Target had exactly what I wanted. It was ready for pick up less than 12 hrs. after I ordered it and the person at the pick up desk was efficient and friendly.

A much better, upscale alternative to the dreaded Walmart! Prices are reasonable & styles are more trendy & youthful...even in the housewares department. The produce/groceries department has great quality & selections...not huge but plenty sufficient to do a weeks worth of meal planning if needed. Product selections throughout the store may be somewhat limited but product quality seems superior to that other mega-box store down the street. Also, the cashiers & other staff throughout the store seem to be upbeat, friendly, & willing to go out of their way to help you...another very pleasant difference from that other place.The only time I dont recommend shopping here is just before or during the big holidays & start of the school year. But if youre a family with kids thats pretty impossible to do no matter where you go. 😜🙃🤪

I went to this Target on Thursday night and I was shocked at how empty and unorganized it was. There were several employees working there, but the shelves were dilapidated. I am not sure what is going on at this location. This was one of the (if not the) worst Target shopping experiences I have ever had.

Brittney should not be taking orders on the register at Starbucks. She is not a people person at all. Felt rushed ordering, and she had this sour bad attitude about her that caused tension in the room. My order came out wrong because she would not let me finish my order. I wanted caramel mocha frappe it came out iced. When I told her it was wrong she had this attitude about her and said no it’s not. I made her remake it which she did not want to do at all. She kept saying that I ordered it wrong which I did not because I’m a regular at Starbucks. She almost wanted to make it known to the other costumers that she didn’t mess up that it was me, and kept going on about how I ordered it wrong. Probably won’t be back to this Starbucks. I’ll stick to the one across the road on the hill by the Walmart.

I could find anything in target. I would recommend target to my friends and my relatives.

A gentleman and his family were in your parking lot today and he was playing the violin. It was so awesome that I could only imagine that the store manager found it soothing for the customers. But no, the family was asked to leave. Way not to show compassion. Might have been better to bring them right by the front doors and make it appear you have souls

The cashier that checked me out was great. He said he was new so he was having trouble with my gift card but he tried to get assistance and before they even came he figured it out. His Customer Service goal was to above and beyond. Youll hired a great employee. This is why I come to target. Its alittle bit over my budget but Id rather spend my money where I am valued as a customer then somewhere Im not thats cheaper!!

Buyer beware if you get an electronic device from target: KEEP THE ORIGINAL packaging. I bought another fitbit charge for the one I had stopped working, rightfully so, after three years of use. I bought a charge 4 from this location. The tracker worked but sleep analysis wasn’t giving me the best readings. I called to see if I could return the Fitbit for I was within the return window. I told them I didn’t have the box it came in, Courtney at guest services said it was fine as long as I had the original receipt. I came in and they searched and said they couldn’t accept my return because they couldn’t find a serial number on my fitbit, that it would be on the original packaging which i was informed I didn’t need before wasting my time on a trip to return it. Target shouldn’t sell items if their warranty cannot stand by the products they sell. Nowhere on the receipt does it say to keep the original packaging. I wasn’t given any other options for help except if i needed a bag to put my fitbit in. Extremely rude, thanks Target and Courtney.

Cashier Brenda, humiliated me in front of my children and other customers. She yelled at me for my mask because I just took a drink of Starbucks I bought in your store.. I clearly understand the mask rule but to yell from her register 2 customers back. This is really embarrassing for me and my kids. She was also rude to my son who asked for a bag for his candy. My children are taught they cant take anything from a store without a bag. He is 10.

They had what I needed and I got in and out quickly.

Was given extra help in todays purchase. Young lady at return desk helped me navigate my target app for discount coupon. So, very nice.

Some advice for those planning to shop here: don’t go to the bathroom or they will start to follow you... and not sneakily I might add! Constantly out of Pokémon items. We were told one of each Pokémon item per person but there is someone who buys all the stock as soon as it gets in, leaving nothing left for anybody else, and posting about it on Facebook! This target is filled with people like that. Makes going not worth the trip! Not to mention that I get a headache from entering the building! Maybe it’s the fumes from their toxic employees? None of the employees seem to know where they keep items stocked so I hope you’re good at solving mazes and puzzles!

Everyone was friendly. They were wiping down after every customer and all wearing masks. It was refreshing to see them following the policies.

Best general store in my area.

This is by far the best Target in the area. It is exceptionally clean and well-stocked. During the COVID-19 pandemic it has instituted far more sanitizing practices than others I’ve visited in West Virginia. The employees even disinfect the self check-out registers after each person finishes their transaction. They’ve really gone above and beyond and I really appreciate the extra effort!

The ease and convenience of ordering online and picking up at the store strongly affected my choice to purchase at this Target. It is very helpful to do this when I have busy days yet still need items from the store. The website is accurate about which items are available in the store and which items must be ordered. Employees at the pick up counter are efficient and friendly. My order is usually ready before the time period given in the email. Overall good experience. I would recommend the store.

I used the purchase online and pick up at store feature for the,first time. Walked right in and picked up my purchase. No hassles, no problems. All done in less than 5 minutes. Honestly took longer to complete the online purchase. Im very happy!

The new target app and pick-up is the fastest and easiest process of any store I have tried (Kroger, Walmart are the others Ive tested). Target is usually ready within an hour or two after I order order. I notified them I was on the way in the app, and they had my order in the parking lot as I was driving up. I cant imagine a process that is any better.

For our family, Target just has better selection of quality good for reasonable prices. With the Target debit or credit card you save 5% and can even use cartwheel on top of that to save even more. Which means when you accidentally fill your cart with all kinds of things that werent on your list, you can still afford it! :)

I can only give one? I love the cleanliness of the store. And the uncrowded layout and the product options. And the fact that Im not being forced to choose between waiting in a long line or do self checkout. Also Iove that products will be in the store from one trip to the next.

To start with the pharmacy is the best. So nice and friendly. They keep on top of things. If you have a rx they are out of or just dont have they usually have it the next day. U can get food while you are there for not much more than anywhere else. The clothing is a great selection as far as I think. I LOVE it when they have there special mark downs. Its a great place to go and has a lg variety. Go and see!!!

It really didnt allow for a fast checkout experience. We waited about twenty minutes in line before being checked out by the cashier. We went for the furniture sale, but there was hardly any furniture to be bought.

I enjoy shopping for the clothing. The ease of moving through the store. And the items needed in stock.

My experience with Target hasn’t been a good one! I ordered a gift 4 wks ago and was promised it would only take 7-10 business days. After waiting 2 wks, I called customer service that it would be delivered by the following Friday. Guess what, it wasn’t! I called again and told them to cancel the order and they told me they couldn’t. Here it is Christmas and no gift!!!

As far as a general one stop shop for home items and has a grocery section. Staff are generally helpful with varying levels of knowledge and experience. Good customer service.

SO many people not wearing masks properly and no employees enforcing the proper wearing of masks.

Good selection of groceries and home items. Customer service has been pretty good. The Starbucks helps influence my decision to stop in.

The payment options available.

Like all Target stores this one has a huge selection of everything from clothing to household necessities. There is a Starbucks in store and the barista there on Sunday mornings easily creates one of the best soy lattes ever. My biggest complaint with this Target and what keeps me from regularly shopping there is the inaccessible location.It sits at the end of a large shopping complex in south ridge with only one way in or out, during peak shopping seasons you may sit in your car for 45 minutes waiting to get back to the main road.

Its a Target. Quite typical if you are familiar with them.If not then think of KMART and minus 5 trailer trash points. Thats a target.

Its a pretty nice target. Definitely a notch or 2 above the other 2 in WV that I have shopped. Id avoid the Starbucks though. It is incredibly slow and their order accuracy is spotty.

This Target is always clean and there are several places to park. There is a Starbucks conveniently located just inside the front doors to the left as you enter. The staff is always helpful and polite.

That is the fastest that I have ever had an order ready and the representative was the nicest person I have ever spoken to at that store. If all of my transactions happened like that, I would never return to a different store for my typical shopping.

Really good selection for womens clothing. Its clean and the people are nice. However their home furnishings section isnt as good as the one in Barboursville, but its okay because its right next to Home Goods and Pier One. I go to this Target regularly and havent had a bad experience yet.

Excellent Target for most things. Baby section is on the small side as well as their electronics section. However, they do have an excellent grocery section.

Manager was rude and condescending. Did not care about my concerns and made no effort whatsoever to try to help me. She was very smug and seemed to get satisfaction from “being nothing she could do about it”

This location is always clean and the employees are there to help and very kind! During rush hour and on the weekends it can sometimes take 30 minutes to get out of this part of south ridge but its a one stop shop.

My parents used to work here. The store itself and the worker are helpful for the most part. You can also get food and icees made here. Some of the bosses are a**holes from what I been told.

A lot of cute items however horrible customer service and the most horrible restrooms. Wont honor prices if item is priced wrong . Restroom doors do not lock, female sanitary machine takes money but no product, & all toilets so unsanitary that port-a-potties are safer to use.

Really could not believe the attitude I got bc I had to leave the line and go back and get a different item bc the item I wanted and brought to the Check out was not the one stocked or on sale so I had to try a whole different product which isnt a problem but they took my bag and when I returned to pay for what was in the bag and my new item the person who took my bag was not there I had to go to a new line after asking another cashier were my stuff was she said he suspended it! and I had to wait in line again bad customer service!!!

The store itself is mostly clean and organized but their restroom is one of the worst Ive ever encountered. Everyone was standing around waiting to use one that wasnt as bad, others just left!

I usually love Target but I was disappointed at my last visit. There was very little to choose from in my daughters size and the baby/toddler section and shoes were in total dissaray. Very disorganized.
