While I was there, I had asked if they could also resole and stretch a pair of Naconas that were 3 years old. They did an amazing job! I will be back in the future. Their prices are reasonable too for true craftsmanship. THEY do the work! In house! And they are easy to talk to. You won’t regret giving them your business.
I wish I’d known about this place years ago. They did a lot of work for me the last month or so I was in Atlanta and they’ve done all the boot work I’ve had done since I moved. I’ll continue to send my shoe and boot repair needs to them. Not only do Scott Maddox and his son Zane produce an excellent product: they are incredibly friendly men. I took in a piece of specialty SCUBA gear after having read a number of great reviews for this shop. I just needed a zipper added to a mesh bag, but I didnt think it would be a typical sewing job. I researched companies that did zipper repair on boots, reasoning that a shop that had that kind of skill could be expected to add a zipper to my gear.After messaging them I took the gear to their shop and explained the challenge. In a rather matter of fact way the clerk/owner? of the shop indicated that he thought he could help and took the work.Two days earlier than promised I found myself close by the shop so I took a chance. I was greeted by another associate who handed me the work. All I can say is WOW! It looked at least as good as the factory placed zipper and functioned perfectly. They really did a fantastic job, I hope that my lack of skill with the camera isnt a deterrent.From beginning to end this was a flawless transaction and the work is impeccable. I give them my highest recommendation; two thumbs way up!

Fantastic job on 2 pair of my boots. 1 pair got re soled and the other was an old pair of boots that were my grandfathers that my dog tore up. He was able to fix them. Only place I will go from here on out.
These guys do an amazing job! After getting another pair of boots resoled here I decided to bring in an old pair of Ariats to see if they could save them.These boots had already been resoled once before and HorseTown had told me to just throw them away and buy new ones.Instead I brought them here and got them resoled again and they look almost brand new. This shop is owned by a father and son. They do excellent work at reasonable prices. My Louis Vuitton wallet had a tear. Louis Vuitton quoted me $125.00 to repair it, I had the repair done at this shop for only $25.00!

I have never repaired any shoes that Ive worn. Ive always thrown them away. However, the shoes I needed to repair were still in good shape, they just needed a little refresh. Snellville Shoe Repair fixed 4 pairs of my mostly worn shoes and I am so satisfied. They were very professional and precise with the care of my shoes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I love this little spot. Its far from my house (25 miles or so) but its the closest place to get shoes repaired. We had the heel fixed on a pair of old shoes in 15 minutes. Super helpful

I needed a purse repaired from a shop that was suppose to repair just a zipper, but had closed the inner pocket. Zane took care of their mistake and even fixed an additional problem I had with the purse. It was repaired in 3 days, polished and cleaned! Awesome.
Fabulous customer service. I needed a pair of boots resoled after the oem soles wore through in under three months. The guys here did an amazing repair with quality materials for a reasonable price and the boots look better than new. They even stayed open five minutes after closing on Saturday when traffic had me running late. Cant say enough positive things.
Phenomenal experience and service. Had 3 pairs of cowboy boots and 2 with the heel and sole in rough shape and they went above and beyond. Sole protectors, heel taps, conditioned and polished. Looked brand new. And took a lot of time out to answer my many questions on how to keep em like this as long as I can. Customer service like that is a lost art. Mailed my boots in from California to have them repaired since no one around here would resole them. He resoled my three year old Danners. The sole was falling off and boots were leaking. He replaced the sole and midsole and had them back within 10 days of me shipping them. Amazing! Boots are practically new again. Thanks for the great work!

Had them repair my grandfathers holster which is 100+ years old. All the stitching was out. They did an excellent job by getting the original buckskin liner back in place, restitching with a matching thread and polishing the outside. Many times people, I am as guilty as others, do not take the time to praise folks for a job well done and taking pride in what they do.Yesterday I went in the shoe shop in Snellville that has always done any shoe/boot repairs I need. Mostly back when I was a lineman and needed boot repairs but as I have gotten older my needs have changed. These days I need sewing and repairs on other things. Most recently my shooting bag fell victim to a couple of field mice. Those little things can really chew holes where you dont need them.I went in to Snellville Shoe Repair and Scott said he would fix me right up. I went back yesterday to pick up my bag and it was good as new and at a very fair price. I thanked Scott for his fine work, paid and headed to my car. About half way there it hit me, I had always said thank you but I had never really told him how much I appreciate him and his quality of work.I turned around, went back and asked how long he had been in that shop. He smiled with pride as he always does and said February would be 41 years. Folks, if you need shoe or boot repair or if you just need some difficult sewing done this is a great shop to do business with. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. Dont throw that item away because it needs to be repaired. Take it to the folks at Snellville Shoe Repair. They are great folks.

Amazing work! We thought my daughters Nike gym shoes were ruined, after she had worn them in a muddy obstacle course. We washed them but they were dull and weathered looking. I took them to Snellville Shoe Repair, as a last resort. These guys restored them back to their original glory. They look brand new and ready for back to school. Highly recommended!

These guys are just wonderful. Scott and Zane did a great job resoling a pair of my Allen Edmonds dress shoes. I wanted a little more durability and a longer lifespan out of my Park Avenues, so I put Dainite soles on them with a recessed channel. Scott was very gracious with his time to talk me through the various options available. They were also very prompt in getting back to me with answers to my questions and the turn around time on the job was less than a week. Just exceptional, high-end service from really good guys with a humble mentality. They offer some of best services/materials for mens dress shoes (Goodyear welting, flush metal toe taps, recessed channels, closed channels, JR leather soles, Dainite rubber soles, etc.). Scott and Zane are true craftsmen and some of the best cobblers in metro Atlanta.

I needed new soles on my boots, so I had them dropped off at his shop. He, the owner, was told I was a big/heavy guy who was on my feet 6/7 hours at a time. He showed my friend a thick rubber sole with heavy traction. When I picked up the boots they had a different type of sole on the bottom. Little traction and mostly foam cushion like a running shoe. After 2 weeks I had crushed the foam on the sides of the shoe since I walk on the outsides of my feet. When I went back to discuss this problem, he denied that the soles had been crushed and eventually told me to come back in two weeks as to when he could get a replacement sole. I returned 2 weeks later and he looked at me and said He would not fix the problem handed me the money I had paid him and told me to leave the store.
Scott was absolutely amazing. I had been given a sattle for my horse when i bought him, and on further inspection of the sattle i noticed the rivets that held the girth on were out of the leather on one side. Scott noticed that both sides needed to be replaced. He replaced all four rivets on my sattle for a great price, and i was able to pick it up the same day as well.
Owner and son are highly skilled and provide excellent, friendly service. They being new life to your footwear.
I went there to reduce the click clack of some cheap booties I bought. He said the booties will be fixed by the next day. I came back in two days and they were not completely finished. He had to shape the new soles and left residue of the glue product on the booties. The booties are fixed but not at the neatest state, which is why I give 4 stars. I do recommend but a little pricey.

Beyond horrible. I would not recommend this show repair store to anyone ever. I drop off my Ugg boots to get a little stitch up, on a Wednesday. I was told it would be ready Saturday. I was not given a time or anything. I come up to the store around 2:30 to see that they are closed, then they are also closed on Sunday. I go up there on Monday to pick it up and the man tells me he hadnt even started it yet. Hes been picking it up, putting it down.. And pick it back up. He then tells me hell have it ready in five minutes. I come back to the boot just sitting on the counter and the stitching was done HORRIBLE. It looked like a 2 year old tried to patch it up. I them complained, of course. Because the service I paid for was not what I was promised, the older man working there processed to speak with an attitude, says Well you werent even here on Saturday to pick it up soooo? Im livid at this point. I tell him. Give me my money back. He says, hes going to take out the DISGUSTING stitching and give me a refund. He takes it out roughly, fur flying all over, comes back to the counter and throws the boot down, takes the money out the register, throws that down too and walks away.The most horrible, unprofessional place I have ever been. I do not reccomend anyone go here. Try your luck somewhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE if your items are of significant value!!! I took in a Michael Kors purse a few years ago and it was restitched around one of the edges. The trimming was also coming off of the handle, so I asked if the repair guy could repair it. He put some kind of glue on it that dried extremely hard. The stiffness of the glue made the trim break completely off. I never used the purse again.With wishful thinking about it being a shoe repair, I thought, Well what can go wrong?, they do this every day. To my surprise, I should have learned from the first failure. My pumps needed new taps and to avoid traveling to Buckhead, I figured I could give them another shot. I WAS WRONG! Whatever they did to put my taps on crushed the top of my shoe. The support for where the ankle goes was so softened that it stretched the leather out. I called to ask what could be done and was told to just not wear the shoe anymore. In a way, Im glad this happened to my Steve Madden pumps, because I initially was going to have my Christian Louboutin soles repaired here. Very glad I didnt!EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
