This is a wonderful place. The women on staff here are so gracious, professional, and helpful. They really know what theyre doing and they do their jobs with a sense of pride and a sense of humor. I am always pleased with the selection of products they have and the service they provide. Ive been going to them for at least 10? years and they never disappoint. After a difficult diagnoses, I found my way to this shop. I found the shop to have a complete selection of quality goods. Their products were only surpassed by the excellent service. The staff provided thoughtful guidance without any pressure. My husband and I left the shop feeling up to our challenges. As a side note, I checked their prices against online stores. There were no differences in price, but the helpful advice and fittings made the three hour trip to Spokane worthwhile!

The women at the Essentianl Woman Boutique are THE BEST! Ive been going there for 10 years and they are the most kind and thoughtful women Ive met. Their boutique is up to date an amazing. They take care of the insurance claim so you dont have to. A true gem.

Set up an appointment for my mom who had just started chemo. The person we spoke to seemed hesitant to even set up the appointment for us to look at wigs then called back to cancel but would not provide a time that would be preferred (on a weekend) I had high expectations but was extremely disapointed by the whole situation.
