Finding a good auto shop is difficult; finding a great one is next to impossible. Jessica Wilde runs a great shop. She herself is a renowned mechanic, well respected throughout the automotive industry. As a retired mechanic and former semi-professional racer I feel very fortunate to have found her shop. She always prefers to use the best replacement parts available, but she will defer if budgetary concerns prohibit it. Her mechanics are top drawer. My wife and I have had her do everything from replacing a cam timing sensor to brake jobs, to sourcing and replacing an engine in a favorite old Volvo. In my opinion she is not only the best choice in Spokane, but the best in Washington state. Very, very highly recommended!

Awesome shop with a high degree of professionalism and honesty. I brought my truck in to have my ac system repaired after another shop said I had to replace most of it. Wilde had it for an hour and only found a leak in my high side valve. Got it all running and its been perfect ever since. This is the second time I have come to them and they do great work and are honest. I will continue going here for all my future repairs

My car was in the shop for OVER A WEEK and they charged me ZERO DOLLARS!! I was having A LOT of problems so I brought it to Wilde for diagnostic tests. They replaced the part that would most likely fix the issue and when this did not work they sent the part back and did not charge me for it. When they put my car back together the problems were fixed. They said something must have had a bad connection and got connected properly upon putting back together. Since they basically took the car apart and put it back together without replacing anything the owner didnt charge me.. not even for the diagnostic tests or labor.. literally nothing.. Wilde automotive is A GODSEND and I will be recommending this place to all my loved ones in the future.

Finding this business was like finding a soft sand beach and a margarita dispenser. Refreshing and relaxing. I try to do most of my own auto work, but diagnosing and repairing the AC system was going to be a step too far for my skills and frustration threshold. New to the area, I hadnt found a good shop to work with yet. Jessica and the team stepped up and provided excellent service, from helping me source OEM parts at less than the stealer prices, to expertly diagnosing the problem with my car while educating me about a pitfall I would have victimized myself with, communicating well throughout the scheduling and the peformance of the work, had it done on time, and even slightly under estimate. Do I need to say more? Im picky at best when it comes to my vehicles and workmanship and I would not hesitate to walk through their door again. Good work.

I have been in to Wilde Auto twice now with my 05 Ford Focus. Both times they were professional and honest. They told me what the issues were, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Absolutely no pressure. Prices were reasonable. Made the whole repair process a lot easier. Thankful for these guys and will probably be coming back with my new pre-owned vehicle.

Went in for alignment told the owner I tightened up front tortion bars ( owner was to busy to listen) and she flipped a cookie on me! so I left nice like! NOT RECOMENDED! they did another one for me without any problems. I called a mechanic there a week before I drove 15 miles to have owner treat me with a snarl, mechanic understood! bad business method! they should apologize and do work free! lol I will never go back.

Ive had them work on 3 of our 4 cars for many things. Small things like a headlight replacement and large things like putting a new engine in. They are extremely well priced, super nice, and very prompt. I highly recommend!

I’m a first time but will be long term customer of Wilde. I brought our Yukon in for what turned out to be major AC repair and experienced nothing but fast friendly service that got us back up and running the next day. The refreshed system experienced a glitch not soon after (stuff happens sometimes), but they got me right back in and taken care of quickly.

Great customer care.I have used Wilde Automotive for my car repair needs several times over the past few years, and will continue to do so. While not the cheapest car shop around (you get what you pay for) pricing is up front and fair. I have never been slapped with a hidden fee or undue labor cost and Wilde goes out of their way to make sure vehicle repair is done correctly. Tried to take advantage of my wife by quoting over $400 price for a 10 min job of replacing a a.c. blower motor located under glove box that was held up by 3 screws. Claimed part was $189 when part in fact was $30. Then charge $300+ labor to remove 3 screws? What a joke and of course they denied the alligations though I posted visual evidence backing up the allegations . This company is a shiny example whats wrong with America take advantage of people all for money. Be warned Spokane a real shady dishonest buisness. Take your rigs elsewhere!

Brought a suburban with a bunch of problems nobody could figure out... They got it sorted... For a fair price... Wouldve saved a lot of time and money if I had brought it to them first... I had an oil change done by Wilde. The customer service was great, they had an appointment opening that worked with my schedule. and they were quick! There is a spacious customer lounge with keurig coffee and tea to enjoy. I recommend them!

Being newer to Spokane had me unsure of where to take my vehicle to for repairs. Wilde Automotive offered coupons and free diagnostics for repairs which you dont see at most auto repair shops. They work in a timely manner and schedule you in very quickly. I highly recommend them and will definitely be taking my vehicle back for any future repairs.

It doesnt get any better, even at twice the price. I showed up at their business at 7 am Monday morning. My 18 year old full size trucks 4 wheel drive was not working, would not engage automatically or manually. I researched causes and thought it was the actuator or relays or vacuum lines. I expected a $600 bill. They could have charged that and I would have paid it as I needed the truck in this snow. They went thru the system and fixed a broken connection at the computer. $213 out the door same day. Theyll keep my business.

My neighborhood mechanic moved away so i was left not only inconvenienced but wondering where the heck to go. after searching and searching i discovered Wilde Automotive and contacted them. they are close by to me, they are very reasonsbly priced and are up front and honest. i really appreciated the fact that they didnt charge an upfront diagnostic fee AND then called me to tell me the problem and how much it would cost to fix it. i already have my other vehicle scheduled for repairs.

They did a good job and work fairly quickly. Honest and stick with their estimates. Brought our car in cause of a clunking noise in the front end. They diagnosed the problem and we scheduled the repair. After the repair, car hasnt made the noise and the car drives smoother. Good price rate on labor. They didnt try to pressure me with upsells. Will definitely do business again. Diagnostic was free as we were a new customer but you need to print out the coupon off their website. We didnt know that but they still gave us the discount.

This is the most wonderful automotive shop I have ever experienced. You are not a customer there, you are a friend who needs some help. They are right there to help you. I am a girl and car stuff terrifies me. But, I can tell you these folks are knowledgeable, and work hard to find the problem and fix in record time. I will never take my car anywhere else. They are so helpful, and so kind when you are worried about your broken car and if it can be fixed. Like magic ... in a mater of a few hours it is diagnosed and fixed in record time. Messaged them about an tune up and gave me a quote and I was able to drop off the next day. They gave me a ride back home and pick me up after my van was done. The tune up only took couple of hours. Will be taking my van back to them whenever I need it.
