DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! POOR QUALITY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT PROFESSIONAL GRADE! Take your vehicle to the dealership where you can get your vehicle done correctly & professionally! Pete did the “estimate” & did not take ANY NOTES when we talked about the damage. He did not report to insurance co what I stated at time of consultation. Now the insurance wants me to take the car in at my EXPENSE! Because they failed to do the job right. Avoid the headache! My fender was NOT put back correctly, it’s NOT flushed with my hood & you can see the fender is not tucked behind the light correctly. They told me to take the car back & they would fix it. Now they are telling the insurance co that due to “prior damage” my fender was not placed back on correctly. I took my car here because they are “an approved body shop”, this place is a joke!! I talked to the manager there & he said they would fix it! Now I get a call from the insurance co telling me all this! DONT TAKE CARE YOUR CAR HERE!!

The whole staff is amazing!!! They have done aluminum work on a F150 for my Dad, repaired a work truck for my business and today fixed a pretty good scratch on my daughters brand new car right before she leaves for college!!! They always go above and beyond! Highly recommend them. They are multi generation owned business and also being in a business like that, I think that is the best!! You will not be disappointed!!

Best place I’ve taken my cars and trucks to be worked on. Their mission is more than fixing your automobile, they ensure you’re comfortable throughout the process and get to the best outcome for their customers. Seems small to some but they even offered me water on my way out. A small but great gesture in this Texas heat lol. Want the best, have to go to the best.

I was involved in a minor car accident and my insurance recommend several places including this one. I went with them based on other reviews and also they are located near my home. They did a great job fixing it and they did it in a timely manner. I received emails and phone calls as well with updates. If your insurance recommends them I say go with them, you wont be dissappointed.

Wanted to leave this review before I forget. Insurance miscommunicated between me and the shop on which day I would be able to drop off my car. I had very little flexibility in my schedule due to a death in the family and had funeral arrangements. Even though the shop was full, I let them know of my circumstances and they were able to accommodate me.Will update on actual service once its done, but customer service here is already the best!

I don’t normally do reviews but this shop deserves high marks. The front desk staff was professional, and attentive. The car rep kept me informed all the way and offered me a low cost upgrade as an option. The work was excellent and fast. If you are looking for top notch body work that is inexpensive check them out. Ask for Pete. He took care of me.

Couldnt have had a better experience than I had bringing the 1st brand new car that Ive ever purchased to V & V for body work! My brand new Subaru Outback was backed into at a Graduation party a week and a half after I bought it. I specifically choose V & V because they are the Certified Subaru Collision Center on my side of town(southern Harris County). Pete was my main contact throughout the whole process. He did a fantastic job of communicating throughout the whole process, not only with myself but with with the claimants adjuster and Enterprise as well. The work on my car was top-notch, you cant even tell it was ever hit. I HIGHLY recommend V&V!!!!

This is the rear vent window I needed repaired. I was quoted an estimate of $2000 for work that should’ve been no more than $300. I was told they took the vehicle apart and could not reverse the work until my claim’s adjuster spoke to them. I suggest if you are a female by yourself, go to any other shop.

They fixed my vehicle extremely well and patiently worked with us, despite the insurance and finance companies slow walking. We were in a hurry to get our vehicle and they graciously accomodated us! They even asked me to return the vehicle in order to detail the vehicle properly! We will DEFINITELY use them again should the need arise!

Our dealership did not have a collision center, so they recommended V&V to us. Their ratings alone were enough to entrust them with the repairs of my vehicle. There was a delay due to the parts arriving but they offered to cover the additional costs of the rental we were given. They corresponded consistently and communicated every repair step along the way. Along with the incredible women in front, I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Matt specifically, who catered to our needs and reassured me while I was a mess over my car and the rental. I couldn’t recommend them more. 5++++++ stars.

WARNING: If you have anything you do not want to get stolen by an employee then remove said item before dropping off the vehicle.I have a camera installed in my car that automatically starts recording once the door has been opened, regardless of the situation. After picking up my car from the shop, I noticed I had several items missing (tool kit in the trunk, tire gage, and a $50 car charger.) When asked why those items weren’t in the vehicle when I arrived, I was told they weren’t there when they started working, and he has photos to prove what the car looked like inside before work started.I later returned home, and deciding to view the footage from the camera, and would you look at that. Two employees actually talking about, “Who gets to take what item home.” I called the store back, obviously upset, and when I stated I had video proof that the items were removed and or stolen from my vehicle, the front desk receptionist literally laughed over the phone and hung up.Normally I would get an attorney involved, but the fees are too high for items that have a value of $150 or less, but it’s the principle that matters. Very disappointed.BEWARE******Edit 7 months later***)Seriously? You don’t have a record coming into my shop? So did your business commit insurance fraud by charging my insurance $5,000?!?Shame on you V&V for trying to spin this on me, when your employees STOLE FROM ME!

This place is AMAZING! I got into a car accident (not my fault) and my mother highly recommended V&V Body Shop, and now I know why. They work with your insurance (or in my case, the other partys insurance) and are certified in all makes and models. Dealerships bring cars to these people, thats how good they are! They had me in and out in 3 days, when I was prepared for this to take weeks. You literally cant tell any damage was ever done to this vehicle. It looks better than when I bought it! I will definitely be recommending them to each and everybody I know that needs any service done. Overall great customer service, highly knowledgeable, and very talented at what they do! It is a recommended body shop by Infiniti Dealer Shop. Had them fixed my QX60, that was hit on the left door. Right after I got the SUV back, the left side window can not go up, and I can hear wind coming into the car while driving. Took back, they fixed again. Now just exactly a year later, the window is broken again. Same problem can not roll up. I can a clicking sound months before the window finally give up working. I would not recommend this business. I doubt if good parts or right parts was used for the SUV. For a year old repaire on window with brand new parts, it should not just break down like this. They cut corners on my repair.

Fast, reliable, and customer oriented! They (Jason) contacted me within an hour of submitting a claim and took care of me right away. My Subaru body work was completed within one business week and ready to be picked up when I needed it. I had a (already large) crack in my windshield prior to visiting and when they put my car in the paint dryer, it splintered across almost the entire front glass. However, management (Donnie) got in touch with me to make it right and weve come to an acceptable agreement for my windshield replacement.I was skeptical of using this vendor at first, but was pleasantly surprised with their speed of service, follow up, and overall wonderful care.

This place was highly recommended and dont know why. They kept changing the pick up date on my vehicle and when they finally completed the repairs, I had to take it back because the work was so bad. Not only did they do a bad job but damaged areas of the car that werent even being worked on and didnt even try to fix it. I guess they were hoping I wouldnt catch it. The emblem on the hood was so bad that theres no way that I wasnt going to see that.

The ladies in the front desk were not welcoming. The guy who was inspecting my vehicle for damage, was friendly but kind of embarrassed me stating my car would start when he made a mistake. I was recommended to this by my insurance company, I should have just pick my own autobody shop to get an estimate from.

I drive an Alfa Romeo Giulia so youll forgive me for being apprehensive about leaving my car with anyone. I had to have the bumper replaced after another mechanic damaged my vehicle. The people at v&v were extremely professional, set a time line for everything, and made sure that everything was done on time. And my car looks absolutely amazing. I hope that in the future I dont have to, but if I do, this is the place Im going to be coming to.

After my brand new (200 miles) Subaru Legacy got hit from behind, I figured no way could it be repaired to look like new again. V&V certainly proved me wrong; you cant detect it was ever hit. The paint was a perfect match (tough given the dark grey with silver speckles), and all damaged parts were replaced with factory originals. Jason May kept me informed of progress during the repairs, and provided a thorough description of everything done. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was more than fair. As the owner of 4 vehicles, I will be looking to V&V for any future paint/body work!

Went in for a complete door replacement after it was kicked in. I drive a VW Jetta and the door has pinstripe design on it. I was given a quote right away, ordered the door and paint the same day, and received a call the door was ready three days later. They kept it over night and gave it a clean. Very wonderful people working here and truly believe in attention to detail and quality. Highly recommend this for paint and body work.

I took my new Subaru here on recommendation from the dealership after my cars bumper was hit, shattering the taillight and scraping off paint. I was already mad about it, and am sure I walked in not in the best of moods, considering the circumstances. These people went completely above and beyond, giving me different options for what could be done, the different prices for everything, and what to expect time-wise. They treated me with so much respect, kindness and understanding of the situation, that I left that day feeling like a weight had been lifted. Seriously the nicest, most honest and genuine place I have ever been. The paint job was incredible, my car looks brand new again, no signs of an accident whatsoever. And of course the taillight is in perfect working condition upon replacement. Hopefully I will not be needing their services any time soon, but if so, I will 100% be going back! I have already recommended this place to all my friends and colleagues. You will not be disappointed!

The owner is a prior service member and really took care of me. Even though they have their tough times. They really care about your experience and are willing to go above and beyond as long as you let them know.Update: wow I had water leaking into my vehicle and during the recent hurricanes it flooded the inside of my car several times. I did my best to replace and redo the seals on my car but it turned out it was coming through one of the holes around the wall where my gas pedal was. It was strange as it never had done that before and it took me so long to find it.Spoke with V&V, they let me drop the car off immediately and they were able to fix the problem free of charge. Amazing!Definitely very glad to have their support during COVID. I usually have to take a half day off and I lose money when I drive to the location to drop off my vehicle.They gladly fixed it free of charge, I WISH THERE WAS A 10 STAR button lol

Friendly, professional, quality work fast repair

When I went to pick up my Benz, the hood had been painted with dents in it.It was misaligned and ajar. Donnie had the nerve to offer $100$100 off to take it AS IS. I said no and left it. Two days later, after returning and paying for the car, I heard a whizzing noise. I was advised to take it to a Benz shop on the Southwest side and get their opinion. When I returned with written instructions, Donnie reset the headlights and realigned the hood per the instructions.V&V left me and my insurance company hanging on the noise and refused toto even check it again. Luckily the mechanic shop at Clear Lake agreed to repair the noise. Also the clerk was unable to read a payment check from my insurance and originally accused them of short changing them. She was unprofessional and untrained. All of this was a horrible experience.
