and the shank of the ring had been left very thin. Too thin. When we asked the salesman about the shank being thinned out he replied “that is what happens when you have a ring sized”. My wife was not happy at all with that answer so she called the manager the next day. The manager Marni was very helpful. She agreed that the ring should be delivered to us the same as it was when we purchased it. I finally got the ring back today April 19 and the antiquing is there now and the shank is the way it was when we purchased it. Unfortunately the ring was returned to us with some kind of nick or dent right on the top of the ring that was never there before. I don’t want to send my ring back to the same jeweler for a fourth time. The nick can be seen in the picture below the diamond in the middle. It’s very disappointing.

I went to the N. Division Mall Kay Jewelers to shop for a ring for a gift for a teen. We were in the store for at least 20 minutes walking around before I was even acknowledged by one of the 3, maybe 4 employees. They were sizing rings, etc, with other customers but didn’t even acknowledge that we were in the store wandering around. Then, instead of “Hi,” we were greeted with “Do you have an appointment?” I said “No, I just saw a ring on your website that says it’s in stock in the store.” He replied “just order it online and come pick it up.” I really felt like just because I wasn’t spending thousands of dollars on a ring, I wasn’t worth the time. I actually have more to purchase before the end of the year, but I will not be giving the North Division Kay Jewelers my business. If they don’t want my smaller purchases, then I certainly won’t go for my big purchases.

Ashley was amazing, a couple of the other girls seemed too eager and trying to jump on us like used car salesmen when we walked in but Ashley was just calm and never pressured us into anything! She was very patient with myself and my grandma while we were shopping for Christmas gifts. I definitely recommend her and we a couple beautiful rings and a watch all for some really great prices too! We are excited for the Le Vian show next mo th as well!

This is not the first time my fiancé and I have had an issue with something at this store. When I most recently got my ring cleaned by myself I had to correct the staff helping me twice that my fiancé was ALSO a woman. An inclusivity training could be helpful. We will not ever shop there for new purchases and only go there because I have to get my ring cleaned every six months to keep the warranty.

Horrible customer service! The employee insulted me when I went to take my wedding band in for my inspection. She approached my husband and myself asked if we neesed help, I said I needed to get my wedding band cleaned and inspected. She said oh thats your wedding ring...what no actual ring it was extremely offensive and I was never tell anyone to go to this location nor will I ever return to this location.

FOURTH attempt to pickup my ring and there is a NEW chip in my diamond. They’ve had my ring since November 12th. Sent in for repair - missing diamond, which is covered by the warranty. Told it’d be back by the November 28th. Never received a phone call when my ring returned from the “shop”. December 12th, went to get it after we called them. When he got there to pick it up, they offered to check everything before handing it off. Offered. The baby diamond was replaced. Now three of the larger diamonds were loose. Three diamonds that WEREN’T loose before. Obviously this isn’t ok. Back to “the shop” it goes. Two more weeks pass. No call again. Don’t worry, we’ll call you. Back in to pickup. Same courtesy check, everything was a-ok. I put it on and feel something sharp on the side. Turns out one of the prongs on a diamond, that wasn’t there for repair, was elevated. I was only able to wear it with a bandaid wrapped on my inner middle finger. Returned the ring to be sent out once again. Fast-forward to today. After waiting over 30 mins to be helped, she hands me my ring. I put it on. Nothing sharp. Yay! Then, the largest diamond catches my eye. I wipe it off with my shirt. Nope. That didn’t change the CHIP I was looking at. A brand spankin’ new chip in my diamond that was NOT there. I am disgusted. They offer to inspect the ring for me once again. Why in the hell is this the first time you’re looking at it?? Why has my ring come back to me is worse condition than the initial problem??

They don’t even greet you when you come in. I wish we hadn’t bought my engagement ring and band there so I didn’t have to go there to get it serviced for the insurance upkeep. We spent a lot of money on my Neil Lane set and it’s unfortunate that the customer service at this place is horrible. They literally walked around me and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. I waited for over 45 minutes until someone finally said something to me (I was the only customer in the store besides the two other customers that were being helped). Neither of the two employees even acknowledged me to let me know they’d be right with me. One employee had to wait on her customer to call their bank and had 15 minutes where they could’ve asked me what I needed which was a simple cleaning. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

My Birthday was September 14th my girlfriends got me a ring. I went in on the 17th to get it sized. was told two weeks. it was three weeks. Upon picking it I noticed a diamond was missing. Was told i could wear it then when Im ready to get it fixed bring it in. So i take it on the 7th of October after the three days of wearing it. was told a diamond replacement would take a week. Well it didnt. its the 27th of October. i pick it up today and notice the diamond that got fixed is all messy looking and doesnt look like the rest of them. I will never go or refer this store to anyone. The staff are so RUDE! they all are not friendly. when they say they will check on the order and call you back, they dont. very disappointed and worse diamond shopping/experience i ever had.

I came in on a Sunday. The entire staff is patient & knowledgeable. I have low vision so it took extra time. They all listened to my desires and helped me select the perfect Ring for me. Thank you to Assoc Chelsea & Assistant Manager Marni. All night I had second thoughts because my last ring had bagets & I really wanted a few. So... I came back on Monday morning. The Manager (I forgot her name) said they did not send out my ring yet for sizing & she helped me select an enhancer which had the stones I wanted. I would highly recommend this store and friendly staff. They have a GORGEOUS selection at great prices, or you can order what you want.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered my mother in law a custom necklace on their website to ship to a store near me and I expected it to take a little while, but wow. Over a month and a half later of no word, I find out they had it the whole time! I checked my order status almost everyday until it had said it had said it shipped(almost exactly a month), no email confirmation. I waited another week and a half as it said to account for shipping time and still nothing, so I called customer service to check and turns out it had been delivered only 2 weeks after I had ordered it. I couldve had this necklace over a month ago! I never got an email or a call from the store when it had arrived, or when I never came in to get it aonth later. I spoke with customer service and the employees in the store and never got more than wow thats weird. Im so incredibly upset and dissapointed, I couldve given it to her a long time ago. I will never shop here again, the quality of the item isnt worth what I paid, either.

If this company really cared about their customers they would not allow this store to continually provide bad customer service. When I was purchasing my wedding band the seller told me that getting my ring inspected or worked on would be included in my warranty. My engagement ring was purchased elsewhere so I was worried they wouldnt include it. I was told they would so I purchased the band. 6 years later I took it in to get it resized because my finger size changed after pregnancy. The sells associate informed me that I will have to pay to get it resized. I told her that the resizing was included in my warranty so it should not be any cost to me. She states since I got my engagement ring elsewhere it voids the warranty. I am very upset!! I was told they would take care of it by the sells associate who I purchased the band from. They lied to me. I will not be purchasing from there again.Update: took my ring to the place my husband bought my engagement ring! They are resizing my ring for me, even with the band that was bought elsewhere. I am so thankful to them! Again I will never purchase at kay jewelers. I do not appreciate being lied to which ended with costing me more money than the money I spent additionally for the lifetime warranty!

Kay Jewelers has terrible customer service and their product is very low quality. I have had horrible issues with my wedding set since they day my husband bought it. I had to have my ring sent off three times in the first year to get fixed. I stay up to date with my warranty checks but less than three years into having my ring I have already lost a diamond. My husband bought me a bracelet for Christmas and it broke not even TWO months after I received it. He bought it 62 days prior to it breaking. Kay would not return it because it was past the 60 days. The lady was extremely rude on the phone. While their product looks pretty, it is overpriced for the lack of quality in their product. Save yourself the time and money and go to a real jeweler. Lesson learned we will always shop local!!

It didnt sound like most of them were describing the same store I went to. I have a complaint or a suggestion or something, but Im not ready to share that right now. I should have checked the reviews before I came here. Came here today to have my ring and earrings inspected and cleaned. The store was busy because of the holiday. So we told the lady who helped us that we would come back to pick up the ring and earrings later because the store was packed. 30 mins later, we came back and the lady helped us was done with her shift and went home. No one knew what happened to my jewels. They looked at me and said I dont know what to say, that how you let your jewels got stole. Seriously?! Back then, when we were still in Vegas, we did that all the time. I would leave my jewels at the store to be cleaned and 30 mins later, the customer service will have them ready in box for me to pick up! We tried not to panic. They did a lot of phone calls trying the reach the girl. I showed them my paperwork to prove that I did leave my jewels here (thanks God I had my paperwork with them, otherwise they wouldnt believe me). Then one of ladies finally came to the cleaning box and looked in bottom, my rings and earrings were in there without anybody care for them. Worst experience ever. DO NOT COME HERE.

Do not buy a engagement ring from them! They told my fiance that with the ring he picked the interest rate was 1% so he bought it and of course I fell in love with it but when making the payment came around the interest rate went to 27%!!! We talked to them but of course they have this whole story to back themselves up. I feel like they definitely took advantage of him and would hate to see others get this done to them.

I went into this store 2 days ago to get my wife a Christmas gift, and a tall skinny guy helped me. He was rude and argumentative. I found a ring that I really liked, but left without it because he was so rude. Another guy came to help me, but the first guy kept following us around making sure you got part of the spiff. Therefore, I had to leave. I have bought from this store in the past, and overlooked their pushiness, but I could not overlook how rude this guy was. I will not be back.

The repair process has taken two months, it was not what I wanted, the sales Associate Gladys assured me that, I would be satisfied. Poor customer service we were not even acknowledged for over 8 minutes. Staff had a very visible bad attitude. Counters were dirty and store was hard to walk through. Worst customer experience we have ever received from kay jeweler. Been there multiple times lately to get a ting guard with my wedding ring and get it resized and this is the worst customer experience I have ever had. The information is totally might and say from each person.they do not celebrate about the customer here at all just the sale.I was there for a valentines day sale and was told only the day prior it was under my budget with the sale only to be told the next day it was almost 500 more. The ladies who work here have the worst customer service skills Ive ever encountered. Ive been a customer for 5 years and we have purchased 4 items at Kays. Ive had a ring resized here right before my wedding and they assured me that I would have it back in plenty of time before my wedding, I got it back the day before and Im sure thats only because I went in multiple times to ask them about it. We just recently brought my husbands ring in that was under warranty amd had broken so we would get a free replacement. We were never called to be told the replacement ring was in so when we did call 2 months later wondering what was up they were like uh yeah its here. So we went in to pick it up 30 minutes after calling and the lady tried telling us it wasnt there. it was there and after finding it they told us we had to give the broken ring back, but they took it when they ordered the replacement. so now they want usto buy a new ring.. I will never buy ANYTHING here again.

The worst customer service I have ever received. I just recently had my ring resized. I came back in because I wasnt happy with how small it still was. The two girls working had an attitude about me wanting to get it resized. Then argued with me about getting it resized. Its my ring and my finger!!! I was baffled. When I went in to buy a ring on Nov 26 2018 I had Ben working with one nice lady who knew I was a disabled veteran who lives off of 1000 a month but she had to go home after that the girl who took over was horrible at explaining the payments prior we had Ben talking 80-90 dollar monthly payments so we get denied so she says we can use your bank she told us what they would be charging us 80 what she forgot mention is that its twise a month so now my family is soon to be homeless honestly becouse of this my whole experience in getting engaged has ben tainted had to cancel and move the wedding thanks kays Ill up date this if things change but I doubt they will for more than likely they dont care who they affect as long as they get their $$$$ the worst part is we have 4 little girls that a now we all have to sleep in a van now it was saposed to be a special time for me and my fiance now its a nightmare

So far my exsperience with them hasnt been very good, My husband purchased the Ever Us ring for me for Christmas, they told us it would take 2 weeks to have it sized, I told my husband never mind I didnt want to wait 2 weeks to get the ring, then they told me they could put a rush on it so that I could have it to wear to a function we are going to on the 19th, needless to say its the 18th and Im still waiting for the email to tell me the ring is here, Im at the point now that I just want to cancel the order and get my down payment back, I will go to Ben Bridges or Jewlery Design where I know the customer comes first, I dont like to be lied to or jerked around, I always give people and businesses a chance but this is not how you treat customers

If you go here, be on your A game!Prices are actually decent compared to the othet jewelry stores around the mall. Reason i hate this place is because the sales people are disgustingly pushy. Ive dealt with a million sales people from all kinds of shops, but ive never been pushed so hard to take out credit in my life. And then you get to the checkout and they start trying to push you into other stuff. There is no subtlety in their pushiness.However, they do have a nice selection of unique quality jewelry, and service is prompt. They got my fiancees engagement band soldered and sized 2 days before they quoted!

After going into the North Town Mall location for Kays I have no want to ever go into one of their store again!I went in there with my boyfriend looking at engagement rings and hoping to find one that we both love! We were greeted by a wonderful new sales representative who was happy to help and let us look and find what we like. As the time went on, the inexperienced sales rep no longer felt like she could provide us with the best customer service and asked a different sales representative who had just transferred from another location to come over and assist us. This was great that she wanted to make sure we got the proper help. Unfortunately the sales rep that replaced the new employee was pushy, didnt accept that we were looking not buying, were not interested in signing up for a credit card, and wouldnt take no for an answer. She was rude, didnt build re-pour, pushy, didnt listen to what we were wanting or looking for in a ring and ruined my experience of looking for an engagement ring. I left there horrifically mad and wanting to call and speak with the manager to let her/him know just how dissatisfying the service was. How their sales people need listen to the customers not talk over them and when their sales reps are trying to pitch the same credit card approval that they have already recommended 6 times maybe they shouldnt pitch it for the 7th or 8th time!! If they are going to ask more than once, dont feed the customers the same cookie cutter pitch line and sinker every single time and not every two minutes.Also a sales representative should never lie to the customer or mislead them. Neil Lane is carried else where at other stores like Westfield. And it doesnt make the sales representative look all that great when she talks negatively about a competitor.Do not expect to go into Kays to have an enjoyable time... Expect to get someone whos push, rude and doesnt want to meet the needs of the customers but wants to make her commission!They will never get my business!
