I have never written a review . But I have never done business with a company like EZ Loader trailers. If I could, I would give EZ Loader trailers negative 5 stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have had a warranty issue for 5 months (bad brakes and trailer sway) and I can not get any help from EZ loader If you doubt my word just try to contacting any human being using their website or email or phone. If you have to choose between EZ loader trailers or a heavy . Choose the rope .

Good trailers, horrible parts/shipping, ordered a brake line and light, they shipped it to someone in Georgia, I live in East Texas. When I’ve been able to speak to a real person, I get transferred to someone’s voice mail that has never returned my call. They do build a good trailer.

I hit an enormous Spokane pothole with the drivers side tire of my Easy Loader boat trailer and knocked the axle out of alignment by 6 inches, pulled the leaf spring off the rear support, folded the U bolt alignment bar up like an accordion, and damaged the 3 piece fender. Evergreen State Towing patched it back together and realigned the axle enough to get me going again. I called EZ Loader Boat Trailers and asked if they had a dealer closer than Marks Marine in Hayden Idaho where I bought it, so I didnt have to pull it that far. They told me to bring the trailer to their Spokane Location. I dropped it off at 7am today, and it was repaired with paint matching parts by noon today!! Cost me less than $250, and they repacked the wheel hub at no charge for me just to make sure all was good. I highly recommend these guys. Totally professional, met me at the gate at 7am, quick fix and it is good as new. Thank you very much!

Purchased a new pontoon four years ago that came with an EZ Loader boat trailer. Ive been an avid boat owner for over 50 yrs. and have never had an issue with a boat trailer until now. The trailer is 5 yrs old ( purchased 4yrs. ago) new from a local boat dealer. This season while trailering the boat to our launch the rear bearing froze up (determined due to rust in the hub) causing the left rear tandem tire to catch fire. The trailer has been in the water a maximum of 10-times. Response back from EZ Loader was possibly lack of trailering as the trailer has less than 300-miles on it. Per EZ Loader, being 5 yrs. old its past the manufactured defect warranty no matter of actual trailering use. Either way, this must be a manufactured defect on this trailer. If you have a choice when buying a new boat and trailer and it comes with an EZ Loader boat trailer you might want to ask if they offer different trailers. Very disappointed with the quality of this trailer.

I have owned two different trailers from them. The trailers arent bad but finding parts is a pain. They wanted to charge $37.86 to ship 5 lug studs which would have easily fit in a small flat rate box. The 5 bolts only cost 16.25 total. Luckily I found what I needed some place that had them cheaper and had reasonable shipping rates.

Dodging a warranty claim, they know that he fenders on the Skeeter trailers have a rusting problem. Probably why Skeeter started building their own trailers now. The warranty only goes with the first owner, was told by lovely customer service rep that the first owner was Skeeter so could not honor the warranty. Warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on.

I recently dealt with Bub Bishop in the parts department and I am truly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism I received. His advice on installing new oil bath hubs on my trailer hit the nail on the head. Should I ever need parts again they are my first choice!!
