BRING CASH!!!I love this place because they always have something good. But they get 2 stars because they have horrible managers and employees. They would rather have a line all the way through the store than open more than 1 register. And if they do open a second one, they call people from the line instead of forming 2 lines. But that is only part of the reason they get 2 stars. Something is always broken. Tonight I was told cash only because the credit/debit card machine has been down for 2 days. It wasnt until I had found all of my things that they decided to announce this to everyone in the store over the loud speaker. As I tried to question an employee as to why it was cash only, she just continued to walk away and told me to speak to a manager. 2 days with no machines to be able to use your debit or credit cards??? You would think someone would have contacted corporate and insisted on a hard reset. How hard is it to make a phone call? How much business are you losing? And more importantly, why is there no signage stating this so as not to waste my time running around the store looking for what I needed only to walk out empty handed because I dont carry cash?

This dollar tree always have what I need. I dont mind driving a little further to get it. This store is always clean and their craft section is always well stocked.

I forgot why I try not to come to this dollar but the rude cashier(named:JESS) REMINDED me why I should never return.I said hello and her reply was HI with a bad look. Again I asked her how was her day..again....I super bad look with a FINE!Never again. I cant believe I spent 50 bucks here. Learn my leason

Called for two hours and phone gave busy signal. They purposely left the phone off the hook. Need district manager needs to train and review customer service with employees for shopping experience.

This place has good products and the shelves are always stocked. The only thing is that people are always stealing and the store associates jus let them walk right out the door. I hope this store gets a security guard soon...

I havent been inside a dollar store in many years. The last time I was not impressed due to the no brand products of poor quality. I recently watched the YouTube video that compared a brand product through a comparable product bought at a dollar store, and the dollar store product actually beat out in the name brand product. So, with that, I decided to try again and am really surprised at how the Dollar tree stores have stepped up their product line. I was expecting to see a lot more no name or generic brands, but found many brand products that cost three or four times as much in your typical restore.

Great store, very clean. Lines were not too bed. Staff was very friendly.

It was ok, lots of christmas wraping paper, boxes & nick nacks, it was a bit busy but tolerable.

This is one of the better stores in the chain. Larger with a good selection.

Sorry I didnt go to dollar tree today.

I like this store. Good parking, nice employees and the lines dont take forever like at the 99 Cents Only store that is located about a mile up the street.

You can never go wrong with Dollar Tree! The place is clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. They have a great selection, I went in looking for one thing and came out with 10! Very happy customer!

It was extremely over crowded in the store with only one cashier working. A quick 10-minute trip turned into 45 minutes due to the wait. Smh

This DT has a lot of goods such as Hardware, Medicine, Kitchen, and Personal products for the supply and demand for Signal Hill economy. No long lines.

I love the dollar tree it is the perfect place to get gifts for the holiday.I tell all my friends and relatives about how great the dollar tree store is and how nice the people who work there are.Happy customer)

It was awesome. Like the new snack zone. And that they offer a map of the store so you can find what you are looking for easily.

I was here during the lunch hour a couple of days ago and they did a fine job of keeping the line moving.There were some of boxes in the aisles but it couldve been worse.These cashiers was very friendly and had a good attitude.

Dollar Tree always have a great selection of name brand items for a dollar. Everything for a household, including food. You cant go wrong shopping here, especially for seasonal items.

Great place to shop. I exchanged some items with a receipt without any problems at all. I even bought more items. In and out in no time at all.

Great place to go to pick-up some knick-knacks Everything is $1 which has a effect on me that its okay to get extra stuff for this & that!! 😑 I ALWAYS get great things but Spend way more than I plan! You gotta have self control.🙂 They ciuld of opened another cashier since lines were too long, but cashier was still pleasent.

Would have given a 5 star but staff tends to be rude here. This is one of the biggest Dollar Generals in the area. Great selection to choose from. Everything is .99 cents. It is located in the Hone Depot shopping center just off of Atlantic Ave.

As always, very long lines love the prices tho! Lol

They have some things you just cant buy in regular stores. Plus, other things which are a good discount over other stores. But dont be fooled, they do make money, because other things there are more expensive than traditional stores. Its just business.

This dollar tree is a good place to grab something quick their always in stock. However, always have one or maybe two cashier open. sometimes the lines are a wait but they do get their jobs done.

I was in there last night. Paid for my purchase with a ten dollar bill. They took my money told me it was fake. Refused to let me take the money to the bank. My friend saw it all. Now Im involving an attorney. Im gonna make sure this happens to no one again. I felt humiliated. I will be changing where I shop due to my anxiety and ptsd that I cant trust this store fearing everyone I go I here they will take my money saying its fake. They will keep robbing me.i am on a fixed income cause of my health issues. I cant afford to keep getting my money stolen and I feel they did this. I am also going to the police cause I talked to them. The manager is rude. The store is dirty. Restrooms have to all over toilet. Bathroom is trash. Floors look dirty. Cashiers are rude. I am taking my shopping somewhere else. The manager always has an attitude. The b b b needs to see for themselves.

This is a larger location which means much more variety in selection and yes all for a dollar!!! The staff is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about their products.

Remarkably, everything is a dollar. A lot of variety, good value, cheerful service even amid the madness of Christmas Eve.

They dont have many employees working so your wait time in line is long. Also you cant find anyone who can help you. Employees at checkout are not friendly, they just try to get you through and out the store. This place needs more checkers as do all the Dollar Trees.

Poor customer service by a gal name Sarah.. walked in the door at 9:27pm and was told store closing in 10 minutes. When it clearly states 10:00pm on the door... When I asked why? When the door says at 10:00pm she responded in the rudest way possible system down so Im closing. But the registered seam to be working perfectly well!!. Someome was in a rush to get out of work. Bet her boss wouldnt like to hear he/she lost a customer and on money just because of some irresponsible employee...

As Dollar Tree stores go this one is always really busy and the merchandise is not as orderly as other stores, probably for that reason. Its not as easy to find products either. Tonight I didnt want to stand in the line for a $2 purchase so I put the items back.
