There are 2 kind employees here, but the service here is awful and there’s high turnover. Neither of these calls were answered (38 minutes and 1 hour 5 mins). I had to drive to the pharmacy to fill a digital prescription that will not be ready for 4 hours. I spent well over an hour on hold without ever speaking to an employee. The hours are so limited, it is incredibly difficult to refill and pick up my prescriptions in time. It is hit or miss depending on the day. Not a dependable pharmacy.

They are tacky and the drive through is not very knowledge about the names of prescription and have to be forced to go in the back and ask the educated pharmacist. Extremely ignorant mannerism. Second, you wait on the phone for pharmacist for over 30 minutes if they even answer!!!!

They are even lucky i give them one star. This place is garbage 🗑. Went in to get a flu shot showed them my insurance card and they said that it was not covered in my plan it dont make no since if you have health insurance period your flu shot should be free.

Solon ohio cvs said they cant fill your prescription if you come 2 hours before close and try to tell me to come back 10am the next day even though theres not a soul in the store or pharmacy drive thru. This pharmacist is the worst, every other pharmacy seems to have no problem but come here and deal with the head pharmacist and its nothing but problems every single time. They need a new pharmacist with a good attitude that actually likes their life because this women is miserable

Horrible Pharmacy, I came in 25min before pharmacy closes,they wouldnt fill my prescription,What a customer service,this place is so run down too,LAST TIME ILL BE USING CVS

Went in to pick up prescription, and they showed genuine concern over the cost of the prescription even after my insurance (160!!) so they said they would contact the drs office first thing the next morning to see if the prescription could be switched to a lower cost alternative. I liked that they were proactive, willing to make the calls for me, and not focused on making the most money they could. They didnt have to do any of that. I appreciated it.

This cvs is without a doubt the slowest a poorest managed pharmacy in the chain. Hours to refill common prescriptions and always having technical problems. Avoid.

I just wanted to thank the Pharmacy manager, Jenny for all her help with my questions. She was really nice and informative. A+

Terrible!! Horrible phone lines!!! It took me over an hour to reach someone. I kept getting put on hold and all I wanted was to speak to a rep to ask a simple question. It always seems like this store has an issue doing the simplest things. There is no point in complaining to anyone at the store because they just apologize and walk away with no intention of trying to fix or change anything. I’ll just stick to the Walgreens down the street. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AT THE WALGREENS!

Took prescription in to he filled on Thursday. Informed by pharmacy staff it would be ordered and arrive in Fridays shipment. Called automated pharmacy line on Friday which indicated prescription was in process and would be ready at 5PM. I then decided to call just to make sure medication had arrived. Informed that medication not received and wouldnt be in till Monday! I stated this was not acceptable. Called Drug Mart and requested they get script and fill it since they had medication in stock. After approx 1 hour called Drug Mart and was informed that he had called twice and been put on hold for over 5 mins. Called CVS to find out why this was happening I was told nobody from Drug Mart called here. On 3rd try they did take Drug Mart call, script was sent and filled in 15 mins. Will never use Cvs again.

They are the best, would not go anywhere else. I have been going there for over 30yrs. They are like family...

This is a wonderful caring place. They go our of their way to be helpful. I have never been disatisfied with their promtlness and caring.

The store seemed nice and clean. Only 1 complaint.The pharmacy tech Chris is very rough. The way he talks, like hes rushing everyone. Not personable at all.If youre dealing with the public on a daily basis, you should make a conscious effort to change your attitude.

Their pharmacy literally gave me the WRONG PRESCRIPTION in which I spent FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS ON after I REPEATEDLY STATED the name of the prescription. Then they proceeded to tell me they couldnt do anything about it. Now I have forty-five dollars worth of medicine I dont even take.The pharmacy is god awful, please please for your sanity take your prescriptions elsewhere.

The pharmacist on staff, Jenny, threw a temper tantrum and told me to leave without my medicine when I pointed out that I was given an insufficient quantity of a medicine I NEED TO LIVE due to pharmacy error. Thankfully there is a Walgreens down the street.

They didnt have enough tablets of my medication so they called me to call my doctor to have my doctor call them to ok capsules. I waited so long at the drop off counter 3 people aked if I was helped I finally siad...I dont know whats happening, I asked if they had everything they needed to fill my script and I just waited and waited andwaited. Finally I said can I go and if you need anything from me just call?The woman who took my paper script could barely pick it up because she had potato chips all over her hands and was eating them right there.Today was a huge disappointment from all my other visits.Get it together CVS, these medicines you fill are so very important.

Cvs said my prescription was ready.. when I came in they gave it to someone else.. then preceeded to tell me not to be upset.. terrible customer service.Update Talk to pharamasit. And said they would tale care of it right away..

Ive always go there for my prescriptions. Very good for that area possibly the best.

The pharmacy is always backed up. It takes forever to get your prescriptions. I was on hold with the for 40 minutes until I called the general store to ask if they were even open. The person I spoke with told me I should call back tomorrow to speak with someone.

The pharmacy closes at 9. Amy the pharmacist saw me pull up at 8:59 to pick up a prescription for my sick 4 year old, looked at me, and smiled as she slammed the door shut. I ran inside and she slammed all the barriers down in the inside as well. Now that’s service!
