The sign says they open at 10am. It’s 10:10am and they’re still not open!!! There’s a lady that has been waiting longer than me!Not good for a brand new location!!I just gave them a 4 star because I would like to get to meet the agents that work here and will update this reviewIt’s 10:15 am The lady left and so will I!!!!HORRIBLE… POOR BUSINESS EHTHICS… WE WORK TOO!!!!!!

Customer service was great from the first interaction with Laz on a phone call and subsequently in the store with Laz, Kimberly, and Aldo. I was upgrading to a new phone and Kimberly was SO patient with me and all the questions I had. I highly recommend this T-Mobile for your cellular needs.

Very bad waiting time, your request gets registered at the door, then 25min later still standing waiting while they are servicing 3 customers so slowly. Too bad we cannot rate 0 star

I came earlier today with doubts about my data usage and my plan, they took the time to check my account and advised a plan accordingly my own needs. I spent almost an hour and a half at the store. I didn’t have any problem to find parking, because they have their own in the back. Excellent service!!!

On google maps it says the store opens at 10! Get here at 10:02 and the store doesnt open till 11:00. However the staff is great and very knowledgeable. Eager to help and professional! Simon took care of my note 7 issue with ease.

Not a great store. I just wanted to buy unlocked phone and they sell it more than its regular price. They kept offering me their other plans even if I told them I want to keep my pre-paid plan. I just left the store after the girl told me she needs to ask her manager 3 times.

I had really bad experience with this store,1...the info that I got about my family plan it was all wrong even though the manager of the store was sure about it and I double checked with him and he assured me that nothing will change on my family plan if one of the members canceled, but he was totally wrong and if didnt call a T-Mobile assistance on my phone I wouldnt know.2... just when the Note 7 samsung was released I went to this store and I pre-orded the phone but every single information on my ordering receipt was wrong from my name to the the address of shipping and the billing address even though that the person that did the ordering process had my ID and My account info in front of him so I dont know why it was so hard to get my info correctly i really felt that this person doesnt care much about the costumer.3... I went many times asking the manager to help me to fix the wrong informations on my receipt and he promised to email me the new receipt but guess what!! He never did..4... then when I went back to return my Note 7 for the recall and I wanted just to get my refund and without getting any other phone the refund wasnt complete and wasnt the same amount that I paid for my phone..Just a horrible experience with this store.

I wasted my time, I did not know that I did not have the phone I was going to buy. Employees sitting at the work table, because there is no chair to sit down for them or for the client ... they grow up to sprint and abandon their own clients

This store is a place where the important thing is to sell and not help customers, a week ago I bought a glass protector for the samsung s9 phone for 45 dollars, it was damaged and I went to the store to return it and says that there is a complaint to the manufacturer .MISLEADING SALE !!!!!! EYE !!!!SELL ACCESSORIES 4X TIMES THE PRICE AND THEY HAVE NO QUALITY AND WHEN THEY BREAK EVEN THOUGH THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE A GUARANTEE THEY DO NOT ACCEPT IT BACK AND WANT YOU TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION WITH THE MANUFACTURER CREATING ANNOYANCE WITH THE CUSTOMER.Also there is no consistency in the employers, there are always new people, there is a reason!BE CAREFUL WITH THE ACCESSORIES ...
