They were so helpful. Bought a shadow box frame got it home and it was defective took it back and no problem they refunded $$$ and I bought two more. The store was crowded but they took me to the front of the line and I got right out. Took ten minutes. Go to Michaels for your Halloween decorations... very spooky!

Michaels is a easy store to visit and get what you need, the line was long as only two registers were open. This is typical for large chains but I did have more than one employee ask of I needed help which was a surprising change of pace. The reason I gave it 3 stars was the line.

For a first time trip to Michaels, I really enjoyed myself. The staff were very friendly. I was able to find what I wanted. I took some time to browse around at all the different aisles and products. I should not be allowed to shop unsupervised because I will spend hours in there! 😀 Im already planning my second trip back to buy more fun arts and crafts things.

I went to Michaels looking for wood carving dremel bits since Michaels is know for arts and crafts store and luckily yes they had some in store I recommend this store to anyone they have all you need for your arts and crafts.

Ive been there a long time ago to the Michael and Southgate but this time I went to go get stencils will alonda my mom and Roger today and it was okay thats good story and more on the other two other two stores I went to before and Whittier and Downey and the one in Pasadena the one in South Gates better and the other three

Very nice and helpful the only thing was that we placed an order on line and it wasnt deliver on the date that they gave us we got it 2 days after the event so they didnt want to reimburse the delivery charges but on the end they did and were very nice about it there is enough parking.

Very welcoming Michaels store. I was able to hold the testors paints in my hand to read the label. The paints werent locked up behind a display case like at the Michaels in Downey. Testors paints have very small lettering and my eyesight isnt as great as it was before. Ill be shopping at this location from now on.

This is a fun creative place to go if you ever wanting to start a new hobby or something they literally got everything from baking to soap making to yearn for crocheting to even diamond painting kits

It was awesome. They have awesome Christmas decor to choose from all on sale and yes the line was long to check out but they are amazingly fast and effecient. In and out in no time.

Decided to buy online and pick up. They did not have am item, I was not informed until I arrived. Upon arrival I was told I would have to make line to get my refund. Defeated the purpose of ordering online and avoiding the crowds. Will not be using their services again.

This place has an amazing vibe, not to mention a very motivated staff ready and willing to ensure your shopping experience is a pleasant one. Bathrooms are also very neat and well maintained. Organization of product as well as aisle labeling is clear, making searching for what you need a breeze!

I like Michaels they have so many craft supplies and decor. The downside was that I must have went on their load day because boxes and carts blocked every other aisle I needed. Otherwise The staff was great.

Hard to look for beads some are very low, to the floor almost for very small packages. Clean and for once no line at check out .could not find stencils and one other item.

I waited like around an hour to enter the store. My sister also ordered 2 grass looking papers yesterday and should have been ready by yesterday. When I came to pick up it took them almost 40 minutes of waiting to get the 2 pieces of grass paper. The experience was over all just OK at best.

I will ALWAYS be a loyal fan to this store... They carry everything I need every single time.. I run a sign shop n always need different things.. I always do so many art projects with my grandchildren for thier school.. n yes again.. they always have everything i need.. N the prices are very reasonable.. Had a mirror framed and the (only) person who does the framing here was extremely patient with me as I was choosing different styles that I wanted. She offered her honest, expert opinion and made sure I got a good deal.She was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I would come back here again for her services.
