Covid has changed everything including sneaky up charging manufacturers due to supply and demand.We ordered a door through HD several weeks ago and it came in incorrect and the manufacturer offered no replacement options after all this time and said they had no idea when they would get more in. So we had to cancel the door and waste all that time.We were continuing looking for doors and 48 hours later that door became available magically but went from $581 to $805 in 48 hours after they just said they had no idea when there would be more available. The manufacturer was not willing to honor the price for our replacement order. Mary Beth took over an hour on the phone working with several people and made that original price happen for us.We can say without a doubt in today’s world of poor service and no help for consumers. Mary Beth is the shining example others should follow in serving customers and we are thrilled she was there for us (twice). We would like to give Mary Beth a 5 star and the store a 4 star because they did mess up our original order.ThanksVincent and RoseSmyrna TN

The employees at this location are the best for customer service. We received help from three different people. They were helpful and kind. I wish we could remember their names. It was on a Tuesday evening around 8:00 pm.

Had to come here looking for a sink that was recently discontinued and not at my local store.. they checked for the product before I came then helped me find it when I got there.. excellent service and very nice

Customer service is horrible. Its like your bothering them in kitchen appliances. Or any department these days. Customer service must not be a priority.. Better off ordering online. Front store staff is great. Always a great experience. Cashiers and greeters would be better in the departments.

They carry tons of stuff... Not everything is always in stock but they do pretty good... If youre not in a right now hurry it can be ordered and comes in quickly... A definite go to place.

Best place to get your plants and gardening tools.

Bated into buying a washer and dryer with the promise of a quicker delivery date and promise that we could bring our receipt back in a couple weeks for the holiday discount. When we came back and they realized how large the discount would be they told they would not honor it. We asked to speak to the manager, who was over the department, and we were told they wouldn’t help us. We would have to return the original purchase and repurchase with a later delivery date. It was a big let down. But there are other places to purchase home goods and Lowe’s is right across the street.

Always find what I need and get friendly service wherever I am. I shopped Hone Depot in 5 different states. Always great. Just wish there were more advantage to using their credit card. I use another to get miles.

If I could have given negative stars I would have. Customer service oh wait do they have customer service. There attitudes unproffessional. Unwillingness to help. A Lack of knowledge is stiffling. Smyrna home depot curb side service is horrid. Never again

Very nice place to shop they have everything you could possibly need for your house and yard only bad thing is they have a lot of vendors to list in their products in the store so you may be harassed by people trying to sell different products not related to Home Depot sometimes it can be irritating

I had an interview and when I told someone in the office they told me to talk to Debbie. I knocked on her office door and she ignored it like she didn’t hear it. I knocked a second time and she turned around and mouth the words “I’m on the phone” with hand motions. She looked agitated and bothered by me. So I sat outside her office and waited until she was off the phone. That never happened so I asked an employee if I can get interviewed by someone else. I got no help and they were a little rude. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes after my assigned interview appointment.

Absolutely horrible experience. I went to buy a new exterior door for our home. They were sending a contractor out to measure everything. He never showed up and gave a flat Tire excuse and that he would be late by 2 hours. 4 hours later he wouldnt answer the phone. Finally responded by text that he could be at our house at almost 9pm. I would never use this store for anything like this again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Had a GREAT friendly experience the associates were very helpful and patient with me had a project I was working on and they help me lay it out and visually help me lay it out and determined how much material I needed and loaded everything for me.

Best grown folks bar to go and hang out at if your not into a large club crowd. Also Ashley is the best boss/bartender you will ever meet.

Everything when and where you want it at a price you can afford. They do it better.

Clearly outlined square footage needed for vinyl plank flooring and John recommended a top seller and offered an estimate. As I was not prepared to purchase same day, I indicated was interested a basic quote. He calculated pallet pricing and wrote the totals on his business card. One week or so later I returned and was told that there was no program or discounts that would be within $400-600 of his informal quote. Even store manager offered no solutions. Their competitor will get the order. Smyrna, TN Home Depot flooring department.

Went in empty handed and came out with a new outdoor/exterior water faucet to attach our water hose. Over the years the cheap builder quality faucets lose their ability to turn off without dripping a drip, drip, drip. Since companies buy, sell, and trade each others customer lists, they inadvertently put themselves at risk from being commoditized and taken over by a bigger company. When this happens, the bigger company often shelves the product of the company they took over. This activity, in turn, makes it hard for customers to find an exact replacement and especially hard to find repair parts to fit their original equipment. I find this product cycle to be offensive beyond measure, because we all need to repair and conserve as much as possible, when possible. Hardware stores go a long way in helping us save aging products and give us an opportunity to save valuable resources. Thank you Home Depot for helping me do my best to accomplish my goal of the day!

I walked into Home Depot looking for a small screw. I ask one lady, she just pointed to where I already knew. So I told her I needed assistance. She points me in another direction. When I finally found help it was ready to check out the lady at the automatic checkout lines watched me with the handful of change decided to not say nothing and watch me try to figure out where do I put the change. Instead of opening her mouth she felt she needed to make me look like a fool. So I asked her are you just going to watch me. With a smart mouth she said have a good day! I will be shopping at Lowe’s from now on

You need to keep better people in the front door like Leadia wow she offered me cart and she went and got me a cart in a second. But the lady with the big stylis white glass on was just like I have to pay to ask her. More I walk to her more she goes away and I was with the wood of window to not make a mistakes. I show her the product from my phone she slide it there was aisle no. 43. And she tell me to go. Soo if customers can figure out just by aisles number why are you all working there. We can see we are not blind. The main reason I asked her was because I needed to cut it and take the exact size so I won’t have to come back again and again. But why would they care about that. Beautifools standing in a door just to show attitude.

10 minutes after I left Home Depot I realized that my cell phone was missing! I quickly turned around and made a bee line to the store and rushed to the front desk. They told me to check the cashier station. When the lady at the booth saw me, and she could see my worried look, and kindly smiled stating I think youre missing something? and then took me aside and pointed to my phone which was put carefully aside far from the check out. YEP ... There it was!!! Many thanks to the kindness and encouragement to Home Depot and their kind staff! Too Score!!! Kudos.

Home Depot in Smyrna was awesome. I had just spent over 30 minutes at Lowes not getting helped in Hardware or Lumber for a project I was doing. I got immediate and friendly help from Hardware and Lumber at Home Depot and had a 4x8 cut into several pieces. I made it out the door in less than 15 minutes with everything I needed.

Friendly cashier. Was cheaper than Lowes.

Too many block dials but the paint guy was very nice.

Fairly decant experience, although we did run across a worker I guess was busy and a bit frustrated we asked about a couple things... Made me feel uncomfortable and honestly just ready to leave.

We purchased a microwave and it had a problem. The manufacturer sent us a voucher to help pay for a new one, but the voucher made it difficult for us and the store. Regardless, Steven, the manager on duty, really went through a lot of trouble to help us get a replacement and he really turned a mess into an opportunity to make sure we were taken care of the best that he could. Thank you Steven for taking care of us, and thank you Home Depot for caring about your customers.

I was in Home Depot looking for something I asked two people or something was one sent me to one side of the store the other one sent me to the other side of the store. I asked the third person he told me I have to go find somebody else he works with the washing machines. I ask theme is there anybody here that could help a customer or do I have to go to Lowes? He told me to go to Lowes. So I went to the front of store call the manager and told him what happened and who it was. Then I left my cart full of stuff and told him Im going to Lowes to have a good day. I went to Lowes and spent $183.18. And by the way every time I asked a question here the person that I asked took me right to what I was looking for every time.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. All products were in stock and decently priced.

Its alright, I wish discontinued products would be removed, so people will not have to waste time trying to order, then after 20 to 30 minutes find out its unavailable.

I was very disappointed about how unprofessional the man, Sean, was. I called to ask about an oven and he was very rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. He couldn’t of just helped me due to my oven that stopped working this morning! Never will I ever go to Home Depot again! If you want professional customer service go to your local Lowe’s! They helped me within minutes of arriving!!

Hard to get any help..

Had a curb side pick up less than two weeks ago was very pleased with everything about the executions of that order. Next pick up went well. But the last order of a customer pick up was very frustrating. Website good as was the response of receiving the order. Everything from then on I would give F grade. The young lady at the desk helped me in correcting the errors. Will I go back most likely but not if my last experience were to happen again.

Richard who works at customer service needs to be retrained on customer service. Home Depot was making a good leap forward, lets not go back to the old ways. If you cant help someone, at least let them now you will be with them shortly. Acknowledge them and let them now you see them. I stood waiting at least 10 min, before he even said anything. This happened today, at around 6:08 pm.This is today. I guess they stopped cleaning the restrooms.
