Their products are fine, but lately service and shipping seems to be a problem. Back orders too, though they dont hesitate to bill you for the item right away... primarily for Etch, is the issue. Recently we had a “signature required “ shipment... would have been nice to know about that ahead of time... spent a whole morning trying to track it down...looking at other supply options now...

My brother and I used Napco successfully for 1 whole year with no issues. Going on our second year, we had started having shipping issues where the package never made it to the designated address (which had been the same address since the start until we decided to change it) or even ended up receiving phone calls from neighbors saying they had received the package.That happened about 3 times causing us to lose thousands in work. Not to mention paying for overnight shipping (for $100 worth of product I paid about $300+) and not receiving that.No one ever called us to give updates about the packages, until I finally left a message to someone in their online videos about how I was losing money and I really needed them to help me with this shipping issue.Once I left that message they started calling more often, but still couldn’t figure out the shipping issue. So they decided it would be more convenient to drop me as a customer and force me to look elsewhere for resurfacing products. Now I have Napco inventory I cannot use, being that I am not allowed to order the chemicals necessary that are only available through Napco.

The customer service is very bad they dont respond to their clients online or by phone. The online service is a joke. When ever I tried to call and talk to someone about my order I get transferred or hung up on. The buy more save more and the gem program, doesnt work unless you have an account. Theres only two people at the company that can help you. If you want to buy paint from them, use the website without an account.( You will not get any deals or rewards this way) According to the office Jackie and Danny are the only ones that can help you with your account. Unfortunately they are never in the office or busy. Ive also left them voicemails as well, but still nothing. I rarely leave reviews but the way things are being run is really unprofessional.

These guys are the best at what they do. Great products and customer service. Highly recommend them. Great people to do business with.

We’ve been using heavy chemicals for refinishing & painting 20yrs+ years. We’ve tried products from across the world for finishing different difficult residential, commercial & industrial surfaces. NapCo has one of the most consistent product lines that we have come across. They have a knowledgeable friendly staff that helps us navigate their extensive product lines.Issues with their products have been few and far between. When there have been issues NapCo has gone above and beyond in a short order. They even made a trip out to a job sight to help me figure out how to solve a huge problem! What company in this day and age does that? We could not ask for a better company in our corner for when things go wrong to help make sure that things turn out right!As a refinishing company we give our full trust in the process and products that NapCo produces. Between their consistent products, customer service & knowledge Friendly staff NapCo is second to none. Keep up the great work!

First of all I wanna Thank NAPCO and the whole team Larry was really helpful with the over all class. And also the most importantly my couch and teacher Simon one of the greatest guys very knowledgeable with the products and the skills that nobody els can teach. NAPCO is simply a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable about all things bath tub refinishing. Fantastic refinishing training program as well as professional products.

Where to start. I left cornerstone refinishing almost 4 years ago. I called and started acct with napco and they sold to me. Bout 3 weeks later after I had spent atleast a grand with them they quit selling to me. Jay wilkenson of cornerstone refinishing called and threaten to leave them if they kept selling to me. Well they quit. So if your using napco and one of your ex employees start there own business all you have to do is call them and threaten to stop using them. So here I am 4 years later still in business using hawk products now they are the best products i have found. They truly out last napco products.So as all can see napco admits there was a situtation. So after I had ordered all those materials then they quit selling to me and have not yet heard any apologize. All they can say is my case was a exception. I will not waver from showing people how yall really care. Please explain how my situation was a exception in 2016.
