This place is brother line fraudulent. They put their own serial number on the box that is different from the number on the item inside the box. So when you made a return, they refuse the return base on this reason. I bought a keyboard and they made up the serial number outside the box that is different from the number on the keyboard. Yet, They won’t take back my keyboard when the serial number on the box not match with keyboard. No one examine the serial when they buy an item. They use this lame reason to refuse a return. We don’t even know how to generate this serial number let alone believe that this is the reason for not be able to return. If you buy an item from them please open in front of them and check the serial number. If different please have them get one that is the same before walking out the store as they won’t return it if the item has a different serial number.

Rude and indifferent staff members. Highly recommend not doing TSA Pre Check here, it was a nightmare.

Do not make a TSA Pre-Check appointment here! I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment, ended up waiting for forty minutes only to have them take someone else ahead of me.

Horrible experience with the customer service at the Mail center/print center. DO NOT DO IPOSTAL WITH THIS LOCATION. They are inexperienced and have lost my mail. I showed them the tracking number that it stated delivery and all they can say to me that they didnt receive my package although I had tracking number with proof. No accountability or professionalism when Im paying a service to make sure my mail is received.

Never got my HP laptop that I orderd on 02/05/21. I dont have a tracking number. no one never came to my house to deliver nothing to me. order number 797. I would like my like my money back.

Yall have nothing better to do but chat on your little walkie talkies and then you expect the customer to tell you the condition of your own bathrooms can you too lazy to see it for yourself no stars for you. Then when I tell the manager I get follow it out like Im some kind of a criminal or something after I spent a hundred bucks there.

It is a great place to try out and buy an office chair in the store. I want to buy a more comfortable chair since I spend more time working from home now.It is difficult to buy a chair online without trying out first. I do not want to deal with return for a big item like a chair after finding out it is not comfortable. Online reviews did not help since there are horrible reviews for chairs at most price point.I go out to look for stores with office chair to try out. After various visits, I am happy to find a great selection of office chairs to try out at Staples. Staples rates each chair with intended daily hours to use.Finally, I buy the Staples Hyken technical mesh chair which offers adjustable lumber, tilt, height, and head support. It is comfortable for 5-10 hours use per day. It is a great value at MSRP, even more so with the current back-to-school discount.

I was promised a warrenty for a HP computer a few weeks ago. When I showed up today I was told there was nothing they could do. The PC is literally still under warranty and I have the sales slip. Unacceptable.

Poor stock and limited display units for chairs and furniture. You cannot return chairs here if you assemble them. Staff is unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Would recommend ordering from online retailers instead.

Im glad this Staples is still open. I am a regular customer and like bring able to go here for office supplies and school supplies. Rose, the assistant manager, is nice and always helpful. They have great deals on chairs for the office, too!

A large and mostly empty Staples, not sure how theyre managing to keep their door open with the utter lack of customers. Their clearance items prices are the only thing comparable to what youd find on Amazon - everything else is oh-so-expensive. At least theres a lot of parking.

Very disappointed in their customer service. I needed help with their automated printer machines. I had no idea that it can only read PDF files and not MS Word documents. I only needed 3 pages printed out, they can plug in my USB drive to their computer and print those 3 pages in less than 3 minutes. Easy. The bearded guy told me they were too busy to accommodate me and told me that I can put an order in for the next day. For 3 pages. Three. Pages. 1. 2. 3.

Almost everytime ive gone Julian has been working, HE HAS BEEN SO HELPFUL!! hes friendly he asks if everythings all right hes a really COOL GUY!! will be definetly coming back for everything we need.
