My husband was there today and was treated very rudely by the two salesmen in the store. When asked about using his store credit which they couldn’t acces my husband became upset . The man told him if he didn’t like lt here to shop somewhere else. No respect! Poor customer service!! We already spent over $1,000 atWest Marina Sommers Point when we purchased our new boat.We will NEVER shop there again!Disrespected!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff would have given five stars except they are often out of stock on many items. They will order them for you and do their best to keep the customers happy

Sadly all boating stuff is expensive. There is a reason BOAT means break out another thousand when it comes to parts or repairs. While you can get parts cheaper online, West Marine comes into its own when it comes to convenience and knowledge.If I need something today, I can go right there and get it. If I have a question, they have VERY knowledgeable staff on duty who know more about boats than anybody else. The people who work there are not just sales people and clerks, they live and breath boats.

Great selection of stuff. Kinda high in prices but will match a price. No military or Veteran discounts 👎 . Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Variety of boat products...good selection.

Pricing is ridiculously expensive; I was told they would price match Bass Pro but, when I brought the item to the register, even though it was IDENTICAL, right down to manufacture and size, I was told it was a different color and as a result they could not price match. Additionally, fender whips were $15.99 and the identical item at Bass Pro was $5.99!Suffice it to say that I post this review while waiting at the checkout at Bass Pro. You just lost a huge sale and a future customer.

Usually have supplies when others dont. Wish they were a little cheaper though.

Store was only 50% filled with stock. They didnt have any of the items I needed. Either their supply chain is all screwed up or they are closing the store.
