They are great! Sam and Glenda treated me like family, they did the repairs on my E320 and explained everything nicely. The price was fair for the work and expertise is phenomenal, I highly recommend them.

Hes lucky to have gotten one star. I brought my 2001 mini Cooper into Sam Glenda was the first woman I talked to and just so happened to be Sams daughter. My car was kept for almost a month. My engine head was siliconed back on parts were spray painted. I was charged 1,900 after I told them I couldnt pay past 1,589 which was the original agreement and to which nothing was done but I was told it was. He changed the contract twice and took back my receipt saying he would redo the receipt but never handed it to me. I was told that both fuel injectors were replaced. all four cylinder coils were replaced. both oxygen sensors were replaced. After calling him 3 times in a 3 day span I was told to come get the car he refunded me 981.89 and said he didnt do anything to help my car and to go to someone else. Well I now have to get an entire new engine and Im lucky it didnt blow up during transportation to the new mechanic do not take your car here!

My husband and I always take our cars to Sam which have two Mercedes (G-Class and E350 convertible) always willing to help and we never feel that we are over charged also like dealing with his daughter and wife satisfied customer. We now have purchased a new Audi A6 and will take our car to Sam as well when services need it.

The owner (I forgot his name) is older gentleman who has vast knowledge on the German cars. He is in racing team of german cars and he built a few cars for himself to race out of BMW and Mercedes.For me it was simple 20k check up but he taught me many things while I was there and I even got a ride to my work while the car was being done. I will continue to use this shop for sure.

I had my car towed here because the water pump died on me and Sam was nice enough to use the parts I had already purchased to do the job. Everything seemed fine when I left my car there. Really nice people and he has some cool cars laying around. They told me it would be done the next day and they would call me when it was done which was great because I needed my car back asap. Next day passed and no call from them at all so I decided to call near the end of the day and he told me that he hadnt started yet and he would get to it tomorrow. So I had to uber to and from work that day. When I got to the shop after work he told me the job was done and that it would cost $650 which was dealership prices and I know I had been quoted lower prices elsewhere ($250 and $300 at other shops). He told me that he quoted me the price but I know for a fact he never did because I would have taken my car somewhere else. The list of minor annoyances goes on and on, but I think the icing on the cake was that he managed to pop off one of my vacuum lines for the waste gates on my turbo near the water pump during the job which I had to go under my car and reattach and he denied ever touching anything there.All in all these are nice people and he did do the water pump correctly aside from the vacuum line, but I will not be taking my car to this shop ever again. This guy is really old timey and doesnt seem to know a lot about more modern BMWs and Im not a fan of being treated like I dont know anything about cars when Im a mechanic myself.

Sam is the only reason I’m considering anotherGerman Car. I know I can trust him and won’t be ripped off .

Sam is an amazing mechanic and seems to really know his stuff. Ive been taking my 2010 VW Jetta to him for about a year now. The thing I appreciate about sam is his honesty and workmanship in taking care of my car. If your looking for a great and honest place to take your import take your vehicle to him.
