This place is a bigger joke than most pawn shops even dare to be. Do not go here. Go ANYWHERE else but not here. Will screw you more than the usual pawn shop in a heartbeat.

Purchesed a I phone for my daughters birthday turns out it was stolen and pawned went to get my money back and was told they couldnt do it. Worse place ever. Deal in stolen and broke items my lawyer will soon be ivolved

The staff was very helpful as I was looking at a boat, it was raining and they put up a canopy and offered their tools to help with inspection.They offer quality merchandise at a fair price.

I bought a mens diamond cluster ring from them. $350.00. Took it today to get appraised. One of the diamonds had a chip. The have a magnifier and had to know it was chipped. Because of chip it is basically worthless. Wont go there anymore.

I bought a dehumidifier and a lost cost warranty. The unit did not work. I took it back and got my money back with no problems.

Do NOT use their layaway or purchase ANYTHING from these crooks! They wont even call you to tell you if they are closing your layaway. I called to ask how much I owed and was informed that my layaway had been canceled. I asked if I could get any of my money back and was informed that all of MY money (over $500) went to the store to cover the time it was in their inventory. In other words thats a nice way of saying F*** you youre not getting your money back. I can understand a restocking fee, but to take EVERY dime someone has paid and not get ANYTHING in return is theft! I WILL NOT be back, furthermore I will inform anyone I know who is searching for a firearm to go somewhere else due to their shady business practices. Posey gun shop in Cleveland TN, is where I will will go from here on out unless this situation is rectified then I will update this review accordingly.

They will sell you things with missing peices then blame you for not doing there job for them. Not professional one bit.
