I love to go Krogering at this location.It is like a mini Wal Mart with a lot more grocery selection than Wal Mart by far and wide.Even has a great magazine selection to choose from while you ship for your groceries.Everything under one roof to some degree.

I like Kroger. Their food is always fresh. They offer nice selections. Regular prices are competitive but, there are always great sales and I noticably save money.

I choose Kroger over Walmart there is less traffic and products selection is always better

DO NOT DO GROCERY PICK-UP AT THIS STORE. Also check your veggies. We are staying in a cabin 30 minutes away and did a grocery pick up order. We ordered burgers and hot dogs plus a few other things. Started unloading our groceries at our cabin and noticed we didnt have our hot dogs. We called to get a refund since it wasnt worth driving 30 minutes back down the mountain to get the hot dogs. The person on the phone was rude and told us no for a refund. Shortly after the phone call we noticed our tomatoes were bad also... I dont recommend this Kroger.

I am from Cincinnati where the Kroger grocery store chain is originally from, so clearly that gives me a little credibility when it comes to reviewing out-of-core market Kroger stores.You can chalk this Kroger up as one of the good ones. I liked the store layout, the brand selection options, and stocking. The store is clean and well lit and modern. I give this Kroger five stars and my personal reccomendation.

The food is so good here. Much more of a variety than most restaurants. The day I went 2 employees were cut into a Parmesan wheel it was something I had never seen before.

Nice store; however, Ive grown so tired of making trips there for empty shelves. Literally out of at least half of what I shop for. I think there could be a solution to items that are always out on the shelf vs items that never move, hint, hint.Also, its not convenient waiting thru the pickup line at the drive thru pharmacy to drop off a prescription because the drop of is closed.

They have nice ads like the one this week whole beef tenderloin for 9.99 a lb. Only problem is they really do not have them to sell. I have went to both local stores on three different days to be told they do not have them and they do not know when they will have them. The other problem is they are not offering rain checks either. So good business is make an ad for something you will not be able to supply and get customers to come to your store and do business only to tell them sorry about your luck and oh by the way we will not offer rain checks so that when we do get things in we can take care of our customers.

During this covid nightmare, my family has been doing pick up to avoid going inside the store. There have been many times we were told items were not available. Only to find out that the items were available, but for whatever reason were not put on my pick up ticket. NOW, Kroger is making many of our regular items unavailable for pick up or delivery, but available for in store only. I thought that was odd, so I checked another store and they have the items available for pick up. I do not like this and I will not be a happy shopper while I am forced go inside the store to shop. 👿

It’s a nice store but mask wearing is not enforced and a large portion of the employees are not wearing a mask correctly. I didn’t feel safe while shopping there.

11/22 I had placed a order on Kroger app and they delivered it it wasn’t until later I realized they brought me the wrong ham well I call Kroger they tell me to bring it to the store on 11/23 so I did and I get there and the lady tells me that’s the right ham just a different label and it’s not even a whole ham it’s a half of one well it’s to small to feed my family so I ask if I could exchange it and she said I couldn’t because it was a perishable item I said okay well can I get a refund she says I’m sorry I can’t since it’s left the store? Okay so I don’t understand what the point of me bringing this ham back to you all of you couldn’t do anything about it. This is ridiculous.

This was an unpleasant experience. Placed a clicklist order and waited for 30 minutes after checking in. They did take off $10 when we mentioned the wait and were apologetic, so that was appreciated and worth the 2nd star.

Plain and simple.. Krogers is all around the best!!

Good selection of foods.

This is the best grocery shopping experience I have and still take. I simple LOVE the concept of putting another main aisle right down the center of all the aisles. That way each aisle is short and you can see both ways and you dont have to back track all the way out if you have gone up the wrong aisle and cant get through. Each short aisle is marked with all of most things that are in that aisle and it makes your shopping trip so much faster. I LOVE this store.

My family love clicklist and use it all the time. My only complaints are that they dont have an option to use reusable bags, and they use way more bags than reasonable. Theyll put like one carton of eggs in a bag on its own.

I love the wide variety of merchandise that Kroger Marketplace sells. Besides groceries you can buy household items, personal care products, home decor, etc.

Didnt like unisex bathrooms in pharmacy area. Told manager we disapproved. We do love Kroger! Produce is great. Meats are fresh. Great selection of organic products. The Simple Truth line of products are very good and very compatible with name brands.

Pharmacy. I dropped off a prescription, was told that it would take 45 minutes to fill. So I figured I would do some shopping while they was filling my two prescriptions. The line was pretty backed up so I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. Went back to the line had to wait another 45 minutes waiting in line. When I finally got up to the register to pick up my prescriptions, they let some guy cut in front of me to get his prescription. Apparently Ann that works in the pharmacy knew him. Then I spoke up and said something. So they just told me that my prescriptions wasnt even ready yet. Told me to have a seat and they would call me up. So after waiting now for 2 hours and 37 minutes they still dont have my prescriptions done. So I decided to run the groceries home. So now after 3 hours and 55 minutes I still dont have my medicine that was only supposed to take 45 minutes to fill. Never come here. I would rather pay a higher price than wait days.

Good place to go shopping. I recommend it to anyone else thats not been yet.

I love this Kroger Marketplace. This is the best Kroger I have ever been in. I shop at the north Kroger but I only buy small stuff. I buy all of my groceries from the marketplace. You guys always have the products I need, very clean store, and very friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you for making my Kroger experience the best ever!!

Wonderful employees. Always helpful, nice. Very clean. If you use coupons on cards can save money. Rx people excellent and the staff at clinic nice, very clean. Bathrooms always clean. Staff, thats what keeps us coming back.

Could not find a sugar free item and mentioned that to cashier on way out. She immediately got help to find the item but unfortunately this Kroger does not keep the item I needed. The associates were really helpful. Also Becky was helpful and polite, with ny needs, in the bakery. Love this Kroger.

I absolutely love this Marketplace, I can get my medication filled while I shop n everything I need or use is here so theres no special trips to another store to get something. The staff is exceptional, always smiling n willing to lend a helping hand when needed. I live in science hill, but I still drive to the Kroger Marketplace for my needs.

I like the fact that all the employees are friendly and always willing to help you find what you are looking for. The produce is the best in the area and the Kroger brands are usually very good. They are also willing to help you out with your groceries to your car.

So ordered a delivery order and it could not be delivered understandably during the crisis we are in. What is not though is the fact that they would not reschedule it and that when offered a refund it was advised that it would take ten days to get my money back. So in this state of emergency I am left without food or money thanks a lot Kroger

Store is always clean. Some of the items from time to time are out of stock especially after a sales weekend, but I guess that is to be expected. Other items like certain frozen vegetables and Tater tots seems like you have to get em when they arrive or your just out of luck.

Most of the quote deals are only good if you use your Kroger card. Otherwise they are noticeably more expensive than Walmart. Leaving not much of a true reason to shop there. The closing line in early February is already transferring over to summer clothing

The guy showed up to bag the last three bags out of 15 and as the lady handed me my receipt to tell me about the survey she made sure i knew Chris was my bagger????? lololol If you have self checkout and want to do it great, but if not, at least have enough people there to do the job.

Easy to get in and out of unless you go to the pharmacy. There the slowest I had ever been too.

Store is good. Got what I wanted. Cashier lanes for under fifteen items jammed with people who had FULL shopping carts. Why have lanes marked express.

Has a lot more variety than any Kroger Ive been to. They have a big deli they have sushi, a salad bar, a lot of sea food, cheese and the rest is just awesome.

Went out thinking it was open 24hrs but it isnt anymore? 5am-1am now. Other than that still a great place. Just a little inconvenient if you need something when its late.

Nice big store but the last visit i made 4 items i usually purchase were out of stock and the produce wasnt as fresh as usual. Seemed like maybe they were under staffed. I only encountered 1 employee in the entire grocery section, he was filling orders for the online service but was constantly interrupted by customers because he was the only employee for miles. Also the online coupons are such a hassle, why cant i hust buy a product for that price without searching 10 minutes for an online coupon.

Absolutely wonderful store great selection of organic and natural foods, havent met not one sour employee every one of them deserves raises even a lot of new young faces and they are super helpful and friendly too. I visit this store every day for my morning coffee at Starbucks and those girls are the bomb !!! BUT HERES THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE at the fuel center there is NEVER and solution to wash your windshield this morning I filled up like I do 3 to 4 times a week and the water in the container was grey and sour and after using it my truck smells like a sewer and if I am going to spend $175 a week somewhere I dont expect my truck to smell like that, when I fuel up at Pilot there solution is actually sudsy and it will clean even the nastiest windows FIX that and you will get 5 starsThanks !!!!

Worst customer service by far, stood at the money center for a good while with a couple others in line while no one would attend to us most walked away, finally asked an associate on self check outs if she could get someone over here to check us out and her only response was that he was in the counting room that we’d have to wait, after 5 minutes he comes out after someone knocks on the door, checks one person out then walks away for another 10 minutes with some other lady before two ladies finally asked me if anyone had helped me and finally got him to check me out for the litterly one item I purchased. I kept up with how long I had been there with the money valture from the coin exchange. Pretty pathetic.

New and fresh with a fantastic deli that has everything from sushi to southwestern to whole roasted chicken and ribs.. a huge salad bar as well as a Greek salad bar complete with olives, stuffed grape leaves and much more

Beautiful store w great service and fresh product. Had two sandwiches at the deli w chips and drink... Approx $20. My #boarshead roast beef was perfect, my husband was disappointed in the Cuban. It was not pressed, when asked the lady said they do not have a press. We pointed out there was a working press right there at the station. She said it was for tortillas only, nothing w food could be used on it. Sad, because that would have been the perfect Cuban if made correctly. I get pressed sandwiches, specifically grilled cheese, at my Kroger in Lex so a little confused. Fresh Seafood & great steaks tho!

Very nice, however i dont like walking through clothes and household items to buy my groceries. Too much walking. If I want clothes I will go to the local clothing store.

The employees that cash you out need to pay attention to the customer. Had to take a sub item or go in to the service desk. Husband and I both said no to the sub item. Employee still processed it and got a smart mouth when we corrected him. Not sure if Ill go back. Walmart will be my next try.

I really dont care for the new kroger. You cant seem to find what you want or need. You have to walk and walk before you get anywhere. I do like the food and salad bar area. Everything looks nice, pretty and fresh. We have asked employees, where something is, they reply.. that is not my department.!!!. The old one is better..

They have a friendly staff at night time all the young people work and they are very helpful friendly and kind to everybody. They have fresh flowers all the time they have fresh fruit always and vegetables and you dont have to worry about it being bad thw keep it fresh and I have never found anything bad yet in the fresh vegetables and fruit.
