Good selection, fair prices, and friendly staff! I do really enjoy shopping here, but have given 3 stars because the overall cleanliness of the place is lacking.. especially the floors near the registers.

I have been utilizing Krogers online grocery shopping/curbside pick-up option for the past few weeks and it has been a breeze. Once you arrive and park in the designated area, you check in and a Kroger team member is out in no later than five minutes and ready to load your vehicle. They load your items with care and are very friendly. If an item you want is out of stock, they offer great substitutions and sometimes price match! This will be my go-to place for my grocery shopping from now on. They have the best coupons! Ill usually save any where from $30-40 every time. You cant beat that!

The lighting out front was poor so it’s not clear they’re open after dark. This is their best store in the area for space, cleanliness and amount of inventory on shelves. It’s also a great location — easier and safer to navigate than Grape Road (they don’t have a store there).

Get automated messages prescriptions are ready but when I call to confirm they are not. Pharmacist I spoke with today, October 5th was extremely rude and even yelled at me when I asked him to repeat what he was saying as he was not speaking clearly and I could not understand him. He actually hung up on me

I ordered a cake earlier this week, and picked it up today. Very satisfied with the turn out. It was so pretty and tasted so good!!

Good prices and selection but meat could be better.

The availability of food keeps dropping and dropping so much I am ready to cease shopping here and deal with Walmarts trashy store. They keep marking products at closeout and stop selling items that other stores carry and have carried for years. Every time I go in here something I have bought and bought regularly all of a sudden is on closeout or no longer is sold since the last shopping trip.

I like the pharmacy a lot. Good people! If you get a Kroger customer card, you get good coupons in the mail, as well as fuel points that are a nice perk. The store itself is a little funky, but its also been around for a while, so its understandable. Overall good, but they need more checkout lanes open.

Twice have I went to this location and been treated BEYOND poorly. The first time I was feeling ill in the store and could not finish checking out. The clerk at the time made a grand show as if I were trying to steal. She said she would transfer my purchase to a register up front. I told her I would be leaving all items where they could be seen and left promptly feeling extremely judged.The 2nd time I had an issue while checking out. I went over my budget and quickly apologized trying to sort out the matter. I asked if there was a way I could have my order sent to another register like the following time. The cashier made yet another grand spectacle of my mistake, saying she wasnt able to do that and that the new customers groceries would have to be taken off the belt, drawing an unnecessary amount of attention to my situation basically. Then she had to phone for help after she made an error. Instead of being discreet she very loudly announced my situation and the type of payment I was using. All in all I down right hated both experiences. I would give zero stars if I did not enjoy the products and sales. IF YOU DONT LIKE PEOPLE, WHY WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

You dont enforce masks, at ALL. Been here twice in the last 2 weeks and honestly half the customers do not wear them, they wont distance, you can shove your store you know where. Back to Martins for us. No wonder Indiana is so bad about positive cases, its trashy stores like this that contributes to that.

I went into the store to buy one thing any I basically felt guilted into rounding up my order. So as far as I know they have people round up and keep the money. From now on I suggest having exact change or use your cards.Dont let them guilty you into rounding up especially if the the money is just going to the company.

Never can find a damn cart inside!! If people cant do there job thats fine but I have to walk all the way around because they have other carts blocking the way. I just left

One of my favorite Kroger locations Ive been to. Large, great selection, and always clean. The staff has always been incredibly kind; social and very helpful. Wonderful place to buy groceries!

Curb side is amazing!! At the truck they accept my coupons and adjust my charge! This is the only good thing to come of covid 19!!!!!!!!!

I love Kroger. The parking lot and store are always clean and neat. They have a free parking lot, open 6 a.m. to midnight every day, handicap parking and accessibility, pharmacy, restrooms, a great bakery, and wonderful meat department. I would definitely recommend shopping at Kroger.

I can find most of the stuff I need when I need it. Customer Service is hit and miss in the isles and forget the Customer Service counter area because that is always very slow and sometimes not even attended by anyone. But, they do have lots of checkout lines open most of the time and you can get through self-checkout rather easily. The bakery, meat, produce and deli areas are always pleasant because you can find knowledgeable employees to help you. Of all the Kroger in the surrounding area I think this one is the cleanest and the set up is good. I dont use the pharmacy but the employees there always seem to be smiling so something good is happening at this location.

A good place to go for deals. Theres always a lot on sale. They just need to have more checkout lanes open.

Well on the outside of the store and online everywhere I look it says open 24 hours but my only issue is then why are they closed? Just in the time it took me to write this review Ive seen 3 people come and leave not knowing they are closed. At least change your site I online so others like myself dont waste their time and money (gas) upon arrival!

I used the pick up service after ordering my groceries online. LOVED IT! I never had to leave my vehicle.

The pharmacy was great. Medicine was at a different location and the pharmacy had it transferred and filled within 10 minutes of them closing.

Was in the store and they wouldnt not let me purchase something out of the meat case because it didnt open until 9 a.m. but there was someone there prepping it to open. Called the manager over who they had to go upstairs to get and he wouldnt let me purchase either. Went over to Martins and got the same scenario but they let me get what I wanted out of the meat case since they were prepping it. Customer service goes along way.

After the remodel, this store is like a shiny new place.I prefer the self-checkout so I dont have much experience with the employees here, but the mood seems positive.

I am a loyal shopper at krogers. They have the freshes produce . and thier meats are certainly great. They also havea deli that i absolutely love.and most of all their associates are very friendly.

Ive become fond of Krogers & using their coupons, but their customer service is terrible during the day. Employees having side conversations with one another while ringing, which caused mistakes on my end. Never much help when in the aisles, seem to always be stocking at peak times, creating very little room to manuever. Constantly hiring and Im convinced theyll hire anyone after my experience today with a young lady pushing carts - who stared me down because she was pushing one cart so slow that I had to stop walking and wait on her.

You cant use your Teachers Credit Union debit card as a credit card to get the .5% rebate from TCU at Kroger. Ive asked them about it and nobody knows anything. Thats why I rarely shop at Kroger. Cant figure out why someone doesnt make a phone call and get this straightened out. There are lots of TCU debit card holders so Im sure Im not the only one questioning this and not the only one shopping here sparingly because of this.

In the past 6 months, every time I go inside, the management changes their rules. July 6, 2017, I went inside to get an iTunes card to apply to my Apple acct. It was 8:45pm and when I went to the check out lane they told me, You have use cash to pay for that. But I have a check cashing card. And they said I couldnt buy it. So I asked for the Mgt., and the two Mgt closed the office early, I was the only one in my lane. And the man mgt came up to me and said that it had to be cash only. I asked where does it say CASH ONLY Well, we are understaffed and I had to close the office early. So he finally went to the office, gave me more grief. And as my card say, $100. can be cashed at office. $20 over on lanes I had to fight for the principal of the issue AND what I was authorized to use it.Yesterday, I went back, and lovely checkout girl, Rose, rang me up. Total was $52 and change, and I asked if I could round it up to $60. She said yes, and then when I get to get the receipt, she said it was denied. So same mgt came over, I showed her my authorized card (I use all the time) and she said sorry it was rejected. I have sufficient funds, and she would not override at the lane, and quizzed me on when I used a check last. Of course I couldnt recall the exact date. So she refused to use the check, I was to rewrite a NEW check for the exact amt. and I thought FORGET IT.This Kroger on Ireland Road, changes the rules daily to meet their insufficient staffing. They never post changes ahead of time so the buyer BEWARE. I use TCU credit card, and they will not honor it since they programed their new scanner to accept ONLY Debit cards (except at the pump and at pharmacy)I have been a Kroger patron at this location since 1980. I was an active consumer and years ago on their customer group that helped Kroger become better for customers. (I was the one that had the STOP sign at the entrance). I dont know who is in charge of the district Kroger, but would be more than happy to give a constructive report on this store #903. (how many people know their store #)......
