I have a 3 week old Tesla that got a scratch on the door handle. I worked with Jake and he was amazing. They were able to buff it out and it looks like it never happened. Their facility is so clean, with a top notch waiting area and even the area where cars are worked on is sparkling clean. I am very impressed! I hope I dont need any other repairs but I would not hesitate to take my car back to Barrow Body Shop! This new car owner is very appreciative of their commitment to excellence!

Its not often that I have to take my wifes Tesla for any kind of automotive repair. Thats the main reason she bought this dual motor rocket ship. The wifey had a couple bad days with backing out and TESLA recommended Jakes place to fix some scratches. I emailed Jake the night before after 10pm and he responded. Hmm, I had a good feeling about this place already. The shop was surrounded by Rovers, Audis, and Teslas so I knew I was at a good place. I walked in and the place was immaculate and nothing like other body shops I visited back in the day. Jake greeted me within 5 minutes and struck me as genuinely friendly and knowledgeable about repairs. He gave me a couple options and to my surprise didnt try to upsell me like most shops. His tech made a quick repair as I waited and I was on my way. This place is the real deal and if (God forbid) I ever need body work done, this will be the place for me.

My car was taking to Barrow Body shop January 25 due to it be recommended by the service department at Land Rover. I swear I would have did my research prior to signing off on letting my insurance company pay this company. A repaired that was said to take 15 working days has turned into 2 months with the run around about parts not being delivered parts not being able to be found and so on and so one when I was able to google all the parts need for my repair with a 7 day delivery time. I am highly frustrated because it seems they have no regards for the customers we are just a lingering check that they will get to when they can. I am highly disappointed in my choice of having them fix my car. Please beware if you wont your car back in a timely manner this is not the place for you! Not to mention you can never get the repair consultant responsible for your car via phone its all through email. I am disgusted.

Barrow has had my vehicle since 2/9/2021. They were recommended thru Hennessy Jaguar. I still dont have my vehicle back. Parts are supposedly taking forever to ship due to them being in the UK, and covid, Brexit, etc. I hope the repairs are as expected because I dont know what condition my vehicle is in as of today, 4/5/21. Thank God I have another vehicle because im sure no insurance company would cover a rental for this long. Barrow has been very nice thus far but the turnaround time is unbearable. Im far past frustrated with how long its taking. Maybe they need a new part provider Im not sure but this is not a good look for business. Please use caution when using Barrow, especially if you drive Jaguar/Land Rover only because of the current turnaround time with shipping delays. I hope to get my vehicle back very soon. I will provide an update on repairs once I do.Update 4/7/21 : Vehicle looks great! Definitely worth the wait. Impeccable work by the guys at Barrow! Brian and team were very helpful through the process despite the timeframe. Thanks again!

I am EXTREMELY frustrated! I was initially told that my care would take about a week to get fixed and it has been over a month and I still have not gotten my vehicle back! I will never go back to this place! They have no sense of urgency and I did not get a follow up call; I had to call to see whats going on with my own car. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Had my vehicle inspected after an initial accident; and made a deposit for parts at that time. I was then told that parts would be in the shop within a week; for the next few weeks I was unable to get a hold of Jake (owner, I assume), or get any type of status update from the front desk. I only heard from them again, when I had to put a hold on my payment through the bank, telling me parts would again be in within a week.Went to another Tesla recommended dealer in the area and they were able to get parts in the next day. I can’t speak to actual work done here, but in terms of service, you might be able to get certified, and fix your own car before these guys get around to calling you back.

I had to bring in a 2017 Land Rover Sport that had cosmetic scratches to drivers side and a tire wheel scrapes. The scratches were removed and the paint color restored. The wheel was fixed to its original condition. When I picked up the vehicle it was detailed inside and out. Overall the vehicle looks showroom new.The Barrow employees are terrific, professional and highly competent. The vehicle was ready as promised. The cost of the repairs were very reasonable and much lower than I was expecting.Many thanks to Mike, Estimator/Advisor, for looking after the repairs and providing outstanding customer service. I could not be happier with the work.

EXCELLENT WORK! Most recently had to have our familys 2010 Lexus IS 250 Hardtop Convertible repaired. FORTUNATELY, my insurance adjuster knew of Barrow Body Shop and had the car towed there. Having had multiple experiences with body repair shops over my decades of driving, I have developed an eye for good work and have become extraordinarily critical. HOWEVER, the work done by Barrow exceeded my expectations for EXCELLENT work.

Friend had a car towed here. Incredibly nice people that treat you with respect. They secured his car and made sure the rain did not get in to the car. Any other shop would not have cared and just let the car get ruined in the rain.

Professional company that provides excellent work and service. Went to Barrow to get my Audi Q5 fixed after someone ran into it on 75, and it came out looking brand new. Jake, one of their representatives, helped me get the claim approved and deal with the person’s insurance company which was just awful (AssuranceAmerica). Highly recommended using them if you have a luxury vehicle.

I initially was frustrated with BBS because the repair was taking so long, but then I learned that most of the delay was due to the insurance company taking their sweet time processing the claim. Of course, I had to chase down the adjuster over several day to get things moving personally, which could have been handled by the shop, but I dont blame them for not having the time to repeatedly call the insurance until someone picks up. So, if your repair is taking longer than expected, you may want to check in with how your insurance company is handling the claim.I can say that I am very pleased with the work done by BBS on my Audi. I picked up my car almost thinking it was a brand new vehicle. That said, they could have been a bit more thorough with the finishing as I found some small blemishes here and there, but nothing major.The main reason I am giving them 5 stars is their very friendly and helpful staffs, including the owner Blake whom I had a very pleasant conversation with. Dave Adams - the person working on my car, was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding with me. Overall, this was one of my best experiences dealing with a service shop.From what I can see, they repair and probably have a lot of experience repairing Audis and other high end brands. So, if you are looking for quality work on your car and a pleasant experience with the process, I highly recommend Barrow Body Shop!

Barrow has repaired two vehicles for us now. One was an older F250 that was damaged by a falling tree limb in 2017 snow storm. The other was my 2015 Rav4 that was rear ended in September. Excellent work repairs on both vehicles. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. I recommend them highly. Thank you Mike Waldrop for all your help!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. They have had our car for over 5 weeks now for only minor damage that insurance said could be done in 5 days! They do not return calls or emails and are very lenient with the truth! We have had to pay for the rental car as insurance said it was taking Barros too long and Barrow refuse to pay for the extra rental days that they are taking! We found out that the car sat at Barrow for over two weeks with nothing being done to it! 2 weeks we didnt need a rental and could have kept driving our car! Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!!!

This is perhaps the worst experience I have ever had with a Body Shop. The Owner was rude, inflexible and downright mean. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They refused to work with a 17 year old who is on a budget and had broken a tail light on another car. My son visited them to ask if they could help him out and they told him they didnt care about anything but getting their monry, They charged him over $3,700. Again, do not use this place unless you want to be insulted.

Ive never had such a car repair nightmare. After over 2 months (7 weeks of that time they had my vehicle ), my car is still not fixed. Mike and Jake dont call back when they say they will, so you get to play phone tag with them for an update, and then wait days for a call back. 1 of the things replaced was my hood, but when I called and asked what was taking so long, Mike told me They had to buff the rock chips out before we painted it, but its gonna perfect when you get it back! ....from a brand new hood?!Not only were they rude, condescending, and defensive Mikes chief argument for things taking so long was We want it done right though, when I picked my vehicle up(after 7 weeks), the horn didnt work, and the stripes on my hood had not been replaced. Its been another 2 weeks of circles and phone tag for that. Hopefully itll be fixed soon. Save yourself the headache, take your vehicle ANYWHERE else!!

Due to many delays caused by this body shop, I was charged rental fees that the insurance company would not cover. In asking the business to justify or accommodate the additional days, I was told that we are not in the rental car business. This, in my opinion, is extremely poor business.I would not and cannot recommend this business to anyone!

Earlier this year I was hit by someone who was driving a Hertz Rent a Car. I followed protocol and did 3 estimates. It wasnt until my third estimate that I realized that Barrow Auto was the shop that was going to fix my car. (meanwhile I had to have a lawyer write Hertz a letter to accept responsibility for the negligence) Brian Hinton over at Barrow was my heaven on earth Angel. He was the only one who explained what happened to my car and why my Jaguar XF drove like a 77 beat up Chevy. Mr. Hinton made me feel like I wasnt getting banged out job or 2nd hand work. He was the only one who offered to work directly with the adjuster at Hertz to get my Jaggie purring like new. .. During this whole ordeal with Hertz I felt that Brian was an advocate for me and not just doing a wam bam thank you ma’am job on my car and definitely not for the money. The process was a little long but he explained how the rent a car people can be and his words were true. Hertz just about left me stranded it came to the point to where Hertz started to become the enemy (remember now it was one of their clients that hit my car...you would think the pressure would go to the person at fault and not the person who got hit). Brian and the Barrow team stuck with me every step of the way. My car was fixed with genuine Jaguar parts and she is driving remarkable. I myself have been in the car business and can tell when a car has been hit. The work is A plus you would never be able to tell that the car had any work done on it. She looks like when I first got her. Words cannot express my humbleness and gratitude to Brian and the Barrow family. I as a consumer recommend Barrow with no hesitation. Proof is in the customer service and workmanship and they have exceeded my expectations in both areas. In making a decision where to get your car fixed do not I repeat do not second guess the option to have Barrow Auto restore your car. The experience was unfortunate but its apart of life. The blessing was the experience I had with Brian and Barrow….Thank you Guys…Melissa Powell

TERRIBLE! DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME, ESPECIALLY IF YOURE SPENDING MONEY ON A RENTAL!!!! I have an Audi Q5 that is certified and still under warranty. When backing out of a parking spot, my passenger side mirror hit the concrete beam that I was parked next to. At Audis recommendation, I took my car to Barrow Body Shop for the body work since they are Audi Certified. I filed an insurance claim and Geico came out and gave me an estimate. The adjuster warned me then to make sure that I ask them if they could start on my vehicle right away before dropping it off because they have a reputation of letting vehicles sit with no work done so I called and asked before I dropped it off if they had the time to start on my car when I dropped it off on Monday. The receptionist said yes...that they always start on cars as soon as they are dropped off. I dropped my car off on Monday, 6/20/16. Tuesday afternoon, hadnt heard anything from anyone. I called and left Jake a voicemail.. no response. I called back and the receptionist left a message with Dave to call me back.. No call back. I called AGAIN and finally was able to talk to Dave who said that hed been in touch with Geico and that their estimate was too low for the work that needs to be done and that Geicos adjuster would be coming out to meet him on either Wed or Thurs. On Wed, I happened to drop by the shop to get something out of my car. I thought that it was going to be a quick stop. They didnt know where my car was located on the property. After looking for a good 20 mins or so, they finally found my car. While I was waiting in the shop, they mentioned that the Geico adjuster had stopped by so I assumed that Dave had spoken to her about my vehicle. Fast forward to Friday, no calls from Barrow on Wed, Thurs, or Fri so I called Barrow to check on the status of my car (cause surely theyd come to an agreement with Geico by now). Dave states that he had not heard from Geico and were waiting on a response and that they could do nothing with my vehicle until they hear from Geico. I called Geicos adjuster who said that Dave had JUST emailed her today (Friday). Dave previously told me on Tuesday that hed spoken with Geico. Therefore, I called Barrow back and said Im coming right now to pick up my keys and my car because I dont do business like that. Id been paying for a rental car for 5 days and he lied to me....Arrived at Barrow and Dave walks up. I said Im here to get my keys and my car because Geico told me that you JUST contacted them today. Dave says No, Geico just assigned the supplemental claim to the adjuster. I said, Ive been paying for a rental since Monday and NOTHING has been done on my car. At this point, Im leaving with my car. My point is somebody is lying either Barrow, Geico, or both... BUT Dave let my car sit Wed, Thurs, and would have been Fri, Sat, and Sun with no phone call. Even if he called Geico on Tuesday like he said he did and expected them to come out on Wed or Thurs and realized they did not, then a phone call should have been placed to me... Not just let my car sit while Im paying out rental car money. Barrow is not getting my money, not today, not tomorrow, not EVER. Bad customer service! Oh, forgot to mention. When I first arrived at Barrow to do business, I went to the Wrecker building by accident. There are two building side by side. There was a man and a woman there. They were both on the phone.. The man got off the phone and LOOKED RIGHT AT ME AND DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME AT ALL! I had to wait until the lady got off the phone to ask me if I needed help. I should have known I was in for a bad experience right then. The only thing nice I have to say about this business is about the receptionist. She is really nice and helpful. I enjoyed what little bit of interaction that I had with her.

I dropped my Avalanche off to Barrow Body Shop after being referred by a friend. I had rear bumper damage. They failed to contact my insurance company for nine days after I dropped the truck off so I had to return the rental car and I have no transportation. 21 days later Barrow had not even started work on my truck and when I went to pick it up every warning light on the dashboard was on (abs,traction control, check engine, parking system) none of which were on when I dropped the truck off. They never contacted me once and now I am forced to pick my truck up unrepaired and will not likely be able to get it fixed as I am already at a $2,000 loss from missing work and paying for a rental car. The initial repair was estimated at roughly $2,000. I obtained a number of estimates from other shops all of which stated it was a 4 day repair job max. Barrow is horrible and if you take your car there you are putting yourself at risk for additional repairs as well as lack of service and communication. I dealt with Mike Waldrop and he lacks any communication skills or customer service as he never contacted me once in the 21 days he had my truck, NOT ONE CALL. DONT USE BARROW UNLESS YOU DONT NEED YOUR CAR FOR A MONTH AND CAN AFFORD A RENTAL CAR FOR A MONTH!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. I went there for an estimate and they were talking about how unresponsive my insurance company normally is. My insurance company emailed them 3 times waiting on them to upload the estimate and pictures which never got done. Now I have to go to another body shop after wasting two days with them.
