I previously bought a car here with salesman Scott he was the most outgoing, nice, knowledgeable, patient guy that helped me out a lot to get my first car. I visit one year later to help my brother purchase a vehicle because I had a great experience. I randomly get salesman Austin to help us and he doesn’t greet himself respectfully and doesn’t know anything about the vehicles we were looking into (shouldn’t you know about the vehicles you’re selling on the lots?!) he was not experienced, outgoing, knowledgeable, nor nice enough to offer us any water…nothing! He told us we have to put 10k down for a 30k priced Lexus, which was not in nice condition, he also said if we can’t afford it (which we 100% could afford) we should consider something else. A buyer shouldn’t have to put 10k down for something that costs 30k and if a buyer has great credit which in my case I have. He just wanted our money and thought we didn’t know anything about business but we sure do. So he told us “let me grab my manager and have him come out to thank you” why is your manager going to thank us if we weren’t able to purchase a car from you guys!? That’s disrespectful to me and my brother so we both walked out! We wanted to give them a second chance so we turned back around to look at a cheaper priced car, again we get Austin and he showed us this certain car and again, he was not attentive nor outgoing. Nobody in the business seems nice and they all seem like they don’t want to be there. The thing is, Austin could’ve been more flexible with us and he wasn’t. The next day we go to a BMW dealer in Newport Beach and get a WAY better salesperson with kindness, knowledge, and he understood our current situation AND he’s still going out of his way to keep in touch with us he believes in building relationships not just to sell a car and get paid. We ended up getting a beautiful Lexus from them and I’m glad this dealership in Newport Beach were better. Echo Park just lost a customer and future business plans!

After weeks and weeks of searching for a place to find a used car, my wife and I found EchoPark Automotive, and we are glad they did. Ive been reflecting on our experience for about a month now. Heres why wed buy a car from them again. #1 Our Customer service representative was great. His name is Zion. We put that guy through the ringer! We had questions about everything and changed our minds so many times about what kind of car we wanted etc. ZION was nothing short of a saint. He was patient, courteous, and he answered all of our questions. If you wind up at EchoPark, I suggest that you ask for him by name. #2 The prices were much better than anything else we found in Southern California. #3 The free coffee machine. We made multiple trips to EchoPark Automotive from about an hour away, and we used their machine liberally. I highly suggest the Americano. #4 (this should probably be #3, but I really love coffee) is Zions attention to detail. After we purchased our Nissan Rogue, he noticed a few things while he was getting the car ready for us to drive off the lot. It would have been easy to say, The car is theirs now...good luck to them, but he didnt. He brought a few issues to our attention and made sure that the car was in tip-top shape before we drove it away, even though it prolonged the process for them. I appreciate his integrity.I highly recommend EchoPark Automotive and please think of me while you are drinking their free coffee.

Before anything, I would definitely recommend having Jaime help you with finding your perfect car. I went in without really much in mind with the kind of car I wanted, but I did know the features I was looking for. He had a lot of patience with my indecisiveness between 2 cars that he showed me. Since he was very familiar with the cars he was able to give me an honest opinion, and even though he could have, he didnt try to convince me towards the most expensive car of the 2. Now after a month of having my car, I love it and I am glad he helped me pick out my Kia Optima. My parents were there too and because my mom was blown away by his service, they ended up trading in their car there and getting a new one with features they were looking for. We know we will definitely be recommending this place and Jaime, because it has much better customer service than most car dealers.

Went to a couple different dealerships in the area and echo park automotive by far was the best place I visited. Kellan the GM and Trevor helped me out and they where very friendly and patient with all the questions I had. She was very detailed and attentive and she answered all our questions and was very transparent, which I really appreciated and respected because not a lot of car dealerships do that. There was no haggling with the price at all.We were there from about 3pm to 5pm which is awesome because some dealerships will have you in the place for 5 or more hours and you still walk out with nothing. We were just so happy with the level of service Monica gave us. I will be back to get a car from them later in the year and I definitely want Monica to help me. I have referred my best friend and her husband to come here for their next car. :)

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM. Check out their rating on the better business bureau before doing any type of business with them. They claim a 4.6 rating on their website, that is false. They claim the financing company is their own, that is false it is a partnership. They claim the Mercedes Benz on their lot are certified preowned online, that is false. Per Alfredo one of the rude sales coach at Long Beach location, they are not Mercedes Benz so the mbz they sell are not certified Preowned, bypass the false advertisement online. They sell all brands of vehicles but have no real information on the vehicles they sell other than the carfax. I purchased a 2018 Mercedes Benz C300 which claimed to pass their 190 point inspection, yet here I am not even three months from the date of purchase facing three different problems with the vehicle. Conveniently it has passed their 30day warranty, Have had to bring the vehicle back in for maintenance twice already in less than 3 months. Worst experience ever. Whatever car you are looking to purchase just go directly to the manufacturer. The vehicles are dirt cheap because they are just that dirt.

I had my own financing and they did not try to heckle me into using their financing. Never go there. I confirmed that the car is available and got there (2h drive). Then I waited another half an hour to see a salesman. Then I waited another 20 minutes listening company marketing story - we have best prices etc... Then salesman went to grab the car and came back with the phrase sorry, the car is sold, but we have similar one, that cost $5000 more. Smart move, bad management or a price trick?Next day I checked their website and the car I was looking for (which is sold) is still available...

He guided me through looking with such patience and seemed to truly care got what I was looking for.Pricing of the vehicles.. this was huge to me after hearing a bunch of crazy sales tactics, rock bottom, below invoice prices from other dealers it was refreshing having a car dealer give you a straight-forward, great deal right out the gate.The inventory echo park had was ideal, no more than 4 years old, under 50k miles and all well taken care of visually. I had more cars I was interested in at echo park than all the other lots combined.financing and money part of the sale was pretty straight forward.. they offered affordable protection plans, well under the price of the other dealers I went to. They were able to get me a better rate than my bank (2.35%). They do not take outside financing, which I was hesitant about, but it worked out in the end to be better for me.overall great experience, worth the long drive, and I wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from them in the future.

This place is awesome! Has a lot of cars to choose from. Staff was super friendly but Angel is the best. He was very helpful and answered every question we had and was really kind. Angel helped my brother get his first car. Great deal on a very nice car!

DONT buy a vehicle here. I bought a 2017 car with 36k miles on it. I paid an extra $3k for some package and with my trade in ended up being a $20k deal. Since I’ve had the car for a little under 2 months I’ve had to have the strut replaced, which is still not fully fixed and still makes noise, battery replaced, keys fixed, and now the tires make an awful sound, and the brakes make the entire car shake. It’s problem after problem with this car and I’m finally tired of dealing with it, decided to call the manager and all I could get out of him summed up was “sorry, we’re paying for it, can’t do anything else”. Like essentially I’m paying for it with that $3k package and you’re just paying for the stuff you should have fixed in the first place before even selling the vehicle. I would give this place more stars for Lori the customer service rep, she was so sweet and did her best to help me out. The manager saying “he understands” that I’m upset about a problem doesn’t help the fact I’m paying $330 a month for a trash car. I asked if I could exchange it since I just want a reliable car, and he said since it’s registered and I have my loan they can’t do that. You’d think a company would want to make up for something they messed up on, because clearly no one checked this car before selling it. So save your money, go to a real dealership because all you’ll get here is problems. I’m definitely gonna look into seeing if this car qualified for a lemon law. Thanks for the help John :)

Without a doubt the worst attempt at buying a car i have ever had. From the minute i walked in i was not even greeted. Was told to come down to look at a vehicle i was interested in, only to arrive and be told it was out as a loaner to someone else. Was told it was on hold for me and i would be contacted when it came back. Two days later nothing and i had to follow up. Finally the car was supposedly back and i never heard another word from them. Dealt with Jaime and John and also spoke to Andrew on the phone whom sounded competent but never heard back from him either.
