Got there no customer waiting for service,four people pretending been busy make me wait at least for ten minutes

I have bought products from 2 local forklift and electric pallet jack suppliers in south plainfield..but i greatly regret ever purchasing from this company. They sold me a product that they couldnt fix properly and wanted me to keep paying to fix the same problem. It took them months to repair the item...and when the same issue happened again they said its out of warranty. I bought this item this year....very disheartened by this company and their customer service. I would never recommend buying from them. There are way better options very near by...look it up u will see for yourself. If i could give zero stars i would for their inability to understand or care for their customers need.

Great company to do business with. Staff is very professional and Techs are top notch. We are running 13 forklifts and 6 pallet jacks daily and BBF provides great sales and service. Highly recommended.

Generally very easy company to work with. Most of the employees are nice and are willing to go the extra mile.

Use them as my forklift fleet provider. New lifts to 1/4ly PMs to operator training certs. Quite easy to deal with so no need to look any where else.

Great place to work. Family environment. Union, 401K pension!! Its a no brainier to work here, grow old here and retire from here

New and used forklifts, scissor lifts and pallet jacks for all budgets. They also offer in house and on site repairs with excellent customer service and a wide variety of different parts. They do the job once and do it right!!

In short the ways to describe this company is #1 totally incompetent, #2 total ripoff. I will never use them again. thumbs down

I called to have a forklift looked because it had trouble starting. They sent a guy out next day which was awesome. He was able to tell me the starter was bad and he capped off a leaking unused cylinder. Which was all good. He was onsite for about an hour. The part that wasnt good was the $550 bill for diagnosing my machine and putting on 2 used caps he had in his truck. This company had very poor communication skills and isnt clear with there billing practices. Also good luck with the guy in the service department. He is very friendly, pleasant, and will forget to call you back.
