My dad walk in thinking they may sell some drinks. it was a hot day and my grandma funeral was just down the street. he want to buy water and some sodas . There was no water or.... sodas but great party supplies.

I just called this place and wanted a couple dozen balloons, I told her I would appreciate if the balloon can be ready since I didnt have much time to wait. She then told me, she absolutely refused and gave me lengthy explanation why she would not I offered my credit card or debit since I can understand people cancel but I was offering to pay.I let her know I rather give my buiss to someone in the community than go to Party City all the way in Downey. She told me to go to party city and hung up.This is the reason some businesses will never grow.I gave one star because at least she did pick up the phone.
