Great staff members working here, they have never tried to up-sell me. If youre looking for tech though, call first to make sure they have it in-store or not. This place is short on a lot of Apple/Printer/Computer tech due to the current shipping delays.

This is an interesting Best Buy. Sometimes you catch it on a good day, but most of the time...Its hard sometimes to actually get any assistance if you have questions about anything, and even then youre incredibly lucky to catch anyone whos been told anything about the products in their area. And thats assuming you can pull someone away from the social clusters they gather in in the less busy parts of the store. At least a quarter of what they intend to sell is out of stock - even before covid started. A huge portion of their product displays dont work, havent worked in ages, and will apparently never be fixed.

I don’t know how the store is inside or how any other employee is because I’ve been to this location a total of once and I did drive up, but this review is for one specific employee because it didn’t give me a link for the customer survey and I want management to know how great she is. Christine helped me out when I really needed to get my order that day and no one else probably could’ve helped me. She was so nice, and I think I saw out of the corner of my eye that was even dancing along to my music for a second, she seemed like she really liked her job. She was extremely quick to get my order out, resolve my issue, and have me on my way. She deserves a raise, employee of the month, or at least some kind of acknowledgement for the great job she’s doing there. I hope she’s having a great day wherever she is she deserves it

I received excellent customer service from an associate name Alexandria. I drove very far for a couple of games that showed in stock at the location. However, when I got there, they were not on the shelves. Alexandria took the time to dig through large crates of games to find my items. Amazing customer service. Id go out of my way to do my shopping at this location.

Went into Best Buy to return and item, not Best Buy’s fault at all just try e developer. However, I needed help getting the item with a different developer and Jose in the pc game area helped me a lot! He went over the specs with different PCs in budget and the girl there which I didn’t get her name recommend him. I just want to say thank you so much to the both of you and keep doing this to your clients. I appreciate everything you guys did for me tonight. Who ever their manager is, these are great employees.

This place has poor customer service at the Geek Squad service area. Bought extended insurance for Apple product and their response is contact Apple when Best Buy is the one who sold the coverage. What a waste of time and money. There is a reason why this business is going out of business

Drove over an hour and Just bought an open box TV in excellent condition. Didn’t come with a remote, tv stand or any accessories. So things changed quite a bit like shopping at Best Buy. I mean theyre the leader still in electronics - price, product and selection. I got an internal HDD for my desktop Win 10.I wasnt planning on buying a hard drive but this one has 4T storage so its an easy upgrade in performance basically pop out the old one and insert the new one like changing a car battery. Just pay attention Ito rge connectors- take a picture or something.Oh yeah, it was $65 good deal.Going back to how things changed; on the up side, I go in and its nice and calm- nobody in my way, no big lines, easy in and quickly out. Why? Because theres no people! Bro! The market is obviously online purchasing, ship to home or store pick up. If you know what you want, it works.But on the down side; I really miss that shopping experience of just going in and browsing, checking out stuff and realizing just how far out of touch and so behind out if date that I am with all these devices, gadgets and gizmos. I think everything I bought before was in the moment of seeing something and thinking that would make a great centerpiece at my place. But now when you walk, youre asked to state your reason for visiting so it would ghetto-ish to say youre just checking things out. So you gotta have a reason to go. Nope, not like Walmart where you go to buy toilet paper and come out with a shopping cart full of stuff. But.I.do miss that shopping like seeing 50 TV playing at once in one area and music blasting on speakers in another area.But you, we gotta move and adapt the times. Buying online is safe, convenient and slot cheaper in price. Pick it up at the store or have it delivered home- just watch those porch.pirates.

The experience was not perfect, but a bit above average.(probably a management problem)The only issue was: I HAD TO purchase the product, before I could even look at the wiring configuration!This was because the demo product was secured ridiculously tight to display shelf.The staff was very professional & friendly; starting from the front door, all the way to the back of the store... and to a customer- THAT goes a long way.* I would recommend* I would returnNOTE TO MANAGER: Make your displays more customer friendly, and sales will probably increase.

Service is good. One sad thing with Best Buy is that its very hard trust the website about whats in store. We passed 3 different stores, that were supposed to have a product in stock regarding the website, but nope. It makes it very frustrating to shop at Best Buy. Why four stars? Staff. I liked the customer service, they were very helpful, and actually sold me a cheaper Galaxy that did what I need, instead of a phone that does way more than I want or need. But they did ask me for my email and started sending me way too many solicitations. And they obviously sold my email to a 3rd party who is also sending fake emails that look just like the real thing. This fake Best Buy offered an iPhone 12 if I answered a few questions and paid $1.00 for a processing fee. It was all a lie and I never received the iPhone I allegedly won. Instead these people stole $44.00 out of my account ( YMBILL.COM). None of this would have happened had Best Buy not sold my email to a 3rd party. This is all Best Buys fault, but they are not going to make it right. So Buy their products but dont give them any personal information.

One of the biggest Best Buy Stores in Long Beach Area, it will not disappoint you with its standard inventory of gadgets and electronics. However, dont get your hopes high on getting newly launched products right after their launch dates.

The service here is disappointing. I walked around looking for help for quite some time before being told that they were short-staffed in every department. In my time spent looking around I found the car audio section to be a disaster; missing tags, empty shelves, & broken displays. Prior to viewing I was interested in upgrading the amp for one of my cars. However, I was really interested in getting surround sound for a 65’ TV that I purchased not long ago. When someone finally did help me they said that I could get a sound bar now and order a subwoofer that would take 2 weeks to receive. He wrote something on a piece of paper and put the sound bar in my hands. Then said to take it to the register and basically figure it out. Told me I don’t have to get it if I didn’t want to but he’s too busy and I’m on my own. Going forward I won’t be returning to this location ever again even though it is closer to me. The drive to Lakewood has proven to be a much better experience time and time again, and I would recommend the same for others.

Poor electronic inventory. The shelves were displaying nearly every printer that was unavailable. Id suggest saving yourself the trip and just order your purchase online. Thats what the employees recommend after the we dont have it in stock. You can order it online. Comments. I left buying a USB flash drive and candy bar.

Once again, online and it says an item is in stock, drive all the way to the store and its either not in stock or they only have a more expensive version. Corporations pull this stunt all the time trying to pry more money from our wallets. Its honestly not hard to have inventory in real time in 2021 but that flies in the face of their greed. The supervisor was very nice hearing me out.

The ONLY reason why I gave them a 3 star is because their inventory of product was scarce. Excellent customer service and friendly staff, its just they dont really have product. Hardly any movies or games and zero music. Its too bad because I used to love BestBuy but now it just reminds me of a warehouse for washer and dryers, refrigerators and vacuums. They have other items but its very little. But if you need to anything like a wifi router, Jackie is your girl. The whole reason that I went there was to find out information about a hotspot originally because my zoom meetings for class have been super laggy and she suggested the Eero 6. She was knowledgeable, professionally and she understood what space was. She explained everything in detail and then let us be to make a decision. She didnt just stand there staring at us or trying to upsell other stuff. I loved that and I definitely appreciated it. I didnt feel any pressure to purchase anything, even though I did.

I bought a laptop online and when I got the message that my order had arrived, I never received anything. I have been making the respective statements and your answers are very vague and without any proof that you have received my application well. They are practically not responsible for doing their job well, they do not even have criteria to leave an order that is of high economic value. Actually, it is not a good time to order online as they have a very limited stock. However, the customer service in this place is very good. It is better to buy and pick it up at the store.

Everything was on the floor and property displayed, when I needed assistance I also ask staff members who were very polite and willing to help. I was really intrested in the light show that they were selling but unfortunately they ran out. The employee there was very informative. Explained to me that the light display is an app-based program and is very easy to use. This same employee also assisted me was getting my Christmas gifts.

Took my 9 year old little girl here to get her Ipad glass replaced. Received a quote in the chat from best buy of $129.00 to replace it. She saved up her money and we made an appointment for the fix. Once we arrived we were informed it would cost nearly double that and wed be better off getting a new one. No wonder you cant find the cost on the website they clearly prefer to drag you into the store to make a sale. This unfortunately came at the cost of disappointing a a kid who worked her tail off to save the money to fix it. Yeah I am going to buy a new one for sure but it will be from a reliable retailer like Costco. Never again will I shop at Best Buy.

The staff are incredibly helpful and seem well trained. Ive done several trade ins and returns and theyve all been handled quickly and without any hiccups. While I dont usually require much help, the few times I have asked their opinion the employees take time to really give an honest recommendation, which is appreciated. Whenever I need soemthing I used to get from beat buy or any other electronics store I was able to do so in the past but nowadays all they have is the mainstream stuff usually at a higher price then online and when you need something specific like adapter just a cable or something like that they wont have it and you end up ordering online in any case.

Decided to take Classes next month. I never bought a Laptop before and I was afraid of picking the wrong one. I walked in and feeling like my anxiety was kicking in🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Walked to the back of the store and I was greeted by a young man named Eric...it pronounced that way but spelled differently 🤦🏽‍♀️.
