Nice place and people. Will be back.

My first time visiting, I left a bag whose contents valued $9. I asked for a refund or to have the items returned to me and they wanted me to wait until and manager arrived so he could look at the cameras. While I tried to explain calmly and respectfully my point of view, the associate cut me off and told me she didn’t have the managers number. When I didn’t leave, she called the manager and he said he will be there in 20 minutes (that I did not have). I asked to speak to him and he was cutting me off as well. She then threatened to call the police when I refused to leave. So I left as disrespected, insulted, threatened, and nonvalued customer. As a black woman, calling the police when I’m only standing in the store asking for a return is an act of violence. I will never return.

They have an excellent customer services. The staff are helpful and very friendly. They have a variety of quality products at reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Terrible business. Never ask them what time the butcher comes in, youll get 3 different answers. No correct answer though. Store needs new ownership and/or management ASAP

I had great experience shopping at this store. Clean and the floor is shiny. Great deals and prices. I love the 10/$10.00 selection at this store. Always full in inventory. Young man in the office barely smile but is very friendly and helpful. I was $3 short on my groceries he let me go. This is where i do my shopping from now on

Great place to shop. Best prices in the Neighborhood. Parking lot always clean. Always have great deals inside the store. I pay my Utility bill do my western union and lottery here with fast service

This place has been my go-to during the pandemic. Its a half-mile from my house and I can depend on them for staples as well as name-brand items that I cant live without. I have avoided larger stores like Meijer because the shelves are always empty. This store remains well-stocked with fresh produce, meat, bread, specialty items, frozen foods (and yes, toilet paper) that I wouldnt normally expect to find in a small local grocery store. And the staff is always friendly. Thanks Imperial!

During this pandemic the prices in this store is insanely high. A regular pack of hamburger meat $12 or $13 . The staff is always pleasent but the prices are outrageous. They are taking advantage that its a convenient neighborhood store and that some people have no where else to go!

I love this store. Great customer service. Very cheap on meat prices. The employees are very helpful and you can get anything you need and variety of spices and seasoning and specialty food products 👍🏽

This store is been different since the two brothers have taken over the ownership. Great sales. Great prices. Great service. Meat prices are way cheaper than any local store around the area. 2 handicap carts for older people. I will be going back

Rude staff, spoiled molded food and the prices are insanely high. Dont waste your time here. The quality of the product is bottom shelf scraps. I brought bacon from here a few days ago and notice once I got home that it had MOLD ON IT. Went to the store a few days after once I had time in my schedule to for some type of compensation. The older Chaldean lady that assisted me was very nonchalant and sarcastic. Offered no help at all, said I should of brought the bacon with me. Who walks around with MOLDED BACON?? I wasnt even planning on going there that day I was just out doing errands. I tried showing her pictures & I even had my receipt. She STILL turned me away. Ill never spend my money here ever again!

I like this store. BUT, their check out sux. I stopped in there yesterday, instead of going to a big store, Kroger or Walmart, to get 3 things. When I went to check out there was only 2 lanes open. No Express lane. Each lane had 8 people with full carts waiting. After 10 minutes I only moved 1 spot. I set the 3 items down and walked out. This is not the first time this has happened, the other times were before the COVID 19. So thats not the issue they have. This is the only negative thing I can say about this store. They have at last 4 lanes. The manager should monitor the checkouts. And staff as needed. Even if He, or She needs to open another register themselves.

Customer service does not exist here... the quality of employees are of the section 8 mentality.

The staff is not friendly an the prices are ridiculous! For that kind of money I might as well go to Kroger at least u know that store. The produce was not good very limited an definitely not fresh! The lady with the scarf didnt even speak an then the other checkout lady older with glasses an African American she was very unfriendly an nasty!! I wont be going back!

Stop double bagging literally everything!!!! And please ask the staff not to deep sigh when I bring my own bags or when I stop them from double bagging three pieces of fruit. (Has happened multiple times)I got home with 4 items and 5 bags the other day. 5 bags. For 4 items. Why? Its such a waste of plastic!And please stop freezing or deep refrigerating your avocados. They are not meant to get that cold, and you cant tell if theyre ripe when you purchase them.

When u go to check out and see the clorox disinfecting spray in the office,they charge you 10.00 per can, straight up price gouging on stuff......

Never buy meat from them. Bought a Dearborn ham in a box for 35.00 from them for thanksgiving and the ham is old and rotten ruined my thanksgiving. Called to tell them they didn’t care. Stick to Kroger or Meijer or Holiday Market for fresh groceries.

I buy all my meat groceries and produce from this place. I leave this place with smile on my face. Always they have crazy cheap deals. Too many $1 items at this location

This store used to be a Save-A-Lot. They still have the same cashiers.It is as clean as any Kroger or Super Walmart. I always buy Tyson chicken here. I buy the Spartan name brand of canned goods. I also purchase bananas and tomatoes from this store.

High prices like every other store. But my friend of mine made the best breakfast and dinner for me...

I went there and bought some chicken legs and thighs. When I got home that same day, the meat was rotten. I took it back to the store with my receipt. They didn’t exchange it nor did they take it back. I have bought many things from here with the expiration date gone bad. Stay clear of this nasty store! Worse store I’ve ever been in

Price is high. Old Lady at cashier was rude. no reason to come back.

This was my go to market from the time it was Save A Lot. If you shop here make sure to check expiration dates and packaging. They keep expire products on the shelf and reseal packages with clear tape. They are phasing out Spartan brand products for cheaper versions but are not lowering their prices.

The cashier are very rude, and non assistance when need too find and item or just too ask a question. You cant see the good cashier because the back stands out like a sore thumb. The manger are no help, they cover up for the bad severe. Theres also bad food on the shelf. I have reported more than just make a status because this is a neighborhood store and theres customer that dont have a choice to travel any where else because of transportation. FDA needs to hear of these kind of issues. This is not a personal issues for me but I can state that I have witness many different types of behavior from different cashier and manger disrespect a customer from a young to elderly. I do know some of their long time customer will disagree because of the special service they may receive, but think about what is customer service. Thanks

Do not go. Food too high. prices are crazy. Not fresh food expired. They sold me half empty garlic powder with seal on it. Imagine how many people they are cheating?. I wouldn’t recommend regular stores like this one. Walmart, meat market, gfs.we have to stop giving these people our money.....

Customer Service Stinks n that Store/ Southfield. Watch the date on yur food. The Manger/ Dada is very Rude and Nasty and dont pay Attention. So watch yourself and everything u buy n that store.

Very poor produce, most of the time spoiled. Bell peppers wrinkled, tomatoes have black spots on them, bananas always rotten, white potatoes always sale for 0.99 whole bag is rotten on the inside .

Just bought chicken legs from there and they smell spoiled. Never again
