He was so friendly and went out of his way to make sure that my deliveries were made without any problems. The delivery drivers were professional and fast. Unclaimed Freight Furniture Clearance Center have gained a future returning customer. The entire experience was very pleasant, I highly recommend this location for any furniture needs.

We have purchased several items in the past year! We worked with Nick who was just fabulous! He guided us to get just what we needed. We got a mattress, sectional and a dresser. All have been great quality and fit our budget. Planning to go back for another mattress and new bedroom furniture next! We will definitely be looking to work with Nick again!

I moved to Sioux Falls about 20 years ago and have purchased several items from unclaimed furniture and have been satisfied with all of my purchases until now! Three years ago this month I purchased a recliner along with a insurance policy, Incase something happened to the fake leather on the chair.In October or November I noticed the headrest was pealing, so I called unclaimed and was told to contact the insurance so I did and found out it was only covered if it was a puncher. So I contacted Unclaimed Freight again and had a repairman come out to look at it in December. He said they would order a new headrest and he would let me know how much it would be. After a month and a half I called back again and found out that nothing had been done! The girl said she would order it! After a couple weeks I called back again, this time I was told the material had been discontinued, but they might still have some on hand at the manufacture. So I waited another couple of weeks, now I’m told they, the manufacturer or Unclaimed Freight would not be able to do anything being the chair was 3 years old! I would think that a chair should hold up longer than 3 years!I have made my last PURCHASE at UNCLAIMED FREIGHT FURNITURE!

Justin is a great salesperson! Very personable and he had lots of suggestions when we weren’t sure on certain items. It’s very stressful building a house, but Justin made this part of the process a piece of cake! Thanks Justin!

Have been waiting over 4 months for furniture to come in. Each time we are told it will be just two more weeks and we are at the top of the list. Last call, we were assured it would be delivered by mid February and we were first on the list. After reaching out again today, we are told it will now be two more weeks and are fourth on the list. Very disappointed in the service received.

Worked with Nick when I needed a new mattress and he helped find the perfect one. He was very easy to work with and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall very easy process and found a great mattress!

Bought a sectional on April 2018, also they offered the insurance which I also bought, the sectional ( fabric is tearing apart ) called them and gave me the number to call, I called them sent pictures and I was told that insurance did not cover stain, which there are any stains, the fabric is damaged, it is like is shredding!!Will never do business with them again, I feel I been robbed!Thank youJorge Escobar.

We purchased an Ashley couch, loveseat and recliner. We also purchased the maintenance agreement that our salesman recommended we purchase. Our recliner sags horribly, they refuse to come out and repair it, the maintenance company will not fix it either and Ashley Furniture won’t stand behind it either. We wrote a letter and have been completely ignored. Be wary of this business, their customer service after the sale is awful!

My first experience at Unclaimed Freight Clearance Center was a pleasant one. It was due primarily to sales employee Joseph Hoerner. He was friendly and extremely helpful from the moment I walked in the store; answered all my questions and never pressured me into buying anything. He helped me locate and decide on a complete bedroom set plus mattress & box spring. He was thoroughly professional throughout the sales process and made sure all items were available in the warehouse and was meticulous in completing the invoice to insure accuracy and completeness. I will mostly surely be back to shop here again, thanks to the comfortable shopping experience provided me by Joseph.

They were VERY helpful... they did whatever they could & got me the financing that I needed & thanks to them, Im able to get beds that we need & Id recommend them to anyone whos looking for help or even just furniture... Ill for sure use them in the future when I need things for my place... keep up the good work guys... :-)

Nice selection of items and good prices. The staff I feel arent being properly trained. They couldnt answer many of my questions so I went elsewhere.

Horrible customer service - poor follow-through from sales to customer care. I am not going to go into details but I will say I will never buy any furniture here again.

Not much of a great selection

Recently purchased some furniture there and was very please. Store was really clean and organized. Mike, one of the managers assisted us is finding the right furniture for our new finished basement. Him and another employee assisted in loading into our vehicle as well. I am giving them 5 stars because it was a professional atmosphere and we left very happy with our purchases. We will be returning to this particular store for future needs.

Will is an amazing sales person. He helped us from the get go and was able to be honest about which purchases would be better in the long run. His honest reviews helped us find our amazing couch and we will be back!

The person that helped me, Donovan, was very polite and informative and while I finally decided to get the frame from a different store, I bought the mattress for an acceptable price. Michael Hellbusch at the Clearance center was so amazing! the reason why i went back there was #1 the prices also Mike remembered me from over a month ago and remembered exactly what i was looking for! He gets HIGH KUDOS in my book! he wasnt pushy he treated us like family not a customer... he wanted to give us the best value and look for our budget, even steered us away from certain fabrics due to having children! Hes definitely not there for a paycheck hes there to HELP!
