Great selection to get my little guy started in baseball. Staff was very helpful to ensure we had the right gear.

Its a very small store, but its packed tight with most everything youd find at larger locations. Be sure to check for coupons before heading to the store.

If you’re looking for great customer service, ask for Roger. This man went out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed for our new boxing bag setup! Even dropped it off at my car at the end. Much appreciated guys.

Went in to get some new flip-flop slides for my husband. They had a large selection of brands, styles and sizes. Appears to be a very clean and well kept store, although their inventory of gym and fitness related items seems limited.

THIS store charged me an additional $17 to exchange incorrect size good quality children’s shoe for a lower quality, pair of shoes. I was very disappointed in the attitude of the manager. It was obvious the store was taking advantage of sale prices and lack of stock to effect price gouging.The challenge began when the shoes I bought were reduced in price as result of a sale. Also, I was unable to exchange for the same shoes as a result of lacking inventory in the store. There were lower quality shoes available that were not on sale. This meant that in order to exchange sizes of shoes I had to accept the $10 devaluation of the shoes I originally bought. I then had to pay an additional amount of $7 to complete the exchange for less quality shoes. The manager of the store refused to be accommodating about the sale pricing of the original shoes. Nor was he willing to consider a sale price on the lower quality shoes.If the exchange had not been for an excited grandson, I would have just demanded a refund and bought the shoes elsewhere. I will not purchase any further products from the store due to their store policies and impolite managers.

I can literally spend hours in this store browsing around. They have tons of items and prices are reasonable. They carry things from fishing/hunting to boxing and kayaking.

The stuff help a lot just to make you happy and buy something they will give you discounts just for you not to leave without buying anything.Good return policy good customer service skills very recommended The parking is easy to get in and out for a quick buy

Good selection and location. The staff though was unprofessional arguing in front of customers about going to lunch and getting off early from work. Hint fellas: do your arguing out of earshot of customers. If I were the owner, I would be horrified of your behavior.

I prefer the friendly atmosphere at this Big5 than the massive Supersport stores. And they still offer hunting gear and supplies plus Guns and Ammunition (for responsible owners).

Had a lot of sales going on and store seemed busy. Not all staff seem like they knew alot about product but someone came up front and I got alot of info from that person so that was nice. Did call ahead to check inventory and they had it up front by the time I was there really great. Definately buy from them again.

They usually have a decent selection of sporting equipment here, from camping gear to tennis and baseball. Its hot or miss on price.

Went to go get my niece some shoes and i waited for someone to help. I had to go find someone, only to find 2 of them in the corner by the baseball gloves talking so i asked for the shoes ge gave them to me only to find that he gave me the wrong ones I wanted filas he gave me rbx. Then he walked away. So then I had to wait for him to come back and he didnt another customer found 3 of them in the corner and then a different guy came and helped and i finally got the correct shoes. It was ridiculous experiance. Probably wont go for a while. Terrible customer service there.

Been shopping there since they opened and I raised 3 athletic sons locally ! Its mostly their long history of really good people that makes the difference.
