We came here for breakfast. The food was just okay, nothing special. However the bakery items were really good. So if there is something that you should look for here it would be the bakery items.

The Food was very delicious, The restaurant manger was polite and seated us with a big smile but I’m giving it 3 stars because the waiter was un friendly with my children, I think she need more training on how to be polite to customers.

Bad experience!Staffs face is always uncomfortable.When I entered there were at least 3 staff members standing at the bar but no one came out to ask or tell us where to sit, I had to find a place for a while, then when I changed tables to ouside, the staff cleaner has a very bad attitude.The worst thing happend when i ordered, we want to order 2 croissants( not like in the picture), staff 1(service outside) came and said croissant which i order is out of stuff so i have to go inside and take the new one, ok its alright. I ordered with staff 2 and 3(service inside). But the staff 1 did not follow me so she definitely did not what i choosed (after she explain that she can not go inside cause she has to service outside)At least i repeated my order 3 times, but in the end they still serviced wrong.The drink is not good, cake is ok. Will not going back.

Lovely bakery, cafe and restaurant, with stylish decor and a great, hip vibe. We had a weekday lunch here, and the food was delicious.

Did not get the chance to try it because of the very rude staff.. the first time the waiter told us he can’t take the order because it’s too busy.. the other time we were asked to sit anywhere and once we sat we were told the table is reserved and did not mid to suggesting any other place to sit. Definitely will not go there again to be treated in this manner.

Let me start with dessert first because that was worth traveling to Moscow to experience. The Chocolate Cloud is hands down one of the best desserts Ive ever had. Its a piece of chocolate cake that literally melts in your mouth as soon as it touches your tongue. Mixed in with a creamy frosting making each bite a taste of pure HEAVEN. If I had a last meal request it would be this delectable, scrumptious, heavenly, fluffy, incredible dessert and nothing else.As for the rest of the meal it was amazing. The lamb shank is out of this world. We started with the chicken pate and freshly baked home made bread. Ahhh the bread!!!! So good.Waitress seemed a bit frazzled not sure if they are a little understaffed or overwhelmed but either way it did not detract from one of the best dining experiences of my life.

Generally is great!1. Food menu has variety of options (light, healthy, trendy)2. Ambience is very comfortable3. Dessert and bakery menu one of the best in MoscowThe only issue they have is a hospitality and customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!They dont have any idea about customer service. Dont expect to see the servers or welcome greetings, no any proper interaction with customers what make the general feeling unwelcome.Just fix one thing and you will be much better!

The food is good however the service is bad it takes forever to bring the order, the place is crowded too and noisy but it is a great place for a breakfast. They charged us on the toast that we didn’t order you suppose to ask the client if they want the toast with butter and jam not put it in the table and then charge them for it or at least tell them. I notice the bill when we left the restaurant.

Horrible uncomfortable place. Was there couple of weeks ago Thursday evening. It was full. Even though I reserved a table in advance they arrange us the seats basically 10 cm away from other tables. It was extremely uncomfortable basically eating at the same time with strangers. Tables are long so you have to scream in order to be heard, and there was already too much noise in the room. Waiters are busy and dont seem to notice you unless you have your lips pumped or you have a mini dog in your purse. The food is too oily, I felt sick when we even havent finished the dinner. The desserts are nothing special. One of them called Chocolate cloud, its just a bubbled chocolate. The taste of it is basic.I am never going back and wont recommend it for sure!

Food is nice but unfortunately the waiter is disrespectful while dealing with people from Gulf countries, so be careful if you decided to visit this restaurant because you may ruin day and if you are a tourist, you will ruin your whole trip to moscow. A fabulous place for breakfast and lunch, filter coffee is also present and pastries are to die for (but you shouldnt). As for waiters, they seem a bit stressed at times but are generally lovely and attentive.

Terrible! When we came in, nobody greeted us to show a place to sit. It was not problem, i found to authorized person to get help. He showed available one but after 1 minute came a girl who sit there and He is in the front, we are in the back started to our journey with him although there were places available. So we found and we were happy yet this time this guy threw to menu to table did not put. I wanted to talk with their admin but the story was not over. I frankly had a mixed luck with the food and service still absolutely enjoyed the dessert, the chocolate cloud. Located in the heart of the trendy neighborhood the place has a terrific bakery attached. Or maybe the restaurant is the one attached .. anyways it’s the place you don’t want to miss

Somehow, if you make a reservation and enjoy your dinner, expect to be thrown out in 2.5 hours. Thats how long you can stay at this place. It actually has a limit - regardless how much you order. They claim they warn about it, but noone of 8 of us actually heard anything like that. And (!) even if you are not finished eating - noone cares. You will have the manager and next guests standing literally by your table waiting for you to clean your plate. It was supposed to be a wonderful farewell party dinner, but you guys just ruined it all. Unacceptable!
