I get CPAP supplies for sleep apnea from Pacific Pulmonary. Their billing practices leave much to be desired. On multiple occasions, I have received bills from them for the full cost of the supplies even though they are contracted with my insurance to charge discounted rates as an in-network provider. Typically this happens because they have neglected to even submit a claim. This sloppiness forces me to stay on top of it and always verify the charges every time they bill me. Its an ongoing nuisance, and I expect better service.When I needed to replace my device, they screwed up the order 4 times so it took months to get it.When I notified them of a change in my insurance, they continued for months trying to submit to the old policy, and kept calling me repeatedly to say my insurance was not covering the claim.This company takes incompetence to another level. They dont show the slightest concern for their customers, they are only interested in boosting their profits at our expense. Buyer Beware. Do not do business with Pacific Pulmonary/Adapt Health if you have any other option.

This review is specifically for the office on S Linden Ave in South San Francisco. Ive been there 4 times now since December to refill oxygen tanks for my father who is struggling with lung cancer. I was worried because I saw the few other one star reviews prior to my first visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised the first time I went because I received exceptional customer service from the rep at the front desk. The next three times Ive visited to refill tanks I received the same exceptional service and each time from different staff. To the folks who work at this South City location, keep up the great work! Your friendly and accommodating service is much appreciated from your customers who are likely going to be struggling mentally and emotionally with challenging health issues.

If I can give ZERO star, then I will. As other commented, I called four days in a roll for refill oxygen, no one answered. No one returned call. People have to stay away from this provider unless you dont care about your love one.
