Always crazy to see bad reviews. Must be on the customers because Peter is such a great mechanic. He is very welcoming and honest, and always calls before doing work if he knows its going to be a little pricey. I recommend this place to anyone!

This is the shop I use for most of my auto maintenance work. Peter, who runs the shop, is very nice and Ive never really had any issues of overcharges, their prices seem reasonable and most likely very competitive.Yesterday, I went in for an oil change, and also wanted to get my front brakes replaced, and a headlight restored (remove the cloudiness).I arrived about 9:30am to have my car worked on. There were 3-4 cars already ahead of mine. Peter told me that my car should be done about 11am. I waited, waited, waited. Finally about 1pm, my car was done. I was a little irritated about waiting an hour or more than the time I was quoted, but overall their work and prices are worth the extra wait. Now I have some addtl peace of mind, that my car is in better shape than before.

This shop is excellent, way beyond my expectation. Peter is courteous and very knowledgeable. The service was very fast. I took my Nissan Quest for an oxygen sensor replacement. It was done in just a couple of hours. The price was very reasonable. They will not talk you into getting unnecessary services. Before I took my van to United Performance, I took my van to OReilly for a scan and the codes indicated that in addition to the oxygen sensor, the knock sensor might have a circuit problem. Peter told me I dont need to replace the knock sensor because the oxygen sensor was the one that triggered the knock sensor code, and therefore replacing just the oxygen sensor is good enough. This is an honest shop you can trust.

Went for alignment my van came out worths...went back they didnt have the time recheck it..excuses told me guy had to take lunch..waited couple of hours. Just left be careful..

Its too bad you cant give these people 0 Stars . Becuase they definitely deserve it. Unfortunately I trusted my insurance company when they said they were the fastest company available. They took an hour and still didnt show up and then said I ×was going to take another 30 minutes. Called another tow company and they were there in 20 minutes. I would highly advise against using their garbage service. There are plenty of other towing services in the area.

Went back several times within months. Then finally Took my Suburban for oil change & my Regular MECHANIC he said I needed bushings. (United charge me every time without telling me, I looked at my receipt... Nothing) Honest.. is not this place. Wont / dont tell you the reason your out of alignment. I think its shady. Need new tires now.
