Get place to go the mechanic there knows his stuff he helped me with my transmission in my truck good people .

Open sign is always on in window and stopped several times but door always locked and nobody there. Sign also says go around block to auto repair building and same thing door locked n nobody there several times as well. Place is a joke and very unprofessional. I can see why nothing ever gets done according to other reviews. NOBODYS EVER WORKING

I made the mistake of paying them upfront for the work. A year and a half later they finally complete the truck. Art had agreed to ship the vehicle to me because I had moved due to my military change of station. When they finally delivered the vehicle, 2 months later then we agreed upon, he not only stuck me with the shipping costs, but also delivered a truck that doesnt run. Nothing was complete on the vehicle and the shop kept a lot of my parts. I strongly recommend to stay away from Blue Moon. Theyve caused me nothing but agony for the year and a half that Ive had to deal with them and now Im stuck cleaning up their shoddy work.

We took our car in for an estimate was quoted $1200 after a month of saving we took it in for all the work to be done Art the owner said itd take 4days but that quickly turned into 4wks we drove by almost every wk plus called for updates only to receive nothing no word from anyone finally our car was done however they charged me double the price AND we broke down on the highway in 80degree weather with kids in the car the same day just hrs after getting it i mentioned all the lights being on in the dash and was told itd stop they cleared all the codes so it shouldnt happen plus they didnt change my 2 back tires annnnndd we paid the first $1200 up front. DO NOT EVER GO HERE, SCAMMERS ALL OF THEM. The owner tried to say its his mechanic but you know what dude you hired him so its you too Art Wanrow of Blue Moon Auto.

Took my tuck into them 7 months ago.was TOLD THE BILL WOULD BEAROUND 5OO0.00.TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP AND WAS QUOTED3100 FOR THE SAME WORK.

Brought my dodge stratus to them back in 2014 for an oil change and it completely died a couple days later while driving. While at the shop one of the mechanics was offering my husband insurance fraud to take it out and blow it up. He also told my husband that they just pull something in the engine to get people back in. Absolutely awful business that shouldn’t be operating. I should have left a review a long time ago. I see they are still doing business the same way. What a shame.

I took my Jeep to blue moon for repairs after buying it from a dealership. He was supposed to fix my back brakes, power steering pump and the power steering rack. When I got it home my Jeep was leaking worse then when I brought it to them and the power steering pump was not new or replaced and my calibers locked up and started smoking. We took it back to them and got the run around saying they were still waiting on the parts. 5 days later we called the dealership to ask why the parts hadnt arrived yet. They were confused because blue moon had cashed out our ticket and got paid for the work they refused to do, they got paid a second time and didnt even touch my Jeep. It sat in the same spot on the road for 5 days. They dont like the fact that this dealership buys their own parts so blue moon cant overcharge them. They try to rip women off because they think we dont know anything. All they care about is the money and they dont actually do the work.

Over all the most unpleasant experience i have had with an automotive shop. Quoted me a price and exceeded the amount. Witch would have been some what tolerable. If they would have dun the job right. Made it back home witch is only a few blocks. And thank god i did btw. And the supposed repair to my intake manifold. Blew my radiator fluid all over witch I might add was supposed to be a new radiator. And its still the same one. Many more problems with the repairs to my truck. And horrible customer service. I recommend you take your vehicle to a reputable automotive shop. I would rate a zero but there is not an option for that yet.

Art the owner is very competitive in his pricing, and his mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. Ive had several of my rigs fixed here, and it was done right every time. Do not take your vehicle here, this place is horrible. I had them do a head gasket on my truck and it didnt even make it 4000 miles. They are a joke to deal with, the guy they have in charge of the shop is a scatter brain and pretty much worthless and the business is nothing but a joke. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was supposed to pickup a uhaul truck here. It wasnt there. Not their fault, but it was their fault that when I called the owner he told me to wait 15 minutes, then 30 minutes later to hang tight Ill call you and never called me. It was moving day.Worse, I saw him show up at the business while waiting and then just take off. Twice.Art is a scatterbrain, and if this is in any way indicative of the way he treats his average customer, stay away.

I was very pleased with service they offered. They were professional and knowledgeable, and the price was very competitive. I bought the flyer deal and i got 6 oil changes for like 80 bucks.... Not looking forward to the next breakdown, but when it happens I am going here.

Art and Chris are Awesome. I went to Firestone to get an alignment Firestone said I needed $1800 of total front end word before they would do an alignment. I went to Blue Moon Auto for other work and told them about the alignment. Art (owner) literally showed me and gave me lesson on how my front end it in Great Condition and I dont need it. I agree as things looked good, no cracks ect and my tires 2 years old had no evidence of wearing badly at all. I have had other work done at Blue Moon and Its been Great and VERY reasonable in price. I got a quote from them to do a brake job on a 2nd vehicle and Im so relieved as their quote is NOT going to break my pocket book at all. Thank you Art and Chris !!!

I would never go here if Jesse is still a mechanic here...i gave him a car in exchange for free labor...when I brought my car in for a oil change he refused to do the work for free( previously agreed upon) he a thief and swindler!!!!!! On top of that, I sent a friend in before I realized I was just going to be ripped off and they ended up having to take it somewhere else because they didnt do the work correctly...i highly recommend not going there...the owner didnt even make Jesse stand by his word when I told him Jesse had ripped me off...and Art was there and heard our agreement

Worst shop in town... made 2 separate appointments for simple oil changes, both times appointments were canceled but I was never notified that they were canceled. Now I bought a coupon that gives me 6 oil changes, so Ive already prepaid for services that keep getting canceled. This guy will be lucky if I dont call THE BBB! if I could give less than a star I would

They misquoted me for labor and parts, I talked with the mechanic and I made sure to specify what I was asking for cost of parts and then the cost of labor. I out sourced the parts on my own, and then was told my original quote was for labor, even tho I specified what I asked. They didn’t tighten down the ball joint nut on the control arm, so my tire could of came off at anytime, aswell as they didn’t put the new rim on and kept it in the package, didn’t inform me about it, aswell as they expected me to know about it all. Don’t ever go to this place. You’d think they’d try and do all they can not to mess up this bad, since U-Haul gives them quite a bit of business and I’m an employee who has the MCP helping out with this repair, but no. Lack of negligence from a mediocre mechanic shop.

IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR OPTION.......I am a woman, mom, and college student. How hard is it to pay $38 first of all which is overpriced for a place like this, and second of all I just found my oil cap sitting inside my engine. They filled my tires to 50psi which is the max and should not be done. I had this oil change two weeks ago and opened my hood to fill my washer fluid and found my oil cap sitting inside my engine not screwed into the valve cover. This could have ruined my car, water with this weather could have got inside, the cap could have fallen onto the street. While I was waiting for my oil change the men in the garage where using the f word every other sentence. THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Worst place ever!! I’ve never done a review before!!! This will be my first!! Went to get my brakes done, when it was done, I drove it all the way to Pullman. When I got back into town, one of the bolt from the caliper came off. The caliper was sitting on my rims. I had 500 dollars sport rims. At this point due to the caliper sitting on the rim, it caused a ring on the inside of the rim. Called them back, they came to tow it. The mechanic went on a rant saying this is the first time he’s ever seen anything like this...sounded like a bunch of bs. Didn’t offer to get my rims fix at all, he recommended that I get one free oil change. This place is the worst service ever!!!! I would avoid this place!!

They were supposed to do a timing belt replacement on my car. Well they installed some pulley wrong and my car came out of time.(Possible head damage) Its been sitting there for 3 days and when asked for the status they said they havent even gotten to it yet. Would not recommend to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

Just called for a quote on wax and detail they quoted the same rate as the others.

Horrible service... Nice guys but they dont seem to really know what they are doing.... They put on my wifes windshield wipers all wrong and broke them in the process, when confronted they blamed the car and offered to fix it... There is more, but that should clue you in on our experience....

If I could give 0 stars i would. This place doesnt deserve the 1 star i did give it.
