The Hallmark Greeting card dept. is my go to since its my favorite part of the store. I have spent hours there. The card displays are always full and the selection beats the prices. There is always something new and refreshed. The rest of the store is great as well.

Was told they accepted paypal qr over the phone only to get there do my shopping and was declined. The store clerk was really nice but I feel like the ones answer the phone just say whatever to get off the phone

Its walmart. Usually stocked well, except the tool section, dont know if its the holidays coming or getting items in. The workers are mostly nice and willing to help. Subway inside closes at 6.

Went to return unopened shampoo, I misplaced receipt, was treated badly, lady had very ugly attitude towards me. Actually shoved bag back at me, said not from this store! I belive returns could be done at any location? She repeated not this store.i was to upset to calmly handle situation. Will be going to purchase location for my return.

Walmart is a disappointment; these guys have more people helping with customer checkout and loss prevention than if they would open enough checkout counters and do it the old-fashioned way. Why do you need 4 to 5 people checking on receipts and aiding people with self-checkout? Sad, sad, sad state of affairs. Id rather pay a few more bucks and go to Yokes or Fred Meyers (and I hate how that stores configured). Additionally, the produce at Walmart is horrible! Sam Walton would be hugely disappointed in what Walmarts become--terrible!

There was a homeless man sitting outside at closing last night wrapped in a blanket, and one employee was yelling at him telling him hes not allowed back and he needs to leave, but in a less nice manner while cursing and being very aggressive for no apparent reason. As far as i could tell, the man wasnt doing anything other than sitting outside (looking homeless), and he was in the same spot when i came out as when i went in, so im sure nothing happened inside the store. there was no reason the employee needed to be that patronizing and try to embarrass him, he could have handled it a lot differently especially with customers walking by as they were exiting the store to go to their cars. he could definitely gain some humility and compassion for people. i wouldnt want him in charge of anywhere i worked.

Seems to be generally one of the better-stocked stores in town. Associates tend to be a bit nicer than the average Walmarts. They dont have a full grocery, though, which is a downside; hence only 4 stars. No fresh produce or meat department, but they do carry frozen items and basic dairy, as well as shelf-stable foods.

The store on Wellesley there shelves are not always stocked. There is never anyone around or near the makeup department and since just about everything is locked up so getting the items you need is a pain.

I have shopped Walmart for about 4.5 decades, I myself worked for Sam for an extended period of time lol, one important thing from training and my previous jobs the first few things we learned is .....if a customer comes within 6-8 feet of you, acknowledge them. Last but not least, ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO......SMILE!!! Its not gonna kill ya for Heavens sake. Smile.... I mean, do the associates know one part of the pay they receive is that smile!! The associates that ring my orders up for me r smiling n laughing lol. Ty

Training of employees needs to be better self checkout is the way to go

Any Walmart you go to has horrible customer service that clearly does not care. Especially if try to contact online chat customer service. They are hands down the most incompetent individuals that will leave mid convo and tell you nothing more than what you could find out online yourself. Online ordering and pick up can be a nightmare if you cancel items or wanted to return something.

Employees are kind, aisles are compact and easy to maneuver.

This is for the amazing pharmacy! They have put up with me all day trying to get my prescription! They caught, the one that was sent, had a product Im allergic to in it, and have been doing everything they can to help me get the right one! Thank you for this wonderful staff at the pharmacy!

Its walmart... good days and bad days. I evaluate on my overall level of satisfaction. Open more check stands with faster people. Walmart wants you to do all the work yourself now when checking out to save money on hiring.So they installed self check out machines, and any manned check out lanes are usually manned by the more incompetent people.

I never shop at this store...just stopped on the way home from the VA for just a few items which I was able to get...wad quick and easy

Trying to return an online order. 15 minutes for associate to work on 3 different terminals, only to say returns system down come back later. Not a happy customer today!

I consistently have issues with the pharmacy they always tend to be out of my mothers important medicine Im considering transferring my mothers Pharmaceutical medicine to Fred Meyers I get my prescriptions there and usually never have issues🤦❤

Its just meh. Most of the time it is well stocked. Cashiers are slow. Finding help is hit or miss.

I personally prefer this Walmart to the super stores. Less store to walk other stores near by and right on the bus line. What is lacking in selection is redeemed by not walking 3 miles in store.

This Walmart gets the job done for the most part but lacks many essential foods like lunch meat, and doesn’t have a full selection of choices of anything edible. The other departments have been fine. But the one that’s meant to keep people alive needs some work.

I went here with a friend of mine. She wanted to buy a pool for her grandkids. There was a pool for the family before us; there was a pool for the family behind us. None for her. Im almost entirely sure that they didnt sell my friend a pool because of transphobia against me.Why else would they tell her No, were out of kids swimming pools, yet have one to sell to the people after her? Besides transphobia, how do you explain that?

I dont care for the store but sometimes you got to shop there. Out of all the Walmarts this is the dirtiest one in the Spokane area. Spokane Valley location.

Only two checkers and one was legit literally THE SLOWEST scanner/ bagger Ive ever seen in my life. He didnt look high though or anything, maybe his girlfriend dumped him that morning or something but that boy was STUCK.

Ive not only been a customer at shades Walmart but an employee as well. Great Co workers and management goes above and beyond for customers and employees.

One of the nicest Walmarts in Spokane that I have been to. The store is always very clean and great customer service. I am glad that they still have actual people to check us out instead of going all self check as many stores already have.

I have been going to the Shadle Walmart for many years..and it is one of the best! Well organized. Clean. And the employees are always ready to help, are courteous, and knowledgeable.A well run ship..🙂

Overall experience was pleasant everybody was helpful and polite. They were out of almost everything that I needed in the garden department like sprinklers and attachments etc but thats expected since its summer but they did say you could go online and order it which they probably will have. I shop at this Walmart all the time no problems here.

Below average Walmart. Been there before and met with some empty shelves with the last bit of product strewn about and all a mess. Talking undershirts and socks, not a rare hot item at Christmas.They dont have much in the way of quality food. Nothing is fresh. Its shelf stable or frozen.The other Walmart on the north side of town has been consistently better.

Me and my wife where both stalked and her herassed like some of the local tweakers in there to rob the place by their, Im assuming 3rd party security officers from the moment we walked in. Ended up ditching the cart of what would have been about a $500 purchase. Drove back to the Moses Lake Wal-Mart and another store for our shopping. Still a lot of tweakers and homeless in ML area but definitely treated better by a way friendlier Wal-Mart there where even the cashier recognized me from a couple weeks ago

No stock...😔 two Walmarts in two weeks, had to have a friend order on line. Half hour wasted, just to drive to the store ....

Went in to do some shopping with my girlfriend. Had to use bathroom real quick and when I got out. Couldnt find a single person to purchase a discovery pass. Left store in a hurry. But luckily my girlfriend had the no how to get it done and in an hours time she was done and in a hurry to be back in the car with me.

Walmart has become the USSR of retail.They refuse to carry everything that they said they were going to carry by contract so I dont know why the retailers are not having fits.Several different things I had to go to other stores for because all of a sudden Walmart doesnt have it or its in a box somewhere because they cant get it unpacked.Walmart is falling apart.Target on the other hand wow, I never walk into a Target and find boxes on their floor no matter how bad it gets you want to tell me why?Walmart needs to be taken to task for their inept attitudes and for their China support.

The heavyset lady thats working pick up seems to come off with a snotty bitter attitude.Of course there is a few decent friendly people here and there fortunately. Peoples facial expressions and body language plus your tone of voice will speak louder than words.

We regularly shop here.I would say around 85% of the staff are functional with common sense and capable of doing there jobs well and in a courteous manner. I have had a few run ins with one or two non helpful employees but over all a good experience.Its walmart so it has just about what ever you need.Do note this location does not sell alcohol or produce due to sharing the parking lot with the neighboring Safeway and you can purchase both of these products there.

I had to return a pair of shoes that where too big and hurting my feet. I had the tag but I didnt have a receipt for them, so I honestly didnt expect them to let me return them. I had a bottle of conditioner that also needed to be returned (I accidentally bought 2 conditioners) I did have the receipt for this. The man at the customer service was respectful and helpful. Luckily I had bought them with a debit card, so it was a very smooth transaction. For now on Im buying items with a card, i know i wont have a problem returning items. Also I bought a lot of groceries and compared to rosaurs I saved a lot. Also I bought a HP laptop from the Sprague location and thats working great.

I did not find what I was looking for and no sales person asked if they could help me. Just another visit to verify my experience that Walmart is a waste of space.

Love Walmart! Crazy in Walmart normally. This one is the best easy going Walmart Ive been to in awhile. Even with security going crazy over people stealing. Its still way better than all other Walmarts believe it or not.

Sweet and sour pork was great. The sauce was a nice change from what Im used too. And the almond chicken also had a nice gravy, good flavor.

Lets face it, Walmart is Walmart and you go there for cheap items. This trip was to grab a air pump which was roughly $12 usd cheaper than Target or Fred Meyer. It wasnt a brand name I recognized but it did the job. I also got a few other items such has some Haines socks and paper towels, both about a dollar cheaper than other places. But with all the saving you do find yourself in an odd spaces with other shoppers or characters... and sometimes its more smooth sailing and other times it is not.This store is clean and the workers are helpful and friendly.

Not the best managed Wallmart, quite a shortage on their house motor oil most popular weights and many other such things. Unless you have done reconnaissance shopping and know exactly where things are. Avoid this one, as there are none to assist the Customer. If it looks busy, schedule another time or better run store.

The people there are great when helping though they were out of what we needed for our silverwood trip. The Walmart is big and a bit confusing since im only visiting

For a walmart its one of the best in our area. Walmarts dont usually get a good rep but this one definitely beats most Ive been too. Its quiet, calm, nothing too over the top going on. Always good staff working and helping out with anything you need.

This is a weird Walmart. Its not laid out or organized like any other Walmart Ive visited, your experiences navigating other Walmarts will be of no use to you here. On the other hand it feels cleaner, nicer, more spacious, better-lit, and less chaotic than any other Walmart in the region. Its like an alternate dimension where Walmart is more like Target.

The ONLY real complaint I have is lack of cashiers, however its not Walmarts fault people dont want to work. Sad

Jackie in electronics is wonderful! Always provides outstanding customer service. He goes up and above for his customers. Hes helped me for years In electronics. He helped me with adjusting my watch the other night even though he doesnt work in that department he truly cares about his customers he deserves a raise! (:
