Tried to use a 30% off items under 20 dollars. I had one item, regularly priced at $19.99. Store denied the sale. Said the sales tax made to price to high. Went to Southgate the next day and purchased the same item, no problems. Dearborn HF is the worst.

Ive only been to this store once but I just simply love Harbor Freight anyways. I always find what I need here.

Lots of cheap tools. Staff is generally helpful and friendly. However, cashiers spend lots of time playing on their phone rather than helping customers. Quality of their hand tools is actually pretty decent considering a low-cost. I dont have much experience with power tools there.

This place even smells right. It smells like getting things done and doesnt make me go broke.

Just purchased a US General 56 inch tool chest and I absolutely love the quality. Just wish I could have found a coupon to help ease that price a little but its still a darn good box for the money. I definitely will be adding the top chest to it in the near future since I am a service technician getting back into the field after leaving it for a few years.

My favorite place to buy weird tools, youll probably only use once. While looking around, did notice their mechanic tools seem to be a better quality; their Icon brand seems well made.

Grate place for inexpensive tools some of the things work very well at a fraction of the cost use your best judgment when buying and you can always get the extended warranty witch can be a good investment.

Good place and good people that work there reasonable price on quality or cheap tools.

Large assortment of tools. Something that fits everyones budget. My advice spend a little more for a better grade tool.

Why buy no name Amazon china tools when you can get name brand china tools?

Cheap tools...oh and also a extended warranty store...buy the warranty on power tools...these are definitely short project tools

Ive lived in Michigan for a very long time and never heard of this place until my coworkers spilled the beans on it yes theyve been hiding this dam place for me for years a great selection of man tools. If youre on a strict budget. but be warned I came in for an extension cord and walked out with over 12 items. And was shocked on how much I saved...

They used to put out a paper circular with many items on sale. Now they went electronic and no more sales full blown retail prices.

Good tools at affordable prices

This is just one off those places guys go-to for cheap tools. Its impulse buying at its finest.... Except I hate long snow lines. What I wanted was online only, not in stores, but I grabbed a couple things anyways. Saw the register lines, and put my impulse items down and walked away without spending any money.

Masked up, lines moving along. This is the kind of place you dont let the hubby go to, 😂 we went for one tool he came out with 3 the prices are great deciding on wether to become a member as they have everything in one place.

Friendly. Harbor Freight is always my go-to for tool oddities that you wont find anywhere else. Their generators offer a good value. On this last trip, noticed their tool quality is getting much better. While I will pay more for name brand tools I use everyday, you cant beat the quality and value for something that gets used a few times a year.

I’m relatively new to the Harbor freight stores . And the brand names ;Chicago electric, I’m loving the prices on all the tools . 75% cheaper then Homedepot

Youll find a few cool things on the cheap (like solar panels, etc.) that are not always available in other hardware outlets.Staff (at least at the Southgate store) could stand to be a bit more customer service friendly though.

Im really pleased with the CEN-TECH 62374 portable power pack 4 in 1 battery charger. I wish I would have purchased the 5 in 1 version.Me & my wife were coming out of the store and a woman and her son were stuck their vehicle it wouldnt start. Now she had someone there giving her a jump but it wasnt working everytime she tried the vehicle it would just make a clicking noise. I asked my wife to grab the battery charger we charged the battery for less than 5 minutes. We asked the women to try her vehicle and it cut on.This was our first time trying the battery charger since we purchased it and it came through for us.Thanks Harbor Freight we look forward to purchasing more tools and devices from you guys but from the Harbor Freight here in Jersey lol.

They dont always have ins tock what the website says they do, but the store is clean, the staff friendly, and its the best place to go for oddball things and inexpensive tools.

I always find the store clean and fully stocked. But...the restrooms are dirty all the time. I avoid using the facilities, after my second visit I knew that cleaning the restrooms and having hot water to wash your hands is not a priority in the store.

Didnt have the main item I went there for. Asked a couple of different employees and got the same answer that they were out of them for awhile and the main warehouse didnt have any either! Harbor Freight, youre missing out a lot of sales DA Buffers! You have a lot of all the accessories needed to support these buffers and Ill remember after I buy one from another retailer. DA Buffers, please!
