This particular location is always stellar with customer service. Idk where they hire employees from but the ones at this location are ALWAYS kind, cheerful & helpful. I can always appreciate kindness, especially nowadays in the an eye for an eye world we now live in. They always seem to stock the wallflowers I cant order online and thats why I continue to come to this store. Its always clean, smells delicious and Ill always revisit the Solon location.

My 14-year old daughter and I went into the Solon store today for some great summer fragrances to take on vacation. Funny, all the sales ladies were very nice, BUT. I am also very chatty and very friendly, partially as a defense mechanism. Everywhere we went their were eyes were stuck on us. It was as if they thought we were going to steal. I looked around and they were not watching anyone else as keenly as us. It was definitely not my imagination. I said goodbye and smiled at all but inside my stomach was in knots! I hate that my beautiful, brilliant daughter may always be seen as someone who may steal. As a 50+ year old woman of color I have gotten used to it, however it still hurts. Thus my defense mechanism of being extra nice and smiley...but it doesnt matter. So yes they were nice while their eyes were on us like glue. Bias, whether implicit bias or intentional is real. I told one of the sales woman I do not like Amazon as it is putting stores out of business and workers out of work. But yet, it is so much easier to shop from home and not have to deal with the suspicion. I hope they read this review. Im sure they will be surprised by it, but I hope they reflect on it! The ladies working were so nice and helpful. I hope I didnt come off rude as I am usually on a mission when shopping...especially when I am pressed for time. I get in and get out😂. Usually all BBW stores I have a pleasant experience. I even noticed as I was being checked out the employee was discussing her children going off to college with the customer which lead me to believe they have a rapport with one another and thats nice.

I love Bath&Body Works! The selection of items is broad and the amazing scents of each is fabulous. Not to mention the outstanding sale discounts and the staff is all so great. They greet and assist and answer all your questions and are very helpful in helping you make your mind up in your purchase or purchases. They really know their stuff and I love that. Ill always be a loyal customer of B&BW..Thanks so much!

This is my favorite location out of all the local BBW stores. I literally love all the staff here. They’re so knowledgeable about every single product they carry. I love love love how they treat their customers. My favorite is Julie. She’s so sweet, I know what ever I need I can just run up there and get it. Love this store. Thank you.

Very helpful staff. They have a lot of nice fragrances. They sell lotion, cream, scrubs, shower gel, hand soaps, candles, room spray, car fresheners, hand sanitizer, and other miscellaneous things. They also have a fragrance line for guys too.

The Candle Day Sale was awesome. The doors opened at 6:00am. It was well organized and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The only problem was that all of the Blueberry Sugar (my favorite scent) was sold out!

Easy to get in and out quickly, or to browse if youd like. Reasonable drive from Cleveland Clinic.
