Great customer service, clean store, quality merchandise, inclusive brands and shopping, family friendly, enough staff in store, enough checkout lanes open, Starbucks inside, necessary items in stock, fast and friendly drive up service. Their recent employee raises make me feel like they care about their employees. Great ads, nice online presence. I feel valued when I come to Target. They are right up there with Chick-fil-a when it comes to customer service and inspiring brand loyalty. My children ask to go to Target...like its a field trip. Good job Tar-zhay!

Fully stocked shelves. Easy to find employees. Great selection of products. Check your register receipts. I was charged for 4 spray bottles when I only bought 3. Also, make sure you leave with all your bags. The register girl didnt push my goods to the end of her station. I had to dig for my purchased items.

I’ve shopped at a lot of Target stores and can confidently say this one ranks near if not at the very bottom. Major blue store vibes shopping here. Inventory is wrong most of the time and if you ask for help searching there is a good chance you will be met with attitude and not find the item anyway. Make sure to check your bags because it’s not unusual to have something missing. I’ve never had that happen at any other Target store. If you’re looking to stroll through the aisles with Starbucks in hand try another location because this place is barely good enough for drive up orders...good luck not having that cancelled due to incorrect inventory. Needs new management.

I usually shop at the Conyers location however, I was looking for a specific item and unfortunately my usual Target was out of stock. Thankfully the Snellville location had exactly what I was looking for so I ordered it along with several other items for same day delivery. Not only was everything in stock it was as usual a great value for the prices and the delivery was experience was amazingly smooth and extremely quick. All in all I couldn’t have been more elated and I will certainly return to this Target again.

I just hate this target. I onlyOrder pickup here if I have another appointment in the area. Other than that I avoid it at all costs. I can place a order early in the morning and it takes forever for them to process it and say it’s ready. When I get a notification that my order is ready,I pull up and wait 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me. If I’m overly frustrated I just either cancel the order or go into the store and get it myself. They have to do better. People don’t have time to waste.

Their drive up is the best in town. Love their set up and how easy it is to use.

Extremely disorganized at the register. They dont have self checkout so you will be waiting in line whether you have a small amount of items or a lot. There is one line for all the registers which to me doesnt make any sense but thats the way it is at this particular store.The associates were very nice. The inventory online matched up with the inventory in the store that was great.

This place was amazing! Not too crowded, adhered strongly to CDC guidelines, but the highlight of the visit was the employees. Every one I talked to was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous which sadly isnt always the case. Just a great location - highly recommended.

This target is the WORST. It’s shocking considering the prime location. They don’t have self checkout or a real guest services area so I can only go here if I’ve got half an hour to stand in line to checkout or make a return. They never have enough registers open and the line literally stretches across the store. They also have a super small dollar spot when you come in that never has the good stuff other stores have. I am always disappointed when I come here.

Drive up is always a great and fast experience here! Store takes several precautions to help customers feel safe. However, security person wiping down carts had their mask under their nose. Other than that, great job.

Very clean...They were sanitizing between customers. They offer mask at entrance which represents great protocol procedures for Covid 19. They always have good prices. Brought Ludens for $1.49. They even let me charge my phone, Ashleigh the assistant & the security guard Chris were helpful.

I had to take the time to say thank you. My son accidentally dropped his computer this morning. I needed to buy another one the same day because he needed it to attend his classes virtually. I drove to 5 different stores before I reluctantly stopped by the Snellville Target store. I thank God that I stopped by because you guys had exactly the Chromebook that I needed and it was way below the budget, too. I believe your store was the only store in our zip code that had Chromebook available on the shelf, today. Thank you so much.

Went for an exchange yesterday. They combined returns with regular check out which made the line and wait time a bit long. About 10 feet to my right was a cashier coughing a lot! I understand there are other conditions like asthma and allergies but considering the humongous raise in cases in Gwinnett I would have hoped that this particular cashier immediately closed her register. I did not feel safe in the store and won’t be returning. Very disappointed!

Not the best, not the worst. This locations in-stocks are great and rarely have unusual out of stocks. The Team Member engagement is always friendly and helpful when sought out. In 3 years of patronage, there has never been any food quality issues, out of dates, etc. And the Guest Services Team Members try and mostly succeed at making most reasonable issues right.Getting in and out of this location, especially during high traffic volume, is cumbersome.

My favorite store, has most everything I need, great prices and deals, employees wearing masks and lines set up well to keep us 6 ft apart and move quickly. Very efficient and friendly employees.

This target is very organized and clean. It’s great until you get ready to check out and they only have 1 lane open and 20 people in line. I come at least once a week and I dread having to checkout. If You have the extra time I’d definitely drive the to the target on Lawrenceville-Suwanee so much more efficient. You might honestly save time going that extra mile.

Need new registers and more cashiers. I dont want to go any more after the last two times I waited to check out for 15+ minutes. The cash registers are very slow and theres only two or three checkout lanes open in the middle of the day. I really like shopping at Target but I plan to avoid until they make some upgrades in the checkout process at this location.

The pharmacy section is kinda sketchy. I went to buy a specific brand of eye drops and the box looked smashed and open. A lot of the other brands also looked that they were crushed and opened. I ended up having to drive to another target to buy them.They dont carry dark shades of foundation for most brands and that is really in convenient. For the brands that they do carry the darker shade for, they are ALWAYS out of stock. Its like they have stopped restocking the dark shades.Overall the place is clean. Sometimes the target app says things are in stock and when I get there its not.Customer service is good.

I am not a regular shopper here. I went to this store for a specific item. They provided excellent customer service.

The service I received from cashier, Patricia, was 10 star. She was patient while I stumbled through getting the online app so I could receive discounts available. She was friendly and inviting. And she was efficient. Cant say enough about how great she was. Hope Target knows what a gem of an employee she it!

The Snellville Target is very nice. I ordered an item online, it was ready within 2 hours and the pick up process was very pleasant.

There are tons of different departments that offer a variety of selection and its cheap.

Pharmacy hours are incorrect, says 10 PM, they were closed at 9 PM.Bathroom was so disgusting.

Very convenience and quick. 5 min after checking in that I was there I was pulling away with my packages. Only have 4 stars because the associate seemed hesitant to place the items in my back while I can understand the experience would have been better if he even offered to place the items in the back since they were a significant size.

This is a busy and hectic Christmas season. I went in to pick up a Nerf gun for a friend who saw it was in stock at this location. When I got to the toy section it was neat clean orderly, and well stocked. I went to the aisle it was supposed to be on but was unable to find it. I ask an associate in that section who checked, found it not in stock gave me the phone number to the Winder store to check there. The associate was very friendly outgoing, genuinely nice and helpful. It really made my day.

Great place to shop, always clean, employees always friendly, can usually find everything I need. Love that I can get groceries and clothes/shoes/makeup and electronics. Just a great one stop shop.HOWEVER...This store desperately needs a self check out and/or more employees on the cash registers. Having employees just chatting by the registers while two lanes are open and crowded with 10+ customers per line doesn’t count. Also having a manager just watch the lines and asking for back up doesn’t warrant much. You can ask for back up and jump on a register while you wait for additional cashiers. I don’t mind waiting, but I’ve seen people many times just throw their hands up and leave. Just some friendly advice from a long time customer!

Target order pick up was awesomely quick. The only issue is that sometimes I can’t find what I need available via the site to add to my cart. Overall a great experience. The associate was walking to my car before I even parked.

Love this store and we have shopped here since they opened in the area. Close to home, their clothing brands are better made and wash better than other big box stores. The employees are helpful, easy to find, and take us to find what we are looking for. Although they make not carry as many products, and the price may not be the lowest, they make up for it in other ways. They have good weekly sales and gift cards available for some purchases. Not as cluttered as some stores.

Anytime you and the family plan to have a movie night at home definitely go to target to get a family size bag of their popcorn made fresh in their cafe next to the Starbucks station. This popcorn is so good everyone will think you got it from an actual movie theater plus its only about $2.50 for the family size which you cant beat that, for the taste and freshness!!!!!!!!!

Overall this location is enjoyable. Most of the employees seem happy to be there and are very helpful. However, a few areas that they could improve on (year round) are: bathroom cleanliness, general store cleanliness and restocking shelves.

Its a better experience than the other stores I go to, especially Walmart. The prices are a little more, but the experience is so much more.

I love how quick and easy Targets drive-up (and pick-up) service is. I tried with another major retailer (the blue one) and it was awful. I waited a ridiculous amount of time to pick up the item. It would have been easier to go in and get it myself. But this is never the case with Target. Pick-up/Drive-up is ALWAYS prompt and easy. Thanks Target!!!

Im a huge fan of Target retailers. Great shopping experience every time I go. Each department is always stocked with the latest and greatest products. Dont forget to check the back ends of each aisle for clearance deals on really good stuff! Staff can help you sign up for cartwheel coupons and the Target Red card to save even more!

This store location is okay if you must go to it. Most of the employees or pretty helpful, however a couple or not. The thing that really ruins this store is the hyperactive, adolescent acting, little white security guy. Im not sure what qualifications got him his job here, however the toddler black gentleman would be much better for the job as this guy runs around like a madman disturbing the customers as they try to shop. Actually saying something to me about putting my gum wrapper in a Target bag. Telling me dont do that we have trash cans!! He caught me by surprise and really scared me, so I just apologized and he said nothing running off to something else.. as I was leaving the store this guy takes a security alarm tag and puts it near the sensors at the door making the alarm go off so that he can stop me and ask me if I have my receipt when he just saw me check out!! Not too bad of a location again but this guy screws up anything this store had good going for it.. I was shopping here almost every day, however I will only go there now if I desperately have to.!! really need to get rid of this guy and promote the much more mature and professional black gentleman...thanks!

There were only two very long checkout lines so we had to wait a while to buy one dress. When it was finally our turn to pay the card didn’t pass. The cashier sarted getting an attitude, and acted like I couldn’t swipe a card. If you’re going to work there at least act like you’re happy.

Limited selection as this target seems smaller than some others that I have been to. Staff usually seems nice and attentive to helping you. Nice shift of pace from their main competitor. This store seems a bit older and hence the smaller size. Some departments are less organized than others.

Poor customer service. Lack of safety for the coronovirus. Customers have a 99% chance of getting the Coronovirus in this store. The cashiers were extremely rude. I was amazed that they were conducting business as usual as if the Coronovirus didnt even exist. I am going to report my experience to corporate. This store is not safe.

I was very upset by the cashier, when checking out I asked to please give me back two $5s since my cash back was $10. She said no I dont have but one. Then, I waited in customer service lane to get the two fives exchange. So the cashier saw and said Ill give you the exchange now when she opened her register, she had lots of fives. The customer service lady said dont worry its okay even that I waited when all this could have been avoided if the cashier didnt lie.

Bad service in the store most of the times. Products are never there in stocks. Prices don’t match the ticketed price. Plus I had trouble with target. Com for refund I was entitled too but took over 5 months for a damn refund. I don’t trust the store or dot com anymore.

Pick up was ridiculous! The cashier had to leave the register to go across to the back room to search for my item. This took a good five minutes. Why cant they keep the pickup orders right there at the checkout counter???
