Its a good body shop. Minor details are the reason I am rating it as ok vs I like it. Details such as my car being dirty when I picked it up. Not receiving a call to update me on a part that was on back order.

Was out of state and had my car fixed here while I was gone and when I returned the car looked like it was factory fixed, they did a amazing job and will definitely be coming back If I need any work done 10/10

Friendly, thorough, great work. Fixed my car after an accident. Painless and quick. Looked brand new. Had a minor problem with a sensor and it was fixed expediently while I waited. I would DEFINITELY recommend City Auto.

Five stars for sure! After getting into an accident during the last major rain storm, I decided to take my car to City Auto Body. From the very beginning, they were very attentive, explained the procedure relating to my repair and addressed my concerns. They completed the repair within the time frame promised, the workmanship was excellent, the person handling my car repair walked to my car with me and explained in detail all that was done, and I am quite satisfied. The complimentary bottle of water waiting inside my car was the perfect added extra. Thank you City Auto for a great experience.

My 10 yr. old Ford Edge was hit and the front end damaged. My car has always been garaged and kept clean. City Auto Body repaired the damage so well that there is no evidence of new or different parts. They even polished and waxed the car.About a month later I tried the windshield washer and it just dribbled. I figured it was plugged or the pump was bad. I took off the hood insulator so I could see the hoses to the nozzles and I discovered the fitting on one was broken. I called City Auto Body and asked if this could be due to the collision a month earlier. They said Bring it in and we will fix it It took them about 10 minuted to replace the nozzle and the washers work great. Amazing service!

They do excellent repairs and have restored my SUV to near new condition after two different major accidents. They are approved for dealer maintenance services, too. I am always pleased with their professionalism and the quality of the work! I have changed auto insurance companies because of instructions the insurance companies gave both City Auto Body and DCH Toyota about where to obtain rebuilt and used auto parts. Ive been happy with my decision to remain with City Auto Body!

DISHONEST COMPANY: I had a small repair to make on a Honda Accord, near the back tire, that I had scraped on curb. The estimate given to me was for $540, including parts, paint, and labor. Because my insurance has accident forgiveness for repairs under $1,000, I decided to go through insurance. The bill that City Autobody sent into my insurance company, however, was for $980. Add on a hundred dollars in rental car costs, and that put total damages over $1,000 with insurance. City Autobody upped their costs by 70% to milk my insurance for more money, screwing my insurance premiums for the next three years. We were loyal customers for 13 years, but Ill never go back, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

Go rate body shop. They did a fantastic job on my car they really do warranty their work.
